08/07/2026: Another visit to this McDonald's, which I frequent from time to time. This time, I was surprised to see that the meal prices are extremely high, especially compared to other restaurants in Paris. I wanted to get a meal, a Big Mac. But I decided against it because it was more than 10% more expensive than at other nearby restaurants.

Dinner included a coque monsieur and salad. Friendly, fast service, and very cheerful and friendly staff who speak Italian, French, English, and Spanish.

Making homemade fries is pointless if the result is this bad. It seems like the potatoes used are poor quality and the cooking process is completely uncontrolled. The meat seems to sit pre-cut on the side for a long time, waiting, before being served and cooked again, resulting in an extremely dry and tasteless dish. Instead of the thin, freshly sliced ​​meat we expect, we get overcooked, dry, and difficult-to-eat chunks or crumbs. The most disappointing thing is that this restaurant used to be much better. I've been ordering from them for years, and the decline in quality is striking. I've given them several chances by placing numerous orders, but the result is always the same: mediocre products, sloppy preparation, and no consistency. A huge disappointment for long-time customers. One star, because unfortunately, zero stars isn't an option.

31/05/2026: Absolutely avoid this place. Two weeks ago, we saw the 4-star rating and thought it was okay, but all it took was reading the reviews to see the mess. The organization is disastrous; it's like being in a souk. It's a battle to get your order because they forget everything. We waited a good 30 minutes for a panini that was made in 5 seconds by hand, without gloves, without even washing their hands... In short, we were already terrified. When you finally get your food, it's a disaster: there's more salt than fries, and no effort whatsoever on the panini or the tacos. A friend of mine was actually very sick the next day, so the ingredients can't be very fresh. To organize things, a piece of paper and a pen with names on them is really the bare minimum; it couldn't be simpler. But I realized that hygiene and fresh ingredients were asking too much. Their goal is just to make money; they don't care at all about what we eat. In short: go your own way.

15/07/2026: Two weeks in a row, on a Sunday late afternoon: Cold sandwiches and fries twice, brittle bread once, no ice because "we don't have much left" twice, no cup for the World Cup twice... Avoid this place!

13/07/2026: This is the worst McDonald's of my entire life. The service is incredibly slow, forget about fries and potato wedges, and on top of that, they tell me there are no more potato wedges and that I have to wait. Seriously, what a joke! I won't be back.

09/07/2026: Today, July 9, 2026 at 10:32 PM, I went to your restaurant to eat there. An employee who served both the tables and handled the cash register (description: a Black woman with a bun) behaved unprofessionally and in a manner that did not reflect the image of your establishment (where I have always received excellent service). She served my meal at the table, and we had mentioned that the desserts (sundae) were already melted. I went to the cash register, simply wanting to exchange my ice cream. The woman saw that I was waiting and ignored me. I then placed my ice cream down and informed her that it was ready (politely). She removed the ice cream without a word and put it behind her. After finishing my meal, noticing that she hadn't returned to our table, I went to the cash register where she was standing (there were two women ahead of me to whom she had just made ice cream, and when she saw me, she went directly to the drive-thru, pretending to place an order). While waiting, I took the liberty of saying to her, "Good evening, I'd like to get my ice cream, please." She deliberately ignored me and called her manager so he could take care of making a simple ice cream. She was incredibly rude and disrespectful to the customers. I explained the situation to the manager, that this was unprofessional behavior and that she had no sense of customer service, and that I would file a complaint. There was no apology; he simply handed me my ice cream. The employee waited until I left with my ice cream to loudly express her displeasure to her colleagues for over five minutes. What's sad is that the managers didn't even tell her to be discreet or to reconsider her otherwise pleasant behavior. It's because of this kind of service and experience that you lose customers.

02/06/2026: This is my second visit, and I've always been treated very badly by a saleswoman. They forgot something when I took my order, and we politely pointed it out. The cashier became aggressive, and even her colleague next to her looked at us with shocked expressions at her behavior. It's a real shame, given that the products are good.
