25/05/2026: There's always something missing from drive-thru orders, and no apology is ever offered when we come to ask for what's missing and what we've already paid for! And to top it all off, you make it perfectly clear that we're bothering you! Is it really that hard to bag a burger, fries, a drink, and nuggets with sauce?? The young guy with glasses and shoulder-length blond hair, who was handing out orders at the counter around 8:10 PM, what would it have cost you to add the missing sauces to the order? Is it too much trouble to go get them from behind the counter?! You're incompetent and disrespectful!

17/05/2026: Not enough women's restrooms. The wait is too long. Far too many self-service kiosks compared to the number of people preparing the trays. The wait is very long on busy days.

10/07/2026: SHAMEFUL!!!!! Charging €10 for entry to the bar!!!!! As a regular at this bar, it's not worth it, and I won't be going back, like many other Antibes residents.

09/07/2026: Despite having drinks at the bar on the terrace, we were forbidden from using the bar's toilets! Unpleasant staff, avoid this place.

22/04/2026: Not a McDonald's fan to begin with, but so disappointed by Burger King that I've been going back to this McDonald's for a while now; the service is pretty good and the burgers are generally tasty.

08/06/2026: The hotel does not live up to the expected Mercure standard. We stayed on a Saturday night for an early Sunday departure from Orly. No restaurant on weekends! There's an advertisement for the restaurant, conveniently omitting the fact that it's only open during the week. There's nothing nearby except a McDonald's and a pizza vending machine. Breakfast is served late on weekends, whereas it's served from 5 a.m. on weekdays?? For a hotel whose guests are potential Orly travelers, this is incomprehensible. You pay for a room + breakfast package, but you don't get breakfast. They tell you a package will be ready instead. What a disgrace! Extremely low-quality products and no drinks. Unbelievable, but this establishment is downgrading its weekend guests. The room is outdated, still has a bathtub, and the air conditioning doesn't work. It's impossible to open the windows because there aren't any, supposedly for safety reasons. In short, an evening and a night to forget very quickly, and an establishment banned from our address books.

18/07/2026: I ordered a Caesar salad to go. I didn't check my order before leaving, and I just got home. My Caesar salad only contains lettuce and two chicken tenders. It's missing croutons and cheese, which is nice for the price of the salad...

16/07/2026: Friendly staff, but a drop in quality considering the price... The packaging is awful (sorry, that's the word) for takeout. The car suffers every time—drinks, ice cream—and there's no air conditioning, a major drawback for the last three weeks.

20/05/2026: Honestly, I tried everything: pizza, pizza sandwiches, cake. Magnificent! And the service was very good.

20/05/2026: Good bakery, the baguettes are super soft and quite tasty, and the atmosphere is rather warm, so I recommend it 👌

16/05/2026: A terrible experience at the McDonald's drive-thru on Friday night, May 15th, around midnight. The staff was cold and unfriendly, with no communication whatsoever: we didn't know where to pay, pick up our order, or wait. I also asked for a kids' meal for the toy, which was refused even though it was clearly displayed. Both Filet-O-Fish Best Of Maxi burgers were cold when I got home, even though I live right next door. And honestly, still having Christmas lights up at the drive-thru in May just shows that they really need to modernize the design and atmosphere like other chains. You can tell McDonald's is losing ground to competitors like Burger King, Quick, and Five Guys. I won't be going back to this McDonald's.

14/05/2026: The staff seemed overwhelmed on this public holiday, the restrooms were very dirty, and a woman didn't understand when I asked her to give us our desserts: two chocolate brownies. She gave me two chocolate sundaes, which I refused because I had a sore throat, and then she gave me two donuts, which had nothing to do with my order, but I finally took them because I was tired of reordering. I would have appreciated it if she had either told me they were out of stock, what would you like, or asked a colleague for help if she didn't know where to find them. Otherwise, apart from that, we still had a nice time together.

01/07/2026: Great welcome, unfortunately the daily special was cold vegetables and dry, microwaved meat. The fries were undercooked. 4.5/10

19/06/2026: I don't recommend it. Very disappointed with the meals I had today. Calf's head: The dishes arrived almost cold, tasteless, the vegetables were soaked in water, and everything was swimming in a very, very thin broth. The gribiche sauce: a dry and unappetizing mixture. The dessert: a strange homemade tiramisu... a complete disappointment. The other dish, the steak, was difficult to cut... not worth €24.50. In short, paying €81 for this is a complete disappointment. On the other hand, the service was friendly.

12/07/2026: Hot and quick this Sunday evening after Quick opened... but still order errors. Two years in the area, never a correct drive-thru order! Double-check your order.

11/07/2026: I spent over €60 on a McDonald's order through Uber Eats and nothing was edible… all the drinks were spilled, the sandwiches were inedible, and the fries were the same. One of the sauces was missing, even though the bag packaging said "weighed," and I wasn't even refunded. That's unacceptable! I definitely don't recommend this place, especially after reading the reviews I just saw about this McDonald's.

11/07/2026: I ordered click and collect to save time, and to my surprise, I received nuggets with meat instead of the veggie nuggets I usually order because I don't eat meat. Having gotten home far too late, I couldn't prove anything by going back to McDonald's (and I couldn't leave there). So I contacted the app I used to place the order to see if a refund was possible. There's absolutely nothing—no way to get a refund, no way to contact McDonald's, nothing. In the end, I'm left with an empty stomach and less money. (I also called the restaurant several times, but they don't answer.)

11/07/2026: Fast service despite the crowds

05/07/2026: Visiting outside of peak hours: appalling cleanliness. Sticky tables and floor, cold fries on the floor, sauce on the floor, no one seems to be cleaning. The manager is behind the counter, but apparently keeping the dining area clean isn't part of their job.

12/07/2026: I got food poisoning from a sandwich at that bakery; I'll never go back.

10/07/2026: 6.60 euros for a salad with 90% green salad, 2 radishes and 4 pieces of salmon, that's not cheap, that's robbery!

24/06/2026: The last time I went there, I had a crêpe. I sat at a table outside with my dog. The person came to serve me, I enjoyed it, and it was very good.

20/06/2026: I've been going to Plateau since 2010, and I haven't been disappointed yet. The sandwiches are excellent.

31/07/2026: A Starbucks just the way we like them, after a long day at Disney, what a pleasure to sit down and enjoy a good refreshment 😁
