31/01/2026: A warm and welcoming atmosphere. A discovery of surprising and little-known wines. The tapas and charcuterie boards were of very high quality, and the waiter was truly delightful. A big plus: dogs are welcome.

15/07/2026: Very good experience, the servers were very attentive. We had a meal for four family members, and they adapted the menu for one person who didn't want a particular ingredient. Prices were reasonable for the area, I recommend it!

04/09/2026: Paying €16 for two kebabs, one with fries, to get three pieces of meat barely scraping by and three leaves of lettuce is unacceptable. Very disappointed. We've always bought our kebabs there, but I've never experienced anything like this until today.

20/08/2026: We went back more than 10 years after our last visit. The cards weren't working anymore 😅 Friendly atmosphere, view of the cathedral. The concept is still just as cool with the cards that unlock the beer taps.

17/09/2026: I don't usually leave negative reviews, but this is too much! We were the only ones in the McDonald's, so normally the order should be ready in 5-10 minutes, but no, 25 minutes! Do you think that's normal?! And then an employee who gave us our order while yelling for help and using the informal "tu" form—is that normal too? Luckily, we had everything in the order, except for the cold, unsalted fries. You should review your service and how you speak to customers! And is the salad an optional extra???

19/09/2026: Joy filled my heart when, after a grueling day at the Book Fair, I discovered L'Echanson, its welcoming atmosphere, the smiles and good humor of the two sommeliers, and a seat on the terrace—thank you, Raisin app! Then joy filled my mouth, my palate, my nervous and digestive systems, my entire being, in fact, when I savored the advice of these jovial sommeliers. No, more than joy when it came to the Jura red: pure ecstasy! Thank you for the discoveries, the kindness, the shared humor, the joviality, and I eagerly await the next edition of the Book Fair!

19/09/2026: Alexandre Mercier is a key figure in Nancy. Come to L'Echanson. I drank the best Tokay wines in the world there, ate delicious French pork, and played music in this absolutely fantastic place. For restocking your wine cellar, there's Serge across the street.
