30/08/2026: Taste-wise, nothing to complain about! The pea panna cotta was a delight! The swordfish carpaccio too. The pork pluma was sublime! Always such a warm welcome, a calm and friendly atmosphere. A place where it's a pleasure to stop and enjoy!

01/09/2026: An excellent place to relax and enjoy a good beer 🍺 or a glass of wine with friends, family, etc. ... This is quite common... You can sit inside or outside on the huge terrace. There's a choice of small, medium, or large tables... Rug's also offers chips, sausages, and various toppings for their focaccia to accompany your drinks... In short, once you sit down, time flies, especially when there are 8 to 15 of you. You won't get bored, and time passes very quickly when you're having a good time... Enjoy your drink and relax, let the bubbles of the beer guide you... The staff is always on the ball and tries their best to satisfy everyone, given the number of people they have to manage, especially in the evening. To you who run Rug's, thank you and don't change a thing, you're the best.

25/08/2026: I used to enjoy choosing my lunch at Patapain, but since my last visit, I've learned that in the standard farms where you source your meat, piglets have their tails docked and their teeth ground down, while sows spend half their lives in cages. Knowing this completely ruins my experience with you, as these intelligent and sensitive animals suffer so much.

11/09/2026: Despite being right beside the Nice airport this restaurant was a breath of fresh air, the staff (especially Laurent) were all fantastic - very professional, attentive (but not overly so), and the food was magnificent! For once, we were so glad that we arrived earlier than room check-in was ready!

05/09/2026: The meat we ordered was awful; it wasn't the kind of meat you'd expect in a steak, as it was so tough you could chew it endlessly without even chewing it. Plus, it was incredibly fatty. I think the manager should pay more attention to the type of meat they buy. It's clearly cheap meat. Even so, thanks to the staff for their service and the pleasant atmosphere!

In short, one senses a great deal of skill and inspiration in this White Hacienda, where everything plays on contrasts, tranquility, service, and the pleasure of both the eyes and the palate. The chef, with his resemblance to the actor Benjamin Lavernhe, even shares some of his secrets, and the hostess, Marie, brightens the meal with her smile, explanations, and convictions. In short, this discreet establishment near Albi, not far from the Toulouse-Albi expressway exits, is a must-try and a true champion of Tarn cuisine!
