I am not in the habit of complimenting a chef so much, but being in the same profession as the latter I must share with you my experience in your restaurant. It’s very simple Eric, be proud of yourself, be proud of the cuisine you offer. We are ENJOYING and the word may be weak, it was really very well presented, it was excellent. The emulsions, your dumplings, your meat juice, the cooking, I have nothing to say, it was divine, texture, taste, everything I spoke through your plates. I discovered, I traveled through your dishes. Your regions and local products are highlighted to perfection. Mme Mr in this restaurant you will find the warm welcome from the waitress, the little care of the waitress for her customers, and the EXCELLENT cuisine of chef Éric Rolland. 13/08/2024: This discreet restaurant really deserves to be known. We found it by chance, and what a stroke of luck! The presentation of the dishes is superb, with fresh and very well cooked products, notably thanks to their market menu. All the dishes were delicious, and the prices were perfectly in line with the quality. To recommend without hesitation

08/09/2024: Dinner offered by friends in April 2024 thinking of offering us the "famous Amphitryon of Lorient"... The problem is that the owners changed in August 2024... And if Amphitryon remained in the name of this restaurant, it is essentially to benefit from past prestige... in fact this restaurant should be called 127 by itself... or even 000... because what can we say cold setting, questionable decoration,.... appetizing appetizers take out of a package... two "samples" of non-noble fish.... two "traces" of pigeons... the argument of the high cost of food is not to be excessively peddled, we are not yet in the film soleil vert...the film was anticipation...this restaurant does it...and for 87 euros per person....plan to have something to eat when you get back...and if the food costs this expensive point, let's close the restaurants and stay to eat for real at home...

06/09/2024: The children's menu indicates a complete kebab and a photo of a kebab once again complete (bread, raw vegetables, meat, etc.) and what was my surprise when I saw just kebab meat arriving, with a bit of hair in it to top it all off, because yes the cooks have no protection whatsoever and scratch their balls before serving you

29/07/2024: accueil sympathique et cadre très agréable mais .... j'avais demandé une crêpe dessert sur galette de sarrasin avec caramel au beurre salé maison et chantilly! j'ai mangé une tonne de chantilly qui a fondu à vitesse grand V sur une galette bien chaude baignant dans une mare de beurre avec beaucoup trop de caramel. Donc : 4 fois trop de chantilly et de beurre. Résultat: crêpe écoeurante! Dommage. Je n'y retournerai pas! très déçue.

20/07/2024: Le premier conseil que je peux donner est le suivant : soyez respectueux pour le personnel. En effet cette minuscule crêperie ne prend pas de réservation. Il est donc conseillé d'être devant à 18h55, soit 5mn avant l'ouverture pour avoir une place (d'autant que nous étions 8). Pas de souci, nous attendons respectueusement l'ouverture devant la terrasse de la crêperie. Ça n'est malheureusement pas le cas de tous... Malgré les chaises mises en place pour bloquer l'accès à la terrasse avant l'ouverture, des clients les franchissent pour faire le forcing et s'installer avant l'ouverture. Pas sympa pour le personnel qui est encore en pause et va cavaler toute la soirée. En dehors de ça, que dire... Nous venons chaque année et ne sommes jamais déçus. Les galettes et crêpes sont excellentes, les moules délicieuses et les autres plats à l'avenant. Les service est rapide, souriant et sympa.

09/09/2024: We celebrated my birthday this Saturday September 7th. The service was impeccable! The servers were all pleasant, smiling and responsive. I had a wonderful birthday thanks to them too! The food was also very good and there was no wait for both the aperitif and the main courses (even though there were around twenty of us)! Small remark on the hummus which deserves to be a little more "oriental" because, although fresh, I found that it lacked a little pep. The music was always there, with a range that I love and very varied! Thank you 1000 times for making my 40th birthday unforgettable 🙃😍
