25/07/2026: I really like this place, especially for the quality, quantity, and price. It's definitely one of the cheapest fast food spots in Angoulême, and it's honestly delicious! I recommend the tacos; they're what I always get.

19/08/2026: Excessive price for the quality/quantity of the meal. The service is the complete opposite of the atmosphere (cold). The photos of the meals offered bear no resemblance to what is actually served...

18/08/2026: I was very disappointed with my experience at this snack bar. The welcome wasn't pleasant and the service was truly lacking. The wait was quite long and, unfortunately, the quality of the food wasn't up to par. Considering the prices, I expected much better. It's a shame, because with a warmer welcome and more attention to customers, the experience could be very different.

06/09/2026: No cheese in the royal cheese, no salt in the fries, bad drinks, burnt egg muffin, 8 out of 9 nuggets were bad—the list goes on of what awaits you there. Reorganize your team; it's very poorly managed.

05/09/2026: I'm fed up! Even with online orders, where you wait in the car and your order isn't even complete, and considering the price, it's unacceptable! Having to check before leaving is a disgrace.

16/09/2026: The worst Macdonald’s I’ve ever been. Cups were not clean.

13/09/2026: First time I've ever seen a McDonald's like this. The wait was infernal, even though it wasn't crowded. A 25-minute wait for an ice cream, and many people kept coming back because they were forgetting their orders far too often. And don't even get me started on the napkins being left on the tray. Plus, the restrooms were filthy. Clearly, the staff is inexperienced, incredibly slow, and I suspect there aren't enough of them. Considering McDonald's revenue, it's outrageous!

23/08/2026: Dry chicken, no bacon in it. Even though it's called chicken bacon onion. Bread was burnt and hard, had to throw it away. Fries were half-cooked. No bag for the drink, sandwich, and fries. The service was bad and unfriendly; it was like we were bothering them at the drive-thru.

04/09/2026: The food was quite good, but the staff was really unpleasant, no hello or goodbye. I wouldn't recommend it at all for that reason alone.

30/08/2026: Very expensive! €3.90 for a Coke and €3 for Volvic lemon water. The waiter was unpleasant. I no longer recommend this place.

22/05/2026: I stumbled upon Ali Baba and the kebab delighted my taste buds. Artisanal veal kebab, undoubtedly the best kebab in Chalon-sur-Saône.

08/06/2026: I've lived in the village for five years and I'd never tried the pizzas, what a mistake! The oriental pizza I just had was absolutely delicious, perfect! You can tell the dough is homemade; I never usually eat the crust, but this time I ate it all! 🤭

27/08/2026: Worst McDonald's in France, honestly, avoid it! The restaurant was empty; I waited over 40 minutes. The dining area was extremely dirty. None of the self-service kiosks worked. When you ask an employee to take your order, they say they don't know how. Run, run away from this McDonald's!

17/09/2026: Waited over 1 hour and 30 minutes for an order. The order, moreover, turned out to be incomplete.

From the moment I arrived, I found the staff pleasant, welcoming, and professional. They were smiling, respectful, and attentive, which made the experience much more enjoyable. My order was prepared quickly and, above all, with great care. Everything was well-packaged and carefully prepared for takeout. I checked my order and everything was there; nothing was missing. This is really appreciated, especially when ordering several items to go. As for the meal itself, I was also very satisfied. The food was good, hot, and well-prepared. You can tell the team pays attention to order preparation and customer satisfaction. Even for a simple takeout order, the service was efficient and organized. 👍 I particularly appreciated the speed of the service, as I didn't have to wait long to pick up my order. Everything went smoothly and without a hitch. That's exactly what you expect when you get a takeout meal: an efficient team, a complete order, and a properly prepared meal. I would therefore like to thank the entire team at the Cherbourg McDonald's for their warm welcome, kindness, and professionalism. 11/08/2026: Always a warm welcome and excellent service at Marché et Café! I often go there with my mom; we love having a coffee and some shortbread cookies! The staff is super friendly. We especially like the petite brunette waitress with the septum piercing—she's very sweet and professional—but the other young woman and the young man are also very nice! They also have a great selection of teas and coffees, as well as some really cool gifts!

14/09/2026: Two individual pastries purchased. St-Honoré, classic, excellent. Céciré (biscuit, chestnut cream, red fruit), delicious.

23/09/2026: Expensive (3 euros for the smallest basic hamburger!!!???) and does not offer any of the deals that McDonald's advertises (McDeal 5 euros, etc.).

20/09/2026: Not a warm welcome, no greeting at the checkout. A very, very dirty look!! I absolutely do not recommend! 😡
