01/08/2026: Very traditional restaurant. Beautiful dining room, courteous and knowledgeable service. Wide choice of dishes, with many Alsatian classics. The sauerkraut prepared at the table is fantastic. The wine list is very extensive and very reasonably priced. Also includes many older vintages from Alsace, among others, at competitive prices. In short, highly recommended if you are staying in Alsace.

29/07/2026: Decent but that's it. My steak was beyond medium rare, the tournedos of my partner was better. Only fries (frozen from the local supermarket) and some lettuce with my steak. 4 stars because the tournedos saved them.

03/08/2026: A very average experience. The daily special was bland, the fries overcooked, and while the seafood appetizer was good, a little more wouldn't have hurt. One of the young waitresses wasn't smiling or very pleasant; I think she should find another job. The manager (I think) was very pleasant and attentive to customers' needs, thank you to her. I won't be returning to this restaurant.

21/07/2026: We regularly come as a family, either to eat in or take away. Special mention goes to the presentation of our Indian crepes today – they were absolutely delicious, thank you again! 👌👌

17/07/2026: We come here very often every summer. As Parisians, we've never experienced such a warm and attentive welcome anywhere else. They know their customers very well and always have a kind word for them, even Erwan, the handsome waiter. The food is excellent in a very pleasant setting. We can recommend this restaurant without fear of being disappointed.

30/08/2026: I celebrated my birthday with friends in August! Overall, we had a good day. However, the table service was very slow, and the food wasn't bad, but nothing special. The positive points were the swimming pools and the lovely grounds.

06/08/2026: This pub does GORGEOUS burgers and a FANTASTIC sauce selection… hands down one of the best burgers I’ve had. Thank you to the very sweet waitress who was friendly and polite. Inside is pretty dark and mysterious, and on a busy night I can imagine it to be a very lively place, but when I went with my friends at 5pm ish, we were the only ones. Merci beaucoup 🍔🍟

15/06/2026: I booked the venue for a birthday party. From the first contact, you can tell they're a very friendly and helpful team. They made sure everything went smoothly, from the platters and drinks to the service. We had a memorable evening that ended right on time with the DJ and a fantastic atmosphere. I highly recommend them.

30/08/2026: What can I say? The quality of the food is simply incredible—very good, affordable, and generous portions. Both the servers and the owner are very welcoming. You can go there without hesitation; you won't be disappointed!

29/07/2026: We discovered this restaurant during a previous stay in Pau three years ago. We were happy to stop by again on a Saturday at lunchtime. Prices have increased considerably in three years, but so has everything else (thanks to inflation!). We had the set menu (starter/main/dessert) for €22. Individual dishes are around €20 (€19 for a homemade burger and fries). The children's menu is €12 and includes crispy chicken and fries, and a scoop of ice cream or panna cotta. The servers were pleasant, although the service seemed a little slow. However, the quality of the food is still excellent; the dishes are delicious and beautifully presented. We had a lovely time.

19/08/2026: It's a beautiful place, the staff are incredibly attentive, and the food is excellent. Even if you don't speak French, the staff will make themselves understood. Everything was great.

02/08/2026: It's always a pleasure to eat there or just have a drink. The only downside is the adjacent car park, which can fill up quickly ;)

14/09/2026: You wouldn't expect to find Breton specialties here. It looks like an English pub with lots of outdoor seating. But it does have a menu with Breton dishes. A different recommendation every day! Very rustic, but highly recommended. Reserve a table!
