The meat is succulent, and the value for money is exceptional. Absolutely everything is perfect: the friendly service, the inviting terrace, and the beautiful setting with wonderful people. Congratulations! We left with wonderful memories and will return, certain of having another fantastic time. A must-try!

14/09/2026: Nothing exceptional, just an interminable wait that day. The same was true for collecting ice cream desserts (10-minute wait). The staff were overwhelmed despite the low number of customers.

02/09/2026: I went to the KFC in the Plaisir shopping center twice, and unfortunately, it was a real disappointment. The first time, I ordered a bucket of 10 tenders: I'd never seen such small pieces. They were extremely thin and clearly not up to KFC's usual standards. I tried again a second time, ordering several burgers and wraps from the menu, but the same thing happened: the pieces of chicken inside were tiny and very thin. You could mostly taste the bread and the sauce. Plus, the chicken was cold and dry. The same was true for the ice cream: very little filling and a really light topping, especially considering the price. I then went to another KFC about 15 km away, and the difference was striking: normal portions and the chain's standards were met. KFC really should send mystery shoppers more regularly to check the quality of its franchised restaurants, because there's clearly a big difference between the locations. Mr. Joncourt, you really should go and see what other KFCs are doing. There's a huge difference. Sincerely.

25/08/2026: I've always received a very warm welcome, whether for takeout or dining in. The service is impeccable, and the staff are incredibly attentive. On my second visit, the ladies immediately remembered what I'd ordered the previous time and what I liked. The pastries are delicious, and the selection is particularly wide! The display case also features mouthwatering cakes... even during busy periods, I've always found them very welcoming. I highly recommend it; for me, it's the best bakery in Chamalières. Their orange juice is especially fresh, you can tell that most of the products are homemade, and you can sense a genuine commitment to quality, complemented by impeccable service.

04/08/2026: Bravo! I've rarely enjoyed a single dish so much while traveling. Perfectly cooked, delicately seasoned, and beautifully presented. A small clove of charred garlic was the finishing touch, all homemade. The gourmet coffee was divine! Bravo! Exquisite, refined, and generous cuisine. I highly recommend it. If I weren't just passing through, this would become my go-to spot. 😁 I only regret not taking any photos. 🙃

30/08/2026: Avoid this place! Orders are ready but nobody takes care of them, so customers eat cold food. I asked for my order to be redone, but the manager offered no compensation. August 30, 2026, order 4030

15/05/2026: I had a very pleasant stay. The hotel was very clean, the staff very welcoming, and to top it all off, the food was excellent and delicious. I thank this establishment for this exceptional experience with its magnificent spa complex.

15/05/2026: Wow! What more can I say? We had a fantastic time at Chalet Antoinette! The terrace overlooking the Saône was simply heavenly! We thoroughly enjoyed the meal at the restaurant (the homemade profiteroles were a pure delight). Thank you for accepting our dog; he also enjoyed the stay and the thoughtful touches.

14/09/2026: We ordered a deep box for €20. They swapped the sauces in our tacos. Half the items listed online were missing. The wraps were spicy even though we didn't ask for them. The sauces came in sachets, not jars as advertised. And they didn't even provide a napkin. Otherwise, the fries were okay.

12/09/2026: One star, and even that's not enough! Very disappointed with my experience. I paid extra for cheese sauce, but the taco was dry, tasteless, and nothing more than fries. Same problem with the fries: I asked for extra, but they simply weren't there. And to top it all off, I found a hair in my taco… 🤢 This is definitely the last time I'll eat at your place. I'll go to your competitors, who know how to treat their customers better and, above all, offer decent quality. Very disappointed, I do not recommend it.
