Perfect cooking of fish, balanced seasonings, complex flavors.
If not a slightly long service (victim of its success), the team did not lose its smile and the moment, at the edge of the port, was most pleasant.

Not even a quarter of the restaurant is occupied, but the manager makes it clear that I'm in the way because I used the chair at the next table (empty) because my baby sits there and he doesn't have a high chair
After a 5 euro frappé coffee but not sweet, I order a dish, but he pretends there's none left (he didn't consult his chef beforehand even though it's on the menu today) so I can leave, in any case, that leaves one more empty table
I get away with 8 euros for a coffee and a croissant

An authentic raclette with very good cheese, however the quantity of cold meats and salad for three people is far too low for the price (70€)
21/11/2024: As part of the Mont Blanc Rally, we have partially privatized the restaurant for a reception linked to an automobile brand. We met lovely people, with whom the collaboration was fluid and efficient. A beautiful address!

23/07/2024: Very disappointing. I came here following the video on the networks and the menu presented on Instagram, nothing to do with reality. When we arrived, barely 1/3 of the menu was present, and the simplest "garlic pasta" style dishes, the appetizers arrived at the same time as the dishes, the cooking and presentation was very basic and the quantities averages. Very poor value for money, only the setting was good

Refusal to offer me a drink for 6 euros that I asked for as a souvenir! A priori on the recommendation of the new management. How sad when I loved coming to the site! Last purchase in this castle!
