25/10/2024: To flee!! Extremely unpleasant staff, they don't like tourists and especially children. We waited at the bar to ask to warm up our baby's potty, the waitress made a good tour of all the other customers before even saying hello. Kindly asking to reheat the little pot we were treated to “this better not explode in my microwave!! ". We offered to write down the entire order (there were about 10 of us) to help and we were sent packing. We very clearly had the feeling of being disturbed. The icing on the cake: a lady who violently opens a glass door who passed 1cm from our baby without even apologizing (she had seen us very well before opening). I would like to point out that we are managers of a bar restaurant and are shocked by these attitudes, we would never behave like that with our customers, local or not!

09/12/2024: Friendliness not expected from a brunette waitress. To get a smile that leaves something to be desired. Also regarding the 2 other waitresses. We see that he doesn't like customers to flee!!! And what's more, this long-haired brunette waitress takes customers on high without ever seeing them. And the other waitress with glasses blows to give the dishes to the customer.. and a blonde at the cash register and totally unpleasant she just said to her colleague I'm hungry, hello or nothing!!!! To flee, to flee!!! I recommend Columbus Vitrolles!!!!

07/12/2024: I am posting this review following my visit with my mother who is visually impaired. While my mother was taking her order as she usually does in other stores without worry, here, an employee (or even the manager, I don't know) took the liberty of waving his hand in front of my mother's eyes. mother to make her “react”, rather than just ask her nicely what to do next. The service and welcome there are deplorable. I think that some people should be better trained in customer service because regardless of the person, disabled or not, you don't wave your hand like that...it's neither professional nor civilized and all the more hurtful in our case . 02/04/2024: What a desappointment, Having already been to Le Chat Bleu, and having had good memories of it, I returned to this restaurant. Online booking. We tried to call to add 1 place, no answers despite 3 calls. Once we arrive, we receive a rather cold welcome, we start being told that "it's not going to be possible", then a "go see if you can squeeze in up there". The table only had 5 place settings, despite our reservation for 7, and a chair was missing. When we took our order we were told: "No food this evening, only burgers, we're not making falafel fries either. We're not turning on the fryer, it's too hot". No more excuses. Quick look around, the customers behind us had fries. We are told that "yes but then it was seen with the boss". We then ask for the accompaniments with the burger. "Nothing.". We are served, then she continues her service and comes back with fries for other customers? The moment of the bill comes when we are asked about our satisfaction, what audacity to answer "no", response not at all admissible a priori, since "the food was good, wasn't it?". But when we have service like this, yes we have the right to be unhappy otherwise we would have taken takeaway. As a bonus, “but it’s a heatwave, you have to think about the people who work”, a heatwave at 20°C. When we ask for explanations about the fries served at the tables next to us, they are “oven fries” therefore of "less good quality" and "there would only have been enough for 6", apologies to be reviewed. In short, half of the menu available (also depending on weather conditions), but good food nonetheless. Above all a big lack of professionalism on the part of the staff.

01/09/2024: Amazing place with a 5-star service and excellent food. I've been given great recommedations on what to have and everything tasted delicious. On top of that, friendly atmosphere made me feel really welcomed. Many thanks to the amazing crew!

10/10/2024: Poor service, the waiter with blue eyes behaves haughtily and the one who serves the coffee is also so complicit instead of working. See your staff again because the dishes are delicious. I allow myself this remark because I own two restaurants in Paris. Good luck.
