06/05/2026: L'Etape à Pâtes is a sure bet, whatever dish you choose. There are flavors I can only find here, like the homemade pesto, which is excellent without being too salty! The portions are generous for an affordable price, with a great lunchtime set menu. Finally, the staff is friendly and attentive. Don't hesitate to go in!

11/05/2026: Na Ruga is Italy in an intimate setting: around twenty seats in the heart of the 4th arrondissement, a human-scale dining room, a team that works with a smile, and that rare feeling of entering not so much a restaurant as a small, refined haven. From the moment you step inside, N’uovo asserts its uniqueness. The dish intrigues even before you taste it: a truffled egg that finishes cooking in front of the customer thanks to an ingenious, almost theatrical, yet never gratuitous, mechanism. Here, the act of serving is part of the experience. The gradual heat transforms the texture of the egg, which becomes creamier without losing its delicacy. The truffle brings its earthy, enveloping, almost musky depth, while the yolk becomes the dish's natural binder: it rounds out, unifies, and prolongs the aromas. It's surprising, precise, and masterfully executed—a starter that immediately leaves a lasting impression. The Na Ruga spaghettone continues in a powerful and vegetal vein. The pasta, perfectly al dente, retains that firm texture that gives the dish its structure and true character. The basil pesto is prominent: it brings both herbaceous freshness, Mediterranean aroma, and a subtle aromatic intensity that coats the palate without overwhelming it. The sauce coats the pasta perfectly, generous enough to support the dish, yet precise enough to allow the texture of the spaghettone to shine. The overall effect is bold, vibrant, and profoundly Italian. The chef's orecchiette with anchovies and turnip greens is perhaps the most addictive dish on the menu. The anchovies impart a deep, almost umami saltiness that immediately elevates the dish. The turnip greens, cooked and then combined with the other ingredients, play a crucial role: they contribute a vegetal, slightly bitter note that balances the briny power of the anchovies. This controlled bitterness prevents any heaviness and gives the dish remarkable tension. The orecchiette, with their hollow shape and firm texture, capture the sauce, retain the juices, and concentrate the flavors with every bite. It's intense, harmonious, and incredibly indulgent: a true explosion of flavors, yet intelligently crafted. The tiramisu confirms the excellent overall impression. Generous and well-coffeed, it strikes the perfect balance between the sweetness of the cream, the intensity of the coffee, and the soaked texture of the biscuit. It avoids both excessive sweetness and heaviness. The coffee structures the whole dish, adds depth, and gives the dessert that slightly bitter finish that naturally invites the next bite. Clearly, one of the best tiramisus you can taste in Paris. Finally, we must mention the service. Lorenzo and his team are delightful, smiling, and full of good cheer. The service has that rare warmth that completely transforms the dining experience: attentive without being intrusive, friendly without being chaotic. At Na Ruga, you eat very well, but you also feel very good. A discreet, generous and sincere Italian address, where you come for the pasta, the tiramisu, the atmosphere, and where you return very quickly to find a little bit of that family Italy in the heart of Paris's 4th arrondissement.

29/04/2026: A truly delightful experience. A warm welcome, and even without a reservation, we were seated exactly as we wished. The outdoor terrace was peaceful and quiet, away from traffic. The interior was very pleasant. The dishes were sumptuous, flavorful, and served with care and attention. We had couscous. I highly recommend this discovery.

25/04/2026: Top-notch and surprising house beers, from the white stout to the double IPA (not bitter) and the rice lager. The waitress was friendly and helpful. The outside is quiet and not too noisy. It's a shame they don't have a deposit on glass cups, even a higher one; it would be nicer than the (pretty) plastic cups. It's also a shame they no longer serve hot dogs. All in all, a pleasant evening in the only real beer bar in town.

22/05/2026: I absolutely do not recommend this place. I called this morning to confirm the train's schedule. The woman on the phone told me not to come at 2 pm because there was a school trip, but to come at 3 pm. So we drove for over an hour only to be told upon arrival that it wouldn't be running after all. It's very unfortunate to give visitors incorrect information, especially when they travel a long way specifically for this activity. We wasted time and made a pointless trip due to a lack of communication and organization. Very disappointed by this experience, we will not be returning and do not recommend this establishment.
21/05/2026: We loved the horseback ride. As a family, surrounded by nature, amidst coypus, ibises, and flamingos, with explanations from our guide. We recommend it to everyone.

12/04/2026: We arrived by chance after a tree fell across the road blocking our way. Anne, the owner, welcomed us at almost 11 pm, showed us to a magnificent and charming room, and ensured we had an incredibly peaceful night's rest. Breakfast was equally incredible; everything was homemade with care, creativity, and passion. The flavors were exceptional, just as they were when we continued our stay in the restaurant that evening. Because yes, it wasn't just a temporary stopover! We extended our stay in this beautiful and welcoming establishment. But let's get back to the restaurant. Anne is still at the helm in the kitchen with the same talent and passion. She delights her guests with flavorful cuisine, classic dishes from our gastronomy, and a touch of creativity. The small vegetable garden and herb garden that Anne cultivates on her magnificent, verdant terrace also contribute to her delicious cooking. As you can see, we highly recommend a stop at the Logis Hôtel Auberge la Barguillère, where we will definitely return!
10/04/2026: Everything was perfect during our stay. Great communication with Anne, the owner/property manager, easy check-in, spotless rooms in a charming building, parking nearby. We had breakfast which was delicious; everything you can imagine: eggs, ham, cheese, biscuits, croissants, rhubarb and ginger marmelade, home-made yogurt, flan, banana bread, hot cocoa and the yummiest coffee. So much food, we had some leftovers for the road! The place is about 10 min outside of Foix which is not necessarily an issue. If I ever return to Foix, I will return to Anne’s!

14/05/2026: I gave this McDonald's five stars because I found the service exceptional, especially on Wednesdays when they offer lunchtime activities for children. The staff is mixed and smiling, as well as friendly and professional. Since the recent renovations, the children's play area is now part of the restaurant and protected from the elements. The food also gets five stars because I think the sandwiches are particularly well done (for McDonald's); there's a real effort to do things well in every area, and it shows. Don't get me wrong, it's still McDonald's, but my daughters and I were delighted with the great time we had there. We'll gladly go back.
