17/09/2024: I didn't know that Gilbert Montagné worked for you, the hamburgers are looking more and more…. to nothing. Note that cheese is always better in the mouth than on paper. Also note that the word “fast” in fast food is clearly not understood by employees. Tuesday, two cars at the drive-thru, almost no one in the restaurant…. 30 minute wait. Good luck all the same

29/09/2024: The more it goes, the less it goes: - products never available - place in disrepair (condition of premises and hygiene) - repeated errors A little message for people who respond to reviews: it would be good to act before one of the unfortunate customers ends up with too much food poisoning. The hygiene of the place is deplorable and it is inevitable in these conditions. I have received a full refund for my order since I contacted you on the site (which was absolutely not requested) and I see this as an admission on the part of the manager of his inability to take care of himself as he owes it to this place. It would be a good idea, rather than working at a loss by reimbursing products for which customers do not request reimbursement, to hire staff and train them, in particular in basic hygiene rules.

15/12/2024: Un endroit mythique et extrêmement convivial. Décor parisien charmant et emplacement idéal. Un incontournable. Nous y sommes allé à 5 pour un dîner. Copieux et savoureux. C'est ma quatrième fois à ce jour et jamais déçu.

12/12/2024: There are times when we overlook mistakes, or when we don't take the time to leave a review, because to err is human, but tonight, you really did well. Please note that order 9A00 22 dated Tuesday December 10, 2024 was a total fiasco. I order in click and ready in the parking lot, being in a wheelchair, it was my friend who went to collect our orders. It has already happened SEVERAL TIMES that we have had to go to the counter because something is missing. And this evening, as usual, there were (again) missing items. So tonight it was a bag of tomatoes, one of apples, a drink and a toy. All this for a happy meal, which means that I only had the sandwich. My friend, realizing the error, friendly went to the counter to ask for the missing dues. The employee at the counter received it by questioning her word, maintaining that he was sure he had put everything in the bag and insinuating that she had removed the missing food from the bag! At this moment, my friend goes to pick up the orders received in the car to show her good faith (and that she is not A THIEF! We are talking about tomatoes, pieces of apple and a fruit juice + a toy) To justify that the “error” came from her (LOL) he says that she moved the things in the bags (there was just one toy that had changed bags). Normal, because if you did your job well, we wouldn't need to move the items in the bag to check them. My friend then explains to her that she just moved the toy and invites her to come and see in her car that she is not lying! The employee replies that that’s not all he has to do. And ended up giving him the apples and tomatoes. I point out that she must have insisted on having the toy and I didn't get my drink. (Unbelievable, but true) So, I will let you congratulate this employee (blonde hair, worn long with a red tie), because thanks to him, we will never set foot in your home again. And above all, don't come and tell me to call your number that I already tried to reach that same evening, because it is impossible to leave a message there. After the manager's response, I expected nothing less than a blunt response, which once again proves the total lack of consideration of this company towards its customers.

10/12/2024: I came to eat there, potato nuggets, hamburgers…. Everything was cold, the waiter was in a bad mood I guess because he violently put the tray on the table, said “enjoy your appetite” and left straight away. The people in the kitchen were chatting among themselves... while another rather well-looking gentleman was doing nothing apart from being on his phone opening Pokémon boosters, it would be a question of getting to work, McDonald's is above all a job not fun. When I eat at McDonald's I mainly come here, I wouldn't go anymore if it's to see young people talking and having fun, just go to another fast food chain that won't serve cold or with missing food!!

20/09/2024: Drive-through on September 19. The crew member in the first cabin was unable to page my loyalty card. The crew member in the second cabin lied to me by saying that it had been, even though it was noted on the ticket "you would have won...". Customer service also incapable.

07/09/2024: Belatedly, purchase of a maxi best of 280. Burger whose tomatoes and onions were missing! Too bad to pay so much for bread, sauce and meat. I wasn't expecting anything crazy but still, it's a shame that they didn't manage to properly produce a burger made up of 4 ingredients at the price it's sold for. Don't even bother to add a little ketchup sauce as a bonus. Null. Endless waiting while few customers. I won't come back.

06/09/2024: I would like to share a particularly disappointing experience with this McDonald's, where we were faced with dismal service on several occasions. Although we were driving, we were systematically refused the drive on the pretext that we had gotten in with a stranger. An absurd excuse, especially since the only criterion for accessing the drive is, to my knowledge, being in a vehicle or being the way I am – which was indeed our case. But it doesn't stop there. During a visit, we accidentally forgot a wallet on site. Instead of simply giving it back to us when we returned, the same manager from the drive-thru party refused to give it back to us, forcing our mother to get out of the car to go get it herself, which is not like her. Behavior that shows total contempt for customers. Finally, to top it all off, when ordering two Double Cheese Bacon, the burgers were served… without bacon! Not to mention the McFlurry Kit Kat which ended up being found at M&M's, a dessert that borders on insulting when you see how sloppy it was. In summary, between service that borders on hostility and food of more than questionable quality, this McDonald's barely deserves one star. It is high time to pull ourselves together, because this is really making fun of the world.

16/09/2024: Today we went to the McDonald's in Hautepierre in Strasbourg, around 10:45 p.m. they turned off the lights inside, there were at least 6 customers with us, they didn't tell us anything, they didn't warn us, they just took it and turned off the light, that meant getting out of there, that's not acceptable to the customers,,,

18/12/2024: Emblematic café in the Saint Pierre district with a pub-style decor, full of trinkets, nice little details, old-fashioned advertisements... Oh and I really like the initiative of offering a concert on Sunday evening.. Ideal spot to relax in the afternoon, the evenings, matches are nice, but you have to appreciate the hustle and bustle (generally friendly!) ^^ I didn't rate the food because I've never eaten there.

19/08/2024: Fairly fast and friendly service, lots of places on the shaded terrace, but what a shame it is so dirty! Be careful of the wind, yes the papers fly away......... The people are dirty, it's lamentable! I know it's not the fault of the McDonald's team, but the manager should check his terrace more often and organize more cleaning rounds! It really doesn't look clean.... And thank you to people for picking up their trash, it would be even simpler!

29/08/2024: A shame. Change staff or train them well (the chef is responsible!) They deliver the wrong order to us at the drive-thru (out of confidence we didn't check) as a result we are missing a big tasty - In addition the food must have been cooked 30 minutes before if not more… really it’s not a place I would recommend

28/08/2024: I just picked up a Drive order with a Best of maxi potatoes HALF-full. That + more than 5 minutes of waiting for a McDonald's croque and a small wrap + inability to order an ice cream because they were cleaning the machine. At 11:45 a.m.

28/08/2024: Mac do clean and well kept. The kitchen…well…it’s McDonald’s, no surprise On the other hand, one terminal out of two is out of order…

28/08/2024: Usually we don't go to this Mac do, we won't make the mistake again... Rude, insolent and incompetent staff. When we arrived, people told us that the terminals were probably broken because they had been waiting for 15 minutes, but in fact no one paid attention to their presence and so they were waiting for us to deign to take care of them. No one wants to say good evening while we give them a big smile and the good evening in question. In the end the cheddar supplement was no longer available (sometimes we get it wrong), but another employee sent us a 1 euro coin with the bag to reimburse us was limited, so in the end we realized that the The supplement that was collected from us amounted to €1.70… 0.70c is not much, you might say, but that's the principle. We remain polite and go to ask for the difference, practically without a word and without apology she hands us the money. In the end the sandwiches and fries were in the same bag as the drinks (usually there are different bags separating them), we ate cold. We will continue to go to Conflans where the team is competent. Have a good evening and hope that your “we are recruiting” sign at the entrance brings you respectful employees.

29/09/2024: A general opinion on the quality of MC Donalds, what a surprise was mine when I discovered that the Big Mac burger has shrunk considerably in view of the price which continues to increase The burger no longer has a sandwich Just there we can see that the bread the steak everything has been reduced it's just a scandal and a total scam The quality is clearly no longer there The store seemed clean at first glance.
