16/12/2025: A peaceful farmhouse, terrace overlooking the Bugarach mountain. The farmyard animals frolic in the grass, putting on a show. The set menu is €29, and we choose from several courses. A buffet of well-prepared charcuterie and crudités. House dish (boles de picoulat). Dessert (profiteroles). Aperitif with Maury wine, followed by a meal with white wine. Three hours of dining and relaxation. It's a bit warm on the terrace; the curtains aren't up yet for the season. The chef makes a special effort with the presentation, adding small decorative touches and flavor combinations that are worth noting. You can sense his organization in his desire to serve all the guests in roughly the same order. Main courses for everyone, then desserts for everyone. There are only two of them, so they need to be methodical. The furniture and layout could use a touch of modernization (budget constraints, of course), but it's lush and full of flowers. We had a wonderful time during our two-wheeled tour of Bugarach and Rennes-le-Château. Limiting seating to around 20 people to prioritize quality over quantity, reservations are recommended. For groups, the farm indicated they can accommodate larger groups with prior booking, similar to classic car club outings. Parking is available on the property. I will definitely return. Thank you to this young couple.

12/11/2025: Excellent. We had lunch as a group and thoroughly enjoyed it. The €29 set menu is truly delicious and generous. The starter buffet, cassoulet, and profiteroles were all very plentiful and flavorful. I highly recommend it. The dining room is lovely, and the terrace is also very pleasant. They don't accept cards.

24/02/2026: Once again, a flawless experience for this hotel and all its staff! We come here very regularly as a family (grandparents, children, and grandchildren), and for us, it's the best option in the entire region: a charming hotel with all-wood decor, very well maintained, with many thoughtful touches both in and out of the room, and a fantastic team: special mention to Ambre, Matthias, and all the staff (including the wonderful housekeepers). We can't wait to come back!

17/02/2026: It's a wonderful hotel in Cauterets. It's fantastic, beautifully decorated, comfortable, and the owners, Amber, provided exquisite service. They made us feel right at home, attending to every detail to ensure a pleasant stay. Even while we were there, she facilitated the cancellation of one day without any additional charge due to the weather conditions. A 10 out of 10. Monica

12/03/2026: Update January 2025 Many improvements lately! It's served much hotter and the toppings are there. Not to mention the friendly staff! Keep it up! I just corrected my review, which was written in October 2022 and rejected because of one word... when I edited it, it must have updated to today's date. Indeed, today (June 11, 2023) the hamburgers were perfect. I corrected the review to the right date. After a night shift, I stopped quickly this morning to grab two hamburgers before going to sleep... I was given two hamburgers without onions. I noticed right away since I was about to eat in the car. I returned them, very annoyed (internally) and tired, and politely asked for more. They gave me two more, and I'll let you see what they gave me in the photo! You love to make fun of people, your nerve is unbelievable! I'm a regular and I've always been polite, but next time I'll be a bit more forceful because you can't rip people off like that, raising prices and putting two tiny bits of toppings in your hamburgers every time! Shame on you!

05/04/2026: The welcome and the owner were very friendly. We ordered dishes averaging €14 for a starter and €30 for a main course, which is in line with the prices of a fine-dining restaurant, but unfortunately, the result did not live up to our expectations. The dishes weren't bad, but they were neither refined nor expertly prepared. We ordered desserts at €10 each, which our children couldn't finish because they were too cloying. When it came time to pay, I noticed that the counter was very dusty and the kitchen floor was very dirty. The same was true for the restrooms. Overall, the restaurant needs maintenance and a refresh. We expected to enjoy our meal there and were truly disappointed considering the price we paid. I should mention, however, that the lamb shank we ordered for our children at €32 was very good.

03/04/2026: The food was good, but not exellent. Everything else was so perfect that this place is 6/5. Cosy little place and a waiter who propably owns the place. He was sooo perfect😍

18/03/2026: A pizzeria offering daily specials and salads. Nothing fancy. But a friendly welcome and convenient if you want a quick and easy meal. Indoor and outdoor seating available.

25/02/2026: Farmhouse pizza with rosé wine. Completely tasteless and bland. We were disappointed.
