13/04/2026: A warm welcome awaits you, with accommodation in traditional rooms or quiet little chalets located behind the historic building. There's a large, free, gated parking area at the rear of the property. I experienced a one-night stay in a simple chalet, but the bedding was comfortable and the surroundings peaceful and relaxing. The hotel has a restaurant with a limited but complete menu at reasonable prices. Good value for money. I highly recommend this hotel for a short stay or as a stopover on a longer journey.

11/04/2026: Beautiful building, lovely location, wonderful welcome, and very friendly staff. The rooms are a little dated for my taste, but the bedding is excellent. Off-season meals are a bit pricey for local produce served in jars, but very tasty. And breakfast is excellent, with a wide variety of options at a reasonable price. We had a wonderful night's stay. Thank you.

08/04/2026: The university bar is THE bar for students. It's a great mix of beer and a quality crowd. I highly recommend it.

14/02/2026: Arrived at 8 pm, the restaurant was full, but we were very warmly welcomed by the waitresses. The tables were full, but the turnover was well managed. The table was cleaned, and the service was quick and perfect.

17/02/2026: Moderately satisfied. Young people were smoking in the back of the restaurant during the Dunkirk Carnival. Only 3 out of 4 self-service machines were working. No table service.

26/02/2026: Tonight, at the live music with a fabulous singing duo, we had a fantastic dance atmosphere! It's a shame that a woman who didn't introduce herself (I assume the manager) came and asked us to leave if we didn't "buy a drink," claiming she was "paying the musicians," even though we had all ordered drinks and two of us hadn't even finished them...

26/02/2026: Incredible singers and very friendly waiters. It's a shame the same can't be said for the supposed owner (who didn't introduce herself) who asked us to leave before we'd even finished our drinks because, and I quote, "we pay the musicians, you have to order." I should mention that there were five of us and we all ordered drinks. Really unpleasant, it ruined our experience.

07/02/2026: We stumbled upon this place during a stroll and were delighted. Guinness drew us in, and we have absolutely no regrets. We enjoyed views of England and Wales while sipping our beer in a peaceful, British atmosphere. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
