16/12/2024: 35 minutes that I announce that I am missing my ice cream, so I wait but no one comes then I come to the counter for 20 minutes but no one takes care of my request even though I have paid.

15/12/2024: First and last experience in this burger king. Many tables were dirty. Order placed at 6:22 p.m., order received at 7:03 p.m., restaurant was almost empty when we arrived. When the order finally arrived the burgers were cold, which is very unpleasant and makes the veggie steakhouse bad. 2 napkins for 4 menus, no spoon for dessert, not the right sauces. Many order errors for table neighbors, oversights... and above all excessive waiting for everyone (on site and take away). In addition, it was cold in the restaurant, there was air conditioning, almost all the customers were wearing their jackets. Paying for this is simply unacceptable. We will not come back here.

14/08/2024: Four of us travelling from Australia, and of course just wandered into a pub for a drink. Beer was cold and fresh, Rosé for the girls was great and well priced. Three of us had steaks, all ordered at different levels ( rare, med/rare and medium) and each was perfectly cooked. The staff were friendly and very pleasant, which helped us enjoy more than just a drink but an unexpected night out. Loved it.

07/07/2025: The place is nice. The staff isn't unpleasant. But it's not an Irish pub. The beer menu is disastrous. The only Irish beer is Guinness. The rest doesn't even deserve to be in an Irish pub. In short, a nice place, but not a pub at all.

01/07/2025: Venue: Pleasant atmosphere and music. Ridiculously small tables that don't fit anything. Food: We ordered two burgers and wings. The wings were okay. The burgers were tasty, but we ordered them rare and they were overcooked. The fries were very poor. The best part was the spicy sauces that really get you going (if you like it spicy). Service: With the place quite empty (on a Monday for dinner), they let you choose between the two worst-located and really small tables. They bring the starters and main courses at the same time. Their service isn't very pleasant. Price: High for the price.

03/09/2024: On a Monday lunchtime at the end of August, the charming town of Villedieu-les-poêles is no exception to the rule, many restaurants are closed and those that remain open are crowded..... After a short walk, looking for a restaurant, in old-fashioned fashion, without consulting either GPS or social networks, a terrace beckons us. After a welcome by an empathetic person....there is room....phew! we opt for the sunny terrace. We choose a board "Land and sea" Fried donuts with chicken, Accras and shrimp, accompanied by fries and two sauces. Well presented and orderly, very tasty and enhanced by fresh produce, the portion is generous enough for two people. The home fries are well cooked and succulent. Then we finish with a pavlova with seasonal fruits....To die for!!!! Everything is framed by a professional and efficient service, provided with good humor and good humor. A beautiful, tasty and welcoming culinary break, which will remain a good memory.

13/12/2024: We are regulars. We arrive at 13h. There are 4 tables of two next to each other empty. One table of 4 empty and 3 tables of 2 empty on the other side. The waitress want to put us on a tables cramped between two other occupied tables "in case there are groups arriving" 🤪 honestly you could feel how the waitress just hoped we wouldn't take it so she wouldn't have to take on another table when the place was half empty and she had nearly no work anymore.

14/09/2024: It was a superb meeting with Laurence and his bar. What can I say, the sun was out and so were the smiles. A quick trip to the market before having a coffee on the terrace and then a spritz! Both very good! If you are looking for an authentic place you are in the right place. 25/09/2024: The experience in this bar/restaurant is very clearly ruined by the manager who is very unpleasant. The tone is not appropriate, the words even less so, there were 10 of us and we were all shocked by his way of treating customers. Too bad, the other servers are friendly, the drinks affordable and the food quite good.

22/09/2024: Popular local address. We like to go there whenever the opportunity presents itself. Ideal for a quick lunch, a happy hour or to come and enjoy good things! The pizzas are delicious, the beers, cocktails & wines varied, not to mention the “nibbles” & platters to share or not 🤭 I highly recommend 👍🏻

20/08/2024: Overall, the room is pleasant and the SAE is maintained and regularly renewed. Small downside regarding the prices which are still quite high (although within the competitive standard of commercial rooms), also regarding the sales strategy which is sometimes a little oppressive.
