08/09/2026: We were right to book, because once we were comfortably seated, the restaurant filled up in 15 minutes. A perfect score for this restaurant with its friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Top-notch service, varied and high-quality cuisine at a very reasonable price. Excellent meat, perfect tuna tataki… Highly recommended (reservations recommended 🙂)

03/08/2026: The location right on the beach is beautiful and creates a pleasant atmosphere. However, many seats are located behind the sun loungers, so the view of the sea is partially obstructed. The service was friendly and generally acceptable. However, the food was disappointing. The portions were rather meager – which would be perfectly acceptable if the quality were exceptional. However, the quality, especially considering the prices of over €30 per main course, fell far short of our expectations. In our opinion, the value for money is therefore not good. Paying almost €160 for two main courses, two children's plates, and drinks is simply too much for this quality and portion size. The rosé wine was also underwhelming. We expected significantly more for the price. Its flavor was unbalanced and, surprisingly for a rosé, it had pronounced tannins. Overall, the restaurant's main selling point is its beachfront location. Unfortunately, the food and value for money did not meet our expectations.

06/08/2026: Barav is a great place to try wines; you can buy a bottle to take away or enjoy there! They also have delicious food and tapas. The atmosphere is pleasant, but it can get crowded.

His wine knowledge is simply impressive: passionate, a natural teacher, and always offering excellent advice, he takes the time to share his expertise and introduce you to some wonderful bottles. You can feel a genuine passion behind every recommendation, without ever sounding pretentious. A friendly and authentic place, perfect for both casual drinkers and connoisseurs. I recommend it 100% without hesitation!

31/08/2026: The best place we visited in Lyon for wine. Christophe is warm and welcoming, and his food and wine is delicious. We knew practically nothing about wine, but he shared his knowledge generously and without pretension. He also gave great recommendations for the local area.

05/09/2026: I came to this restaurant today; it's very chic and elegant with excellent value for money. The dishes were delicious! 😋🙏 I must commend the impeccable service from the two young men who served us. They were very welcoming and always smiling—that's what makes all the difference! A wonderful discovery; I will definitely be back!

05/09/2026: I have a nice dinner meeting with my friends, i ordered a steak for my main dish, its so tough and a bit overcooked although it was requested rare medium…. I m not recommended their steak for anyone. Other disks which ordered by my friends is seafood and duck are both excellent !!

29/08/2026: A small, unassuming brasserie, we ate very well, the service was quite fast, and the atmosphere was pleasant with some background music.

20/08/2026: The servers are really cool. If you stay long enough in the summer you can get a burrito. Good conversation and maybe an unexpected shot of something that tastes like lemonade. Expect to see beer pong where you would not expect to see beer pong. 😁

02/08/2026: Nice restaurant, but a lack of professionalism. They bring you your main course after your aperitif, and when you ask the waiter about it, he replies, "I can bring the food after your aperitif, but it will be reheated." To avoid making a scene, you let it go. Then, when you get up to pay without ordering dessert or coffee, they come to ask if they can offer you a coffee or a digestif. Well, no sir, it's too late. You should have thought of that before.

15/09/2026: The large cannelè costs €2.70 when at the shop opposite (La Toque Cuivrée) it costs €0.75... but how disgusting!!!
