13/09/2026: A 20-minute wait for a simple meal, the restaurant closes its doors to customers arriving to eat in... but delivery drivers who come in are immediately taken out again with their takeout orders! I've never seen anything like it, it's outrageous!

13/09/2026: The restaurant was clean, with friendly staff. We were served quickly, which was really appreciated.

15/03/2026: A very good experience. The dishes were excellent and the quality of the food was truly outstanding. A big thank you to the waitress and the owner for their warm welcome and professionalism. The only slight drawback was a bit of a wait for our reserved table, and the bartender wasn't very friendly, offering no compensation despite the delay. A shame, because the rest of the service was truly excellent.

30/08/2026: Major problem with the service; we had to request table service instead of waiting at the small counter. The sandwich arrived cold, and we asked customers to taste it because, according to them, only the wrapper was cold. Furthermore, the ice cream arrived melted. There weren't enough napkins for four people, and no tray covers. Regarding the restrooms, it would be more sensible to include the access code on the receipt or inform customers. The dining room is poorly organized, with people sitting at the next table too close together. It's not suitable for able-bodied people, but it is for people with disabilities.

11/10/2025: Huge disappointment. I ordered a scallop casserole with leeks: the leeks weren't cooked, nor were the potatoes (not listed on the menu). Furthermore, the dishes served looked nothing like the photos on TripAdvisor or Instagram. It's also a wine bar. From what I understand, there have been problems with the cook since a change of ownership. Avoid this place.

04/04/2026: Surprised by a "slate" menu offered without prices and a latte at €10 (more expensive than at the Cannes Marriott)!!!! The Shuss is an establishment where the food is good, the location is top-notch and the waiter is very friendly.

30/03/2026: The resto is is an awesome Panoramic location. The food is good mountain grub and not expensive - a 500 carafe of rose is only 14.50 euros. BUT above all - when I went to get my skis they had bee accidentally taken by a large group - definitely not stolen! The guys in the restaurant especially Male helped us so much. They could not have been kinder or more helpful. They were so adamant they Isola is a friendly safe resort there was no way the skis were stolen - and they were right! They arranged for my husband who was walking and myself to take a skidoo down the mountain and turned what was a pretty rubbish experience into a very positive one! Thanks guys!

03/09/2026: Just for a quick beer in the mid-afternoon, very welcoming, very friendly waitress, perfect beer selection. Only one complaint: the cleanliness was a bit lacking.

02/10/2025: Apparently there's been a change of ownership. Burnt fries, terrible service, nobody even came to take our order. I much prefer the old restaurant, it was a thousand times better.

23/09/2025: A very nice place, I highly recommend it. The service is excellent! It really makes you want to go back; the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. If you want a good kebab, this is clearly the best in Vichy.

04/09/2026: Very long wait even though there weren't many people 👎 Be aware that the drive-thru closes before 11:30 AM, or they make you wait while they take your order. This isn't normal; it's not indicated anywhere. And double-check your order; they often make mistakes.

31/08/2026: Hello, I'm leaving this comment because it's a case of utter incompetence. I stood outside for 20 minutes; the McDonald's was empty, and no one came to talk to me or even look at me. I didn't want to bother anyone. After waiting for 20 minutes, I finally spoke to the staff, and they simply replied, "Well, no sir, we forgot, we didn't see you." I also saw a man in a shirt, who seemed to be the manager. He didn't even apologize for the situation.

06/09/2026: I just went through the drive-thru, and on top of the unpleasantness of the lady, the fries were cold. When we got to her to add a hamburger to our order, it was refused because, and I quote, "too many people," and on top of that, she made a mistake with our order.

06/09/2026: Same as other McDonald's. Spotlessly clean.

07/08/2026: Very, very, very bad. The owner was tired of running back and forth, and his wife refused to give out chili packets (she preferred to wash her sticky bottle). The table wasn't cleaned; the pizza tasted like nothing but tomato mush. So I complained about all of this, but they didn't care because they were selling. Let's hope the new owners are much better (it won't be hard).

08/09/2026: So I was ripped off by 10 cents. My receipt said €10.64, and they tried to charge me an extra 10 cents for a fancy sauce. The restaurant was infested with flies. The tables were dirty. I don't recommend this restaurant. There aren't enough staff in the kitchen. I would like a refund. Thank you.

07/09/2026: For once, a really good Mac Fleury chocolate hazelnut, and generously portioned; very often there's too little chocolate. Thank you! 👍👍

05/09/2026: It's a shame that when you order water it tastes like Fanta and is slightly orange.

01/09/2026: Went yesterday to get some food. Walked in ordered food, large fries, two hamburgers. Waited ten minutes (McDonald's used to be a fast food restaurant) walked out fries were good, nice and hot, the worst hamburger I have ever eaten. What has happened to McDonald's, such a shame. Back in the old days you walked in, made an order, 20 seconds later you got your food. The food was always good and I miss the good old days. Thanks for you reply. If you cared about the quality of your food so much, then why did my hamburgers have only one piece of gerkin in them and a tiny drop of tomato sauce, then it looks like someone had jumped on it. The taste was awful, please get your standards up and stop kidding yourself that you are taking this seriously.

28/09/2026: We had lunch on the terrace after the Paris-Versailles race; we had a great time.

27/09/2026: Stale bread, meager salads with minimal ingredients, 28cl of wine = We're told it's just one glass!!!
