19/08/2026: Right next to the metro, an unpretentious brasserie just steps from the Gare de Lyon. You might expect a tourist trap. But no, the welcome is very warm and friendly, the menu isn't too long, but it offers something for everyone. Reasonable prices. Meals made with fresh, flavorful ingredients, very good homemade food. Attentive service.

It's rare to find a restaurant where you can be 100% certain of enjoying original and consistently perfect dishes. We come back time and again and are never disappointed. 01/09/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I was very pleasantly surprised by how clean this McDonald's was! It's truly the cleanest McDonald's I've ever visited. Everything is very well maintained and spotless. The staff is friendly and smiling, and the service is efficient. It's really nice to see such a clean and well-run establishment. I highly recommend it!

22/08/2026: A wonderful discovery in Mende. The service was top-notch and attentive. The food was excellent. I highly recommend it. Book in advance, otherwise you won't get a table. We managed to get the last four. Luckily! Well done to them and thank you again for your hospitality.

08/08/2026: I spent a few days in Banyuls and, seeing the great reviews, we decided to go on our first day. We loved it so much that we went every night for dinner. The food was delicious, whatever you ordered, and the staff were spectacular—super friendly, polite, and many of them spoke Spanish, which made everything much easier. It's true that some days we had to wait an hour for dinner, but the waiters let you know and offer alternatives to grilled dishes that might be quicker. But that was a minor detail, as they were very considerate and understood that most people were there at the same time. They always kept us informed and offered alternatives, so the overall quality, views, and friendliness made the wait worthwhile. I think this is what I'll miss most about my vacation: the place and the service at this restaurant. Thank you.

06/08/2026: We spent our last week of summer vacation in the beautiful town of Banyuls-sur-Mer 🌊 If there's one lovely restaurant you absolutely must try, it's La Ganotte, located in the port of Banyuls 🛳. The setting and atmosphere are fantastic, and the staff are incredibly attentive—it's truly delightful 🤗 The dishes are prepared right in front of you, and everything is absolutely delicious, from the main course to the dessert 🍨. You can go without hesitation 😊

21/09/2026: Superb seafood sauerkraut! Excellent crème brûlée! A warm welcome! Good champagne! Perfect service! In short, a must-try! The view is splendid! Just a little noisy...but it was very crowded, that's why.

30/08/2026: A very pleasant wine bar with attentive staff and helpful advice. The charcuterie boards are high quality with fresh ingredients. Intimate atmosphere. I recommend this place for a great time.

20/08/2026: An excellent seafood platter (a "small" one, but not so small, perfect for the two of us), and a nice selection of wines by the glass. A pleasant place to chat with friends or as a couple, enjoying excellent food.

11/09/2026: I'm really disappointed and feel like I've been ripped off. I'm a student, so I asked for a student meal deal (which should have cost me less than €10), but they charged me €12 for the regular meal at the till without any explanation. They clearly take advantage of people's hesitation to inflate the bill without warning. And even the regular meal deal is extremely expensive for what it is (the cookie is tiny). For that price, you might as well go to McDonald's, and at a bakery, I literally pay half as much for a much better deal. In short, dishonest.

04/09/2026: Lots of previous good memories at this place. I made a point to come back today on a short trip to Paris and gosh the dude behind the bar sucked. There was zero spirit of hospitality and seemingly zero interest in the wines he was pouring or explaining anything about them to me. Rang up the till before I had a chance to order lunch. A special spot marred for me now and I won’t be back.

31/07/2026: We had a great meal, the service was excellent and very helpful. A bit pricey, but we're not in Portugal 😅 I recommend it if you want to eat typical Portuguese food 👍🏻
