30/08/2024: A great restaurant from the famous brand with very welcoming staff, a very clean place and quality service! I passed there by chance but I will definitely return. Thank you to the whole team who were particularly warm with my children.

07/09/2024: Catastrophic! This was my last order from this establishment tonight! Order made via click and collect, upon returning home, the products do not correspond to the order. After going back, I got the good sandwiches but suddenly the rest of the order was cold. We had some sundaes, we're still looking for the peanuts in the bag... and the icing on the cake, when we opened the box of the happy meal toy, we found a paper napkin in place of the toy! There are really questions about hygiene to be asked in this restaurant, this box must have been collected on a tray. I hope they don't do the same thing to food!

18/09/2024: Filthy!!! How can we let a McDonald's operate in this state! !! Everything is dirty, the tables never cleaned, the floor all greasy, the trash cans overflowing... And the women's toilets... My God, an infection! It's dirty, you can clearly see the lack of hygiene, it smells bad, there's a layer of dust on the toilet paper dispenser.... In short, nothing bodes well for the kitchen area... You must call the hygiene services urgently!

10/09/2024: Serveuse pas très aimable, suite à sa nous avons acheter en plus des pommes et après des ananas la serveuse d’un tons méchant “ vous voulez pas que je vous donne le frigo” très déçus.

25/01/2025: CATASTROPHIC birthday!! I reserved the date 2 weeks ago, the manager sold me a birthday party with entertainer, activity, meal and cake for a price of €6 per child. Finally arriving at 2:45 p.m. for a party that was supposed to start at 3 p.m., I noticed that nothing had been done. At 3:30 p.m. he finally starts preparing. A waitress places a “Tablecloth” and some modeling clay on a table which, by the way, were dry. The meal arrives, no one serves the children, no entertainer is there! the activity that was supposed to be a treasure hunt will ultimately not take place because I quote “the room is too small” and no accessories were ordered. I am also told that the price is not simply €6 per child but €6 per head plus everything the children have consumed. After a long conversation a “business gesture” was made. I finally paid €6 per child without extra and an unfortunate bag was offered to the children but I will never have a birthday there again! It’s shameful!!!

26/09/2024: One of my worst bar experiences... The waitresses are so cold, mean and unfriendly.... We were 10 students who came to share a good time together but we ended up leaving quickly because we waited for hours before being served despite several reminders to the waitresses. The atmosphere there was also very heavy because the other customers were not comfortable there. No smile, no availability, no desire to work... you might as well close the establishment at the same time

18/09/2024: Very noisy!! Lots of people, Quite a long wait at the order terminals, the people who provide room service are doing what they can, understaffed? The table we were at did not stand out for its cleanliness, and what annoys me the most is the trash bags thrown around during the meal!!! . As for prices, they follow regular increases. We think that in the future we will stop more often at a small restaurant where for the same price we will have a complete meal..

28/09/2024: McDonald's gets worse and worse. Not only are the burgers less and less good, but they are served barely lukewarm. More than 20 minutes of waiting for 1 menu and 2 Happy Meals at 2 p.m., and they still manage to forget things. When we make a bonus comment we get a bad response.

20/09/2024: The worst Mac Donald in France. Horrible. The burgers are pressed and are only 1 cm. It doesn't look like anything. Burger ordered Greek received. The team barely speaks French. Tables not washed. This is unacceptable.

31/08/2024: Long à servir pour une boisson un milshake et des potatoes. Le milshake il n'y avait que le quart dans le milshake. Ils ne sont pas aimable

18/08/2024: Moitié des bornes en panne bon !!!! Passons ce arrive Attente très longue pour être servi Enfin ça arrive mais Manque plusieurs produits Pas de boîtes happy meal servi sur plateau pas grave Par contre très sale il a fallu nettoyer les tables papier et nourriture au sol personne ne nettoie Banquettes en cuir déchiré poubelles pleines on peut pas vider les plateaux très bruyant les enfants courent et crie dans la salle et le vigile est assis à l'entrée le nez sur son téléphone Pour finir je vais chercher les glaces des happy meals en fin de repas et en commander pour les adultes Réponse : non pas de glace la machine a beuguee Heureusement que personne n'a voulu aux toilettes vu la salle de restaurant je n'ose imaginer l'état des toilettes

24/09/2024: Every step has a different smell, food all over the floor with children playing with it and eating it, employees putting a cap on half of their hair, the service is slow, the building is poorly maintained. In short, you might as well share the trash cans with the seagulls.

17/12/2023: Refuses to serve you coffee at 11:45 a.m. supposedly because the tables are for lunch. Um 80% of the tables were empty at this precise moment 😅 too bad we are often here, it will be without us!

20/09/2024: Thursday 19 5:45 p.m. I place a click and read order because I am joining my daughter who is already eating it, telling me that it will be ready when I arrive…. No when I arrive I wait 35 minutes before finally getting my order On duty: a trainer, a bearded manager in a burgundy shirt, a kitchen team member. And 2 little ones with the green t-shirt in formation… Abandoned in the corner of the counter Not a hello from anyone, Not a sorry for the wait No goodbye or bon appetit from the trainer who just calls my order number and hands me the bag without a word. I open my order…. No ice cubes in the drinks I ask him, the manager tells me that the machine is broken…. Strange, my daughter who ate there had ice cubes…. We decide to stay and eat there (because in any case the reusable dishes are not there and the SAT is also deactivated.... Just like 95% of the terminals only 2 are active) Not a clean table, I clean the clean table with my wipes I find a hair of beard in my fries….it’s too much, my order goes in the trash Isn't the beard cover obligatory???? Because at home it is not carried by anyone: neither the manager nor the kitchen team for that matter. Lack of luck for them…., I am in the profession so I know the difficulties of recruitment etc., but with the image they reflect how do you want to make people want to apply to us???? It's a shame, if you don't want to work, leave the place but stop showing such a poor image of our profession!!!

18/09/2024: Good royal deluxe menu that I took to take away and the person I had was friendly. I give it three because even if I didn't eat there, a fast food restaurant is dirty and I saw it while waiting for my order.
