03/05/2026: I thought I'd go to the drive-thru to save time. What a mistake! Forty-five minutes later, with no crowd ahead of me, I was still waiting… No order taken at the drive-thru after a 20-minute wait. Along with other customers, we decided to walk to the first window, and there they told us they couldn't take our order… then they said yes… then no… and finally they took my order, but we had to wait another half hour. It's absolutely ridiculous!

18/05/2026: Hello, I'm writing to let you know that you need to review your iced coffee service. I ordered an iced latte without sugar and received a coffee in a tiny latte cup meant for hot coffee. I asked for ice cubes to be added! Since there isn't room for ice cubes in a hot coffee cup, the man must have put in so little that the coffee wasn't even cold! So I left with a barely cold coffee. An iced latte normally comes in a large cup to accommodate ice cubes and includes a straw! I should mention that I asked the man if it was indeed an iced coffee he was serving me, and he insisted that it was. What's going on?! Please correct your service because I paid €2.90 for a lukewarm iced coffee with almost no ice! Photo of what I received below compared to what I should have received 🙄

13/05/2026: The hygiene and professionalism of the staff are frankly questionable. A 20-minute wait at 7 p.m. on a Tuesday when there was no one at the drive-thru, no one in the restaurant, and no Uber Eats delivery driver. As an added bonus, two trips to the restroom 30 minutes apart, both times in exactly the same state (see photo). I can understand difficulties during peak hours. But when there's no one around, it's clearly unacceptable. I don't even want to see the state of the kitchens.

The atmosphere was friendly and cheerful, and Mr. Chabral welcomed us like friends without being intrusive. The food was delicious, and the prices were very reasonable. 08/06/2026: Catastrophic experience! I regularly stop at restaurants on my way to work, but I've rarely encountered such an unpleasant welcome. The waitress clearly gave the impression that the customers were bothering her. No smile, no politeness, no desire to work. When I asked for a bill, her response was particularly dismissive, as if my request was a problem. I then realized that she was simply waiting for her shift to start and that she obviously had no desire to deal with customers. As for the sandwich, it was a disgrace to the Subway brand. Sloppy preparation, mediocre taste, inedible result. I threw it in the trash because it was so bad. I was in a hurry because I had to pick up a client in Montélimar; otherwise, I would have gone straight back to the counter to express my dissatisfaction. Between the deplorable service and the poor quality of the meal, this stop was a complete waste of time and money. (€17 for this garbage) Avoid this place until there's a serious change in staff and professionalism.

22/05/2026: NEVER order from there. Every time I order, they make a mistake, and I end up with bagels I can't eat because of an allergy (even though I specified my allergy in the order). Today I ordered once, they made a mistake, I ordered again, and they made another mistake. They really need to learn how to read an order.

Except for one small issue, but they couldn't do anything about that: the room was very hot, but it was 36 degrees Celsius. Thank you!
