The staff is very friendly and doing there best as match as they can and it seemd they are tired, The drinks was good, service is good but a little delay, I advice to work on the branch maintenance and cleanness

07/05/2026: I loved the bar's atmosphere, the cocktails were great, and the staff were very friendly! (With a really cool playlist too!) I recommend it, and I think it could accommodate large groups with its back room!

16/04/2026: It's a legendary bar, but next time I'll check the Monday lineup. I saw one of the best concerts of my life during my last trip to Paris, but that Monday was a disaster. It's a bit of a gamble. The staff are always lovely.

23/03/2026: Appalling service. Unpleasant and incompetent staff. We waited 30 minutes for a simple order of two bowls of fries. When we went to the counter, the waitress sent us outside and never came back. I should point out that it wasn't peak time and the terrace was far from full. But when we had the misfortune of putting down a simple bottle of crystal glass, a waitress arrived within two minutes. For a bar in the very center of town, this is simply shameful. Furthermore, after we finally managed to order—I repeat, only three bowls of fries—they arrived cold. One might think it was a lack of professionalism, and that's exactly what it was!

09/12/2025: A fantastic welcome from the manager and his team. There were nine of us, and we had a movie at UGC on Saturday evening. Beforehand, we decided to come for dinner with friends and family, and after a warm and professional welcome, we placed our orders. We all enjoyed the dishes on offer. That evening, I decided to order a "Casablanca," a burger with lamb that had been oven-cooked for seven hours. It was excellent! 👌 I highly recommend it.

07/12/2025: Fenêtre sur cour is a lovely restaurant with excellent, original burgers made with high-quality ingredients. The service is efficient, friendly, and attentive. An excellent place where we had a pleasant time.

05/05/2026: Unbelievable!! A half-hour wait even though we were the only ones in the restaurant (and even then, we were only served because my husband went to ask what was going on!), cold hamburgers, requests ignored (including an ingredient that was still there even though we asked for it to be removed due to an allergy!), and to top it all off: gunk floating in our Oasis drink 🤮 Never again!!!

02/05/2026: We came for lunch today, it wasn't too crowded, however, there were no more trays available at the kiosks, I went to get about ten more myself from the counter to refill the kiosks, our order was validated at 12:34, the trays were brought to us 45 minutes later!!! Some of the sandwiches were cold, and what's more, my son's hamburger was missing, which he'd already been waiting for for 45 minutes (make a 4-year-old wait 45 minutes for food...). So I went to the counter to get it, and there I waited another 20 minutes. The entire staff ignored the numerous dissatisfied customers at the counter, all with shifty eyes, not a single hello, nothing. They could see we were waiting to be served, but no one reacted until a woman called out to them. Not a single apology, not a single gesture of goodwill. The staff seemed completely overwhelmed and incredibly lethargic today. I can understand that it's not an easy job, but this was truly unprecedented. I was on the verge of losing my temper, but actually, I felt sorry for them. The service was truly catastrophic, between the wait, the missing items, and the delivered meals. Cold... I'm not sure I'll be back anytime soon.

17/05/2026: Not a single smile and they always forget something, wow! I go back to get it and they don't even give me the right thing! What's going on now?

10/05/2026: An atrocity! A disastrous meal! We ordered six set meals, including three Happy Meals. One of our drinks had a lipstick stain on it—appalling! I think they put the dishwasher on eco mode. Dirty dishes are thrown into the restroom hall, which says it all! Then, two of our set meals arrived cold, but they brought them back hot. And then, surprise, when we opened a hamburger, it wasn't the right one! The glass that was replaced came back with the wrong drink. In short, we had to get up four times to get a decent order. On the other hand, the soap in the restrooms doesn't smell bad.
