20/08/2024: Not a big fan of fast food in the first place. But this one really sucks. 2 maxi best of menu ordered... Flat burger, limp potatoes, no sauces and not a single napkin to dry your hands. And 22€ for that...it won't be worth going back any time soon!!

20/08/2024: Horrible, the staff is not able to take an order without making a mistake, we had to wait 20 minutes before having someone listen to our order given that the terminals do not work, not to mention that the person who took our order disappeared and never returned under the pretext that he had finished his day. I'm not even talking about hygiene, flies in the kitchens, dishes overflowing out of the trash cans... dirty tables, I ask that it be cleaned, a lady comes with a cloth almost dirtier than the table in short … The teams are disorderly and prefer to discuss among themselves, Horrible!!!

28/09/2024: Today 3:15 p.m., The worst McDonald's in history, childish employees who only laugh and mess around with each other, the kitchen which serves them first while I waited for an order of only 3 menus for 55 minutes, a 20 year old manager lost in the middle, a dirty room with sticky feet and just a half-hearted sorry for the wait.. The only chance you have is that there was no male manager, I would have offered him a nice chestnut from our country.

20/09/2024: Arrival at 8:20 p.m. having activated the internet order en route, served at 10 p.m., all cold. Everything is said!

01/10/2024: Closing at 1 a.m. on the internet, arrived at 12 a.m. We are told that it closes in 7 minutes and that we have to hurry to order or I quote “at worst, don’t order”. Deplorable hygiene, more of a grease skating rink (given the state of the ground) than a fast food restaurant. To flee.

It is an ironic review to show that the specific place, knowing that it is a fast food, gives the impression that it has not been cleaned in 1 year, sticky floor, tables full of a week's worth of remains, overflowing garbage and a long etcetera.

15/09/2024: 45min / 1 hour of waiting to get an order that was ultimately cold with format errors for the drinks in addition. Never seen before, the bags were piling up with staff who don't care about the customers as a bonus. Avoid!!!

10/07/2025: Arrived at 9:40 p.m., no way to eat inside, only drive-through, even though it says on the internet that it closes at 11 p.m.! A disgrace, the worst McDonald's in France, run away! On the plus side, the parking lot is always empty, as the McDonald's is horrible.

28/09/2024: Another incomplete order and undrinkable drinks! No refund No additional deliveries to eat in 2 installments! A McDonald's without fries and without drinks at full price! Once again order on the Mac do app and we tell you it’s not us, it’s Uber! This is pure and simple theft!

17/09/2024: No politeness, box of fries half full for maxi menus. Crushed sandwich, refusal to give the forgotten sauce, cold atmosphere and dirty room!

06/09/2024: Arriving at the drive-thru yesterday evening at 10:10 p.m. I was served after 20 minutes with only 2 vehicles in front of me. This is the first time I've left a review but the wait has been very long at this establishment several times.

24/08/2024: 1 étoile pour le lieux, 1 étoile pour la qualité du cuisto...Très beau cadre, ombragé quand on peut manger à l'extérieur. Ce que nous n'avons pas pu car il manquait la serveuse. Nous avons donc était servie par une dame d'un certain âge et certainement pas du métier car elle pédalait totalement dans la semoule malgré le peu de convives dans le restaurant, à l'intérieur... sous un sorte de véranda avec effet de serre sans possibilité d'ouvrir les fenêtres! Mais en plus ce permet, de mal nous parler car dans la formule entrée + plat + dessert nous n'avons eu que le plat en 1h et pas d'entrée, on a pas compris 🤷‍♀️ Donc 18€80 pour un petit morceau de poulet en sauce, 2 petites tomates provençale et quelques frites, cela fait cher... Elle n'a rien voulu savoir!!! Et très irrespectueux dans ses réflexions... Désolée mais ce fût très humiliante, donc les points positifs s'envole et donc à faire, je retire la deuxième étoile du coup !

17/08/2024: The only positive point is the exterior setting...but we were not allowed to sit there, the waitress told us that she was alone and that it was easier for her...it is true that several people sitting outside left because they couldn't wait any longer...no choice for the starter, half a tomato, a few salad leaves and 3 olives...it's up to you to make the vinaigrette yourself even....40 minutes for a piece of chicken and vegetables (cooked in advance) meaning that we were only 2 tables of 3 and 2 people.. The dessert, the choice of ice creams...just 2 flavors and again, she didn't remember the flavors...at 2, the bill €45 with 1 stone and 1 coke...shameful...to avoid. ..too bad, with a little seriousness and a minimum of organization, the place could be nice...I don't often post comments, but this time, it seems necessary...at least to be of service to travelers and I hope to the people who run this establishment.

28/08/2024: Mac do clean and well kept. The kitchen…well…it’s McDonald’s, no surprise On the other hand, one terminal out of two is out of order…

28/08/2024: Usually we don't go to this Mac do, we won't make the mistake again... Rude, insolent and incompetent staff. When we arrived, people told us that the terminals were probably broken because they had been waiting for 15 minutes, but in fact no one paid attention to their presence and so they were waiting for us to deign to take care of them. No one wants to say good evening while we give them a big smile and the good evening in question. In the end the cheddar supplement was no longer available (sometimes we get it wrong), but another employee sent us a 1 euro coin with the bag to reimburse us was limited, so in the end we realized that the The supplement that was collected from us amounted to €1.70… 0.70c is not much, you might say, but that's the principle. We remain polite and go to ask for the difference, practically without a word and without apology she hands us the money. In the end the sandwiches and fries were in the same bag as the drinks (usually there are different bags separating them), we ate cold. We will continue to go to Conflans where the team is competent. 08/09/2024: I think it's really time to expand or permanently close this MCDo, what's going on honestly?? Drive closed with ribbons, you have been overwhelmed every weekend since the opening of this fast food restaurant and nothing has changed, it's sad, you always have to check the orders because products are missing every other time, if you can't find competent people, it's high time for you to close your business, there will surely be other more competent brands to take up the torch. Result of this evening direction Auxerre to go to the competition. Thank you again for your professionalism

08/09/2024: Fries were very bad, cold and limp, I think this is due to the new method of serving, hard packaging that causes the moisture to hit the hard sides. I question the cleanliness, the floor was just greasy and slippery.

15/08/2024: Worst Starbucks Ever!! Rude staff, the toilet was dirty (probably has to be cleaned in 3 days) 🤢. The coffee I ordered was wrong... One thing's for sure, I won't set foot on it again!! If I could, I would put a minus star...

11/08/2024: Wifi‘s not working, no air conditioner, and I ordered latte but the coffee was too mild like just 1 shot… no recommend here
