31/07/2026: We arrived practically at opening time and noticed that the outdoor tables hadn't been cleaned at all. We placed an order, and the burgers arrived cold. We asked for a replacement, and a second burger arrived cold again, with the cheese not melted. Avoid this place.

28/07/2026: Clean McDonald's. Great selection of food and drinks, and the order arrived quickly. An ideal outdoor play area for children. Plenty of seating inside, a little less outside. Efficient and friendly staff. Large parking lot in front.

13/07/2026: Putting hot items on top of very cold ones in the same bag. Bring your own bag to carry it.

12/07/2026: Excellent McDonald's! I've been to many in France, and this one is very high quality. It's fresh, the service is fast, and the food is hot, unlike most. They also play Lolita music—a very good selection. There's a TV, and they use plastic forks instead of the annoying wooden skewers. It's well located. I highly recommend it.

05/07/2026: I could have given 0 stars, I would have had them come and get a children's meal and an ice cream today, the children's meal didn't include the drinking yogurt, and the ice cream was less than half the size, we pay and in the end things are missing, I find that dishonest!

25/06/2026: Poor service. I arrived at 9:55 PM, for a restaurant that closes at 11 PM, and was forced to order through the drive-thru. There was a constant stream of customers walking through the drive-thru because no one was taking orders inside. I don't know what management recommends, but I think they need to review their procedures.

05/07/2026: A sign advertised waffles, but they weren't served until 2 p.m., which wasn't mentioned. I simply wanted a light snack like a coffee and a waffle. It was noon, and the restaurant was almost empty. The waitress suggested a dessert from the menu and seated me by the bar. So I ordered a large coffee and a crème brûlée. The dessert was clearly not homemade, and the coffee was very poor quality. All this for €10, a price I find completely unjustified given the quality. I also observed the manager's behavior, as she was in the kitchen. She kept complaining as she saw passersby heading towards the neighboring restaurant. Based on my experience, they were right to keep walking. A very disappointing experience. I do not recommend this establishment, neither for the quality of the food nor for the attitude towards customers.

21/06/2026: We happened to pass by and wanted to grab a bite to eat. There was still room on the small terrace behind the restaurant. The menu was displayed on a large board, the service was friendly, but the selection was limited and quite pricey. We ordered a burger with fries (€17.00) and had a cola and a 0.5l beer. The fries were tasty, but we found the burger to be really lacking in flavor; after paying the €47.00, a slight aftertaste lingered. The atmosphere and service were fine, but for that price, we have eaten better.

17/07/2026: Bad food, stale potatoes, unbearably hot, understaffed and unclean... Everything was wrong. The air conditioning was inadequate. The staff wasn't properly trained. There were even insects inside the restaurant.

16/07/2026: The waiters couldn't read the orders, so I got more food than expected.

10/06/2026: Clean restaurant. Order served quickly. Excellent.

05/06/2026: I went from a 1 to an excellent rating because of Aurélie—yes, I asked for her name—who works very well at the drive-thru and doesn't forget anything. After a year, I'm finally back on good terms with the Borny McDonald's! Thank you, Aurélie, for your professionalism; it's a pleasure. The service is perfect, nothing is forgotten.

26/06/2026: I ordered a small pizza (29cm) I ended up with a 20cm pizza... lame excuses... and no response when I asked for a refund for the difference

22/06/2026: What a shame! I've never seen a waitress like that! We've been coming here for years and never had any problems, the owner is always very kind. We've been several times, and I'm shocked by such a welcome, by the way the current waitress speaks to us. It's unacceptable!!! The waitress very clearly showed us the door! In any case, I won't be coming back. The waitress didn't hesitate to breathe in our faces! Change careers, madam! You have no business being here.

10/01/2026: Never again. They wouldn't let us sit by the window because they said those were tables for meals. It was 11 am! Those tables were empty the entire time we had our coffee, which cost €7.50! Neither the place nor the coffee was worth it, and the bathrooms were in terrible condition.

07/01/2026: We stopped at this bar because it was really cold outside... Tourist trap with outrageous prices. The staff forgot about us, but at least we were warm. The only positive point: the drink was good.

19/07/2026: The waitress quoted us €3.50 per glass, but when it came time to pay, we were quoted a different price, and on top of that, we had to go back to the bar to get our change, which wasn't given to us... Really strange and not right.

05/07/2026: Hello, I came for a drink with my sister, her friend, and my daughter. There were four of us, and we all ordered drinks. Given the recent heatwave, a water bottle was on our table. The manager came over and asked us to remove it, in a very unpleasant tone. When we asked her why, she replied that we didn't bring our own bread to a restaurant, a completely irrelevant comparison. Despite the fact that we were customers, she asked us if we wanted to pay and made it very clear that we should leave, even though we hadn't finished our drinks. She even took our drinks away. Then she told us it wasn't necessary to pay. We said we wanted to finish and pay. A customer seated next to us, shocked by the scene and who had just sat down to order, intervened to denounce her lack of respect and stated that she wasn't leaving. The manager simply replied, "Have a nice day." " It is truly regrettable that an establishment in downtown Orléans is managed with such a lack of respect for its customers. A thorough review of customer service and customer relations is more than necessary."

03/08/2026: Not bad for a McDonald's! The sandwich arrived intact for once, and remarkably quickly! The staff are attentive and efficient. The restaurant is generally clean. I'm surprised by this McDonald's and I'd recommend it for once!

29/07/2026: On July 29th, we went to eat as a family (5 of us) at the McDonald's in Mozac, and it was a complete disaster. The meals were served cold, and there was a long wait; we arrived at 6:45 PM. This particular McDonald's was out of ice cubes and ice cream that day, despite the 38-degree heat, yet the prices remained exorbitant. Our drinks were lukewarm, and when we asked for replacements, they refused. We will not be returning, and we won't be giving them a bad review.

22/06/2026: Truly an excellent establishment. A "lounge bar" where you can chat... where you can enjoy excellent coffee... (among other drinks, of course). Served by a team of young, experienced, very pleasant, and remarkably efficient staff. A couple who own the place run their establishment with the rigor of a city center, and a very simple, natural, and friendly approach to welcoming and interacting with customers. If you're in the city center, don't miss this place, whose terrace is also very inviting...

23/12/2025: Having been coming to this chip shop for many years, it's always just as good! I'm surprised by the 1-star reviews, which I find very harsh. The servers are very accommodating regarding how you like your fries cooked. The portions are incredibly generous, and the prices are very reasonable! I understand that bad experiences can happen, but these 1-star reviews seem really strange. And yes, we know that sometimes it can be busy and therefore there can be a wait (plot twist, it's like that everywhere...). I recommend it!

26/05/2026: Tell the sandwich maker today that he doesn't have to continue in that job; life is good, and attacking a double cheeseburger won't bring it back, all joking aside... a little respect for customers and food doesn't hurt, it's appreciated, and it's free ;)

24/05/2026: 25 minutes for 2 McFlurries! Trash everywhere: dining room and kitchen!! Hygiene is appalling; an urgent health inspection is needed!
