13/09/2026: The food was okay. Nothing more. None of the tables were clean, and the waitress tried to put the food on a dirty table. It wasn't cleaned until we asked her to. Awful. And when you walk in, it stinks inside. All in all, the most unhygienic McDonald's I've ever been to. Not recommended.

17/09/2026: You've just confirmed that I'll never set foot in a McDonald's again. Last night, I'd just left the restaurant with my partner and wanted to treat myself to a McFlurry for dessert. It was 8 pm, and seeing that there was no one in the parking lot, I decided against going to the drive-thru. What a mistake. I ordered the ice cream at the kiosk and sat down in front of the registers to wait. The first thing that struck me was that no one behind the counter looked over 20, and none of them were smiling. I watched them and thought to myself, "It's like being at Club Med." They were talking loudly about the party they had planned after service, and cooks were walking past, giving their manager the finger behind their backs... And then, after 5 minutes, I realized my order was already placed in a bag on the counter. Another 5 minutes passed, and I thought to myself, "10 minutes for two ice creams is starting to get long." So I went over to the counter to speak to the manager, coffee in hand, who was checking on the order. He realized it was waiting and told his assistant to add more toppings. I had to insist they reorder it. They didn't apologize; I had to force a "goodbye" to get one in return.

30/08/2026: Yes, it's worth adding: this shows that the issue with the fries and drink was repeated in two separate orders, and wasn't a one-off. And let's be honest about the second burger: it was okay. This is our second time passing through France, and for the second time, I'm convinced that of all the countries where we've eaten at McDonald's, France has been our worst experience so far. We made two separate orders at different times. The first time, I ordered the Double Chicago Barbecue Spicy. Despite the name "Spicy," the burger wasn't spicy at all. It was very dry, there wasn't much sauce, and the patty seemed overcooked in flavor and texture. I can't even imagine how this is possible given the standardized cooking process, but even here they managed to do it poorly. The second time, we ordered the regular Spider-Man menu. To be fair, the burger was okay; no complaints whatsoever. But the fries were again just as cold and bland, and the Coca-Cola was just as disappointing. The selection of sauces was particularly surprising. Of the available options, we were offered only mayonnaise and ketchup in packets. This is perhaps the most meager selection of sauces I've encountered at McDonald's in all the countries we've visited. Cleanliness is a separate issue. There's only one restroom, shared by men, women, and people with disabilities, and during our visit, it was extremely dirty. Even just going in to wash your hands requires the code from your receipt after purchase. But the most unpleasant experience was with the drinks. The Coca-Cola with ice had a distinct odor and taste reminiscent of mold. I can't say for sure what exactly was causing it, but based on the taste and smell, we got the impression that the problem was probably related to the ice and possibly an insufficient cleaning of the ice machine. We couldn't drink the Coca-Cola and threw it away. The second Coca-Cola, which we ordered without ice, had a strange menthol or mint flavor, but at least it didn't have the moldy smell and taste we'd experienced with the iced drink. This made us even more suspicious that the ice might have been the cause of the first issue. I also asked the employee for salt and pepper for the fries. They weren't there, so he took my fries and took them to the fryer to add some salt. When they were returned, they tasted just as bland, as if nothing had changed. I also got the impression there were fewer fries, although I can't confirm this with a photo, as I was completely unprepared for this. In the end, in two separate orders, we received cold and practically unsalted fries twice, and were dissatisfied with the Coca-Cola twice. One burger was okay, but the Double Chicago Barbecue Spicy was dry, with virtually no sauce, and an overcooked patty. Add to this a very dirty restroom and a choice of sauces that included mayonnaise and ketchup, and the overall impression is quite compelling. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst McDonald's experiences we've ever had.

25/07/2026: Absolutely beautiful place! 😍 The welcome and service were outstanding! We had a wonderful day and can't wait to spend an evening there. The facilities are top-notch and the host is a truly amazing woman. I give it 100 out of 10 stars.

18/09/2026: Avoid at all costs. A cockroach was wandering around the room. The staff accused us of bringing the cockroach in ourselves. Honestly, stay away.

28/08/2026: Passing through this town, I just wanted to eat some good fries. I checked the reviews for this restaurant and thought, "Oh well, let's give it a try anyway, you never know, maybe people made a mistake." Well... I'll let you admire the picture of the fries: incredibly greasy, incredibly salty, in short, absolutely disgusting. The bread is frozen. The meat, on the other hand, is fresh... well, I hope so! I'll find out in a few hours. 😅 I asked the owner if I could eat there, mentioning that I only had my water bottle. He told me no, that I had to buy something. I thought, "No big deal, I'll eat in my truck." Before leaving, I simply asked him if he had put napkins in the bag, which seems like the bare minimum. And guess his answer: "Don't you have any in your truck?" Seriously… 🤦‍♂️ When I'm ever back in this city, I'm never setting foot in that restaurant again. I'm so fed up with some businesses that only care about taking customers' money, with absolutely no service or consideration. And I sincerely hope my colleagues, who spend their days on the road, will avoid this place. There are much better options elsewhere. 😡
