06/04/2026: A very pleasant experience from start to finish; we had a great time. The welcome and service were excellent: the staff were smiling and professional, and the organization was good. The food was very good, with both classic and more unusual options, including the daily specials. The atmosphere was pleasant. We chose this restaurant based on Google reviews, partly because it wasn't on the quayside, away from the tourist crowds, and also because it was outside of peak season. I thought that at this time of year the restaurant would be more frequented by locals, who know their stuff, and indeed, that seemed to be the case on Easter Sunday (April 5, 2026), with many large families at the tables. In conclusion, we will gladly return.

05/04/2026: The service was a disgrace. We waited over an hour to be served and only got our drinks. We left without even getting our order taken. I can't comment on the food because we weren't even able to order it. Two tables of French people who arrived later than us had better luck... I'll leave it at that...

24/04/2026: A very pleasant time for two; the food was excellent. The ham platter was very generous and delicious. The service was top-notch; even though the waitress was alone, she managed perfectly and even created a great atmosphere. I highly recommend it.

03/03/2026: The thin-crust pizzas were delicious and generously topped. The atmosphere was great, the service was always friendly, and there was a small bar where you could wait for your order. Everything was perfect. I highly recommend it.

24/04/2026: Never trust a restaurant that tries to force you into tipping. As if the Applebee's-esque cocktail menu didn't give it away, they'll try to force you into adding a 10/15/20% tip playing off the US tipping culture. Tipping culture is an American phenomenon and shady establishments will try to take advantage of tourists. Stay away. Besides, the food is not good. There are literally hundreds of infinitely better cafes nearby. Avoid this place!

10/04/2026: One of the most beautiful cafes in Paris, certainly the best one we have experienced. If you want great ambience and great conversation, come here! A little pricey but if you are just visiting Paris. Remember, you can’t get this in your country so it is worth the money for a unique cafe experience.

27/08/2025: An absolutely unforgettable experience! Nestled in the heart of the Alps, this restaurant is a true gem. The view is breathtaking, each dish is a journey for the taste buds, and the welcome is as warm as it is sincere. You can feel the passion in each plate, fresh products enhanced with talent and creativity. I envy those who live nearby and can go there regularly... it's an address we would like to keep secret, but which deserves to be known to everyone.

04/03/2026: Fantastic evening at this little Corsican bar! We shared a delicious mixed platter with beers on the terrace, in a truly lovely atmosphere. Special mention to the waiter, incredibly kind, attentive, smiling, and really went the extra mile. It makes all the difference and makes us want to come back very soon! 11/04/2026: This is a great little brasserie in Le Mans, very close to the town center and not too far from the train station. Here you will find a welcoming owner, monsieur Maupay, and very friendly staff. There's indoor and outdoor seating and a cool bar playing some blues! They have a simple food menu, and our meals were very well prepared! In my case; steak, frites and salad (side note: best frites in France as far as I'm concerned, and that's after 6 weeks and 17 cities!). The wine, beer and drink selections are good aa well! Highly recommended!!

04/04/2026: Brasserie Le Plateau is such a lovely place, with a welcoming, smiling, and attentive owner. The food is so delicious—it's a pleasure to eat simple, high-quality dishes. No frozen food, only fresh ingredients—kudos to the cooks! The service is impeccable, and the smiling waitress is a delight. In short, go there, even just for a drink; it's a place you absolutely must stop by, and you'll definitely want to return. Bravo to the whole team!

15/05/2026: Our favorite spot… until this latest visit. We had happily returned because we had loved our first experiences: a warm welcome, delicious cocktails, and excellent food. Unfortunately, this time, the welcome and service were much colder and less friendly. The cocktails were also less refined, less polished than before. We hope it was just an off night and that the restaurant will return to its usual standard, because we really loved the place.

18/03/2026: You couldn't find a more welcoming and friendly place than Le Petit Moulu. Plus, the coffee is excellent! I used to go there regularly when I lived in Montpellier, but I still buy from their website because I never get tired of it even after leaving.
