23/04/2026: Honestly, if you're passing through Vallon, it's practically a must-try; we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves from start to finish. Plus, the service is really pleasant. One small criticism: the restaurant's decor seems a bit empty and dreary (this is obviously a subjective opinion). Otherwise, everything was perfect, thank you!

A seasonal menu featuring fresh, expertly prepared ingredients. The dishes are generous and delicious. The atmosphere is friendly, and the servers are very attentive.
Special mention for Ben's cappuccinos—a true delight, the best I've ever tasted! We highly recommend them. We can't wait to come back!

And the food—it's amazing! Everything is fresh, local produce, expertly prepared, and so delicious! A must-try!

But for both novices and connoisseurs, the owner and his team are brimming with knowledge and passion for wine and our local region. An extraordinary wine collection; I highly recommend the blind tasting.
08/05/2026: We just had a wonderful evening with a blind tasting of five wines, which allowed us to taste extraordinary old vintages of great wines (1994, 2004, 1975, etc.). The concept is exceptional for wine lovers! And the young servers are truly passionate and enjoy sharing their knowledge!
The price seems high, but given the wines we tasted, it's absolutely worth it! Plus, there was a platter of delicious treats... 5 stars!

12/05/2026: Mussels and fries with Maroilles cheese.
Very disappointed by the quality and quantity of the fries... clearly not the house specialty.
It was difficult to hear each other speak because the acoustics under the veranda were terrible (the dining room was full).
The staff were pleasant and responsive.
To sum up, and without meaning to be derogatory, it's a brasserie, a quick bite with friends, but definitely not a romantic or gourmet experience.
