17/03/2026: Waiting more than 10 minutes at the click and collect point and having to go inside to pick up your order is unacceptable.

17/03/2026: McDonald's is getting worse and worse!!!! The Sunday roll was barely filled and the double cheese fries had very few fries and hardly any cheese! Next time I'm ordering at the counter and I'll return everything that's wrong until you treat customers with respect! At the price of these meals, it's unacceptable!!!!

12/04/2026: Bad experience, not a welcoming atmosphere at all. Unpleasant staff who refused to serve us what we ordered, even though they had enough stock. Not at all sociable. They only served what they wanted. I absolutely do not recommend this place. They shouldn't give customers a choice if they're just going to impose their own. We choose what we want. The menu doesn't match what we ordered at all; it's not accurate. Claiming to be out of stock is just an excuse not to serve us.

13/11/2025: A very warm welcome. Relaxing in front of a panoramic cinema screen while sharing delicious food with (or without) friends, then retiring to a cozy and well-appointed room with excellent bedding. It was a perfect stopover. I'll definitely be back.

11/10/2025: We stopped for a coffee, the view of the lake and the mountains is magnificent, not to be forgotten.

08/12/2025: Okay, it's really very good, but the problem is that the sandwich bread is completely open and everything falls out during transport! I prefer my bread to be only half open so that everything stays inside! And I'm not a culinary master, just a cook who graduated from the Blois Hotel School 😉... and former owner of a gourmet restaurant in Chambord 😉

12/04/2026: They forgot half the order even though there was no one there 🤔 The room was very dirty, the tables upstairs were all filthy, the floors were disgusting. Frankly, if the kitchen is in the same state, it doesn't bode well... I do not recommend it.

10/04/2026: Disappointing for a takeaway order. The wait was far too long for an incomplete order (the drink was forgotten). It's annoying to have to double-check everything before leaving to avoid any unpleasant surprises. The service clearly lacks attention to detail.

Everything is prepared with care and great taste. A big thank you also to the staff for their warm and attentive welcome. Even though we hadn't ordered dessert, the team surprised us with a lovely little dessert and a candle. It was a very touching gesture that made the moment even more special. The restaurant's setting also deserves a mention: the place is very pleasant and charming, with a magnificent view of the Loire River from the windows, which makes the experience even more unique.
