12/03/2026: Very fast service but mediocre quality! I used to go there when I was younger and sometimes on my way back to Lorient! I won't be going back; the fries were black and the burger was poor quality. I don't understand how it could have changed so much.

29/03/2026: Louis Café has many advantages: the setting is truly lovely for relaxing in Le Havre, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. We even found our coffees to be very good. However, I have to give a mixed review. My friend and I both experienced nausea shortly after drinking our coffees. We strongly suspect there was a problem with the freshness of the milk used that day. It's a real shame, because the place is charming and the staff is great, but this kind of unpleasantness unfortunately spoils the experience. I hope management will pay attention to this in the future.

21/03/2026: We were lucky enough to have beautiful weather to enjoy the terrace. So we had breakfast, then an aperitif, and then lunch. The service was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!

27/02/2026: My experience was a bit mixed: I couldn't finish my matcha (the picture speaks for itself), but it would be unfair to judge the entire café solely on that. My friend, on the other hand, ordered a café crème and called it "the best of the year," which shows that the quality is definitely there, depending on your choices. The place is still pleasant, and even though my matcha wasn't to my liking, I think the café is worth discovering for the rest of its menu.
