20/09/2024: As soon as we leave the Louvre we choose a restaurant to have lunch in, we find this one. They welcome us kindly and let us sit straight away, they offer us the fish-based menu of the day and we accept it. A dish based on Raia and vegetables with wine and coffee. Excellent food, at the end we also take a delicious typical dessert. The girl who welcomed us was a very sweet, kind and courteous person. I recommend it for anyone who wants to have a lunch in the centre. Ps. If you are Italian, don't drink coffee (the only flaw, but we know that this is the case abroad)

19/09/2024: One of the most amazing meals I’ve ever had. Menu changes regularly, but this evening had the mushroom & egg app (11/10), octopus (8/10) and duck entree (10/10). I would call the ambience intimate but not romantic necessarily (too brightly lit for that). Alex (Alix?) the server was phenomenal. Wish we had room for dessert! Lovely wine recs as well.

28/09/2024: An excellent time in this very good quality restaurant. The “confidence” menu is extra and very generous. The dishes are of excellent quality. Very pleasant staff. The Chef: Extra, he’s the one who comes to take your order at the table.

08/09/2024: Fans of the Atelier that we have known since its beginnings. Anneciens, every time we go to Chambéry, we stop at the Atelier. Always perfection, the same know-how. Gilles and his foie gras, unmissable, you will be delighted.

10/09/2024: First of all this was a great restaurant. Great atmosphere, very good service and the food was excellent. The cooking and creativity was on another level. The thing I would highlight is a completely extraordinary dessert. Again the level of creativity was over the standards. We had one of the best chocolate hearts that I’ve ever tasted, accompanied with a caramel ice cream, a banana smoothie and a passion fruit ice cream. We also had a cheese plate with local cheese. The last dessert was a combination of 5 different desserts. There was the same banana smoothie, a chocolate mousse with pecan nuts on top, a panne cotta, a peach compote and lastly a citrus cream. The starters were also very delicious and creative. We had a plate with salmon, onions, guacamole and tomatoes. There is not much to say but it was very delicious. For the main course we had a super delicious and a perfectly prepared and perfectly seasoned steak and some vegetables. I would love to come back again. I will have to give my compliments to the chef and I appreciate a chef with that amount of creativity.

14/09/2024: Soft-boiled egg starter on mushroom and truffle soup then breaded chicken burger and finally soft chestnut. All excellent, very fine and really delicious I absolutely recommend. Very friendly service, welcome and advice.

12/09/2024: Super friendly service! Good wine advice and above all great dish and dessert. Respected French specialty! Validated if you have an average budget. Indeed not too expensive but not low price (correct for the quality).

27/09/2024: The best restaurant in Lons, by far! Deserves a Michelin star, even if the friendly atmosphere is absolutely not "fussy" and is intended to be simple. In short, the perfect restaurant! Refined food, regularly updated menu, A couple of adorable enthusiasts who know how to advise you, really nice waitress. You won't know what a good restaurant is until you've been to Ô Tablier.

17/08/2024: On vacation in Carcassonne, I spotted this business. As soon as you enter, we are dazzled by the beauty of the setting and then the view of these magnificent cakes only makes us want to sit down and taste them. We had brunch and were able to enjoy their culinary talent! Excellent ! I will be delighted to stop there again during my next stays. Go for it!

27/11/2024: Top restaurant! There were 3 of us with friends at the large wooden table in the middle of the room, it was great! I like this system where you get up to choose your bottle. Refined dishes in a relaxed atmosphere with real professionals. We'll be back soon!

26/11/2024: Passing through Carry-le-Rouet in November We loved spending this friendly moment in this wine and meal concept with a simple menu and fresh products. The owner takes you on a journey to each of his dishes Honestly we loved it Go there with your eyes closed Thank you for your welcome 😉

10/12/2025: The most racist, shocking experience i have ever had at any restaurant. The moment we sat down the owner gave us the wine menu and we told him we don't drink alcahol because we’re muslim so he removed the wine glasses. Then proceeds to drag a chair and place it right behind me not 20cm away (facing our table) and places the large wine menu on it. I immediately got up and left and he started to clap and said “good bye” loudly.

10/12/2025: We visited L’Estafette de Nicolas and the experience couldn't have been better. The gentleman who served us was very friendly, and since he speaks a little Spanish, communication was very easy and friendly. The food was delicious, prepared with care and with an exceptional flavor. A highly recommended place that we will definitely return to.
