08/12/2025: Always pleasant, always smiling, and very accommodating: I asked for a duck moricette, but since they were out, the lady went and made me one. Thank you very much. Burnhaupt has a lot to learn from Bessoncourt; two places I visit from time to time, but from now on I'll stop in Bessoncourt...nothing to complain about, everything is perfect.
27/11/2025: How lovely to be welcomed with such joy and good cheer! I've only been coming since Tuesday after my disappointment at Caput. I wish I'd been disappointed with that chain sooner so I could have gone to Poulaillon first... The welcome, the service, the interaction too—you ladies are perfect! You'll be seeing me regularly now. 🙂

02/11/2025: A wonderful experience. After an amazing cocktail, we enjoyed fish skewers and fried food. Everything was fresh. To finish, a very indulgent coffee. A delicious treat for fish lovers.

28/08/2024: On vacation in the bastide of dreams, we followed Corine's advice and went to Lou Lubéron. It’s a simple and friendly place, you feel good there. The interior has a lot of charm. The service is perfect. The waitress is very attentive and anticipates our requests. We tasted Provençal dishes: pistou soup and octopus stew. Everything is homemade and very tasty. Special mention for the octopus sauce. Congratulations to the chef.

15/01/2026: Ludivine gave us fantastic advice, and the wines were delicious! She waited for my husband even though the shop was almost closed, which saved our evening. P.S.: My husband is still apologizing for the diesel smell 😅

20/01/2026: It's rare to find quality coffee (in France) with a pleasant aroma and smooth taste like that at Itinéraire Café.
We particularly enjoyed the beautifully decorated cappuccino with chocolate. But there are many other interesting options on the menu. A special thank you to Chantal and Julie for their kindness, courtesy, and professionalism.

02/12/2025: I'm sorry, but this is the first time I've been disappointed with the service at this establishment.
The waitresses clearly prefer chatting to attending to customers.
It's a real shame because there are other cafes nearby.

Go without hesitation; it's a very friendly place with an owner who really cares about his customers.
