15/10/2025: Six of us had dinner here last night and it was excellent. The soup, fish tartare, foie gras were lovely starters. The plats included salmon, lamb and chicken, all delicious. Dessert was a delicious chocolate construction and lavender crème brûlée. The waiter was very helpful with English descriptions of the dishes, chose some dishes for several of our party and had excellent wine recommendations. Service was quick and not cloying. And we relaxed after dessert finishing our wine without being bothered. One of the best restaurants we’ve been to in Malaucene and we’ve been to most of them. Would put this as one of the top three.

30/10/2025: It was a real treat to rediscover traditional dishes like pig's trotters and calf's head, served by incredibly kind and professional staff. A must-try!

06/01/2026: We are regulars here as perfect sleep over prior to early morning flight with direct access via a covered walkway to T4. Service excellent and rooms always pristine.

14/02/2026: I ordered takeout, I live right across the street, and the fries were cold, with a hair in one of the sandwiches. I went back two minutes later and explained to the manager that it wasn't acceptable. She responded haughtily, when the least she could do was apologize. Disappointed. I won't be going back.

And it's like that every time...

12/11/2025: We lived across from this establishment. The music was so loud every night, it was impossible to sleep. Please have some conscience, gentlemen. You're ruining other people's vacations. We didn't call the police, but I think your manager should take this into account.

19/03/2026: There's always a long wait, even when there are only a few people ahead of us. If you go during a busy time, you'll have trouble parking, and the drive-thru is a real bottleneck.

04/04/2026: I went there with my two children for two Happy Meals, and one of the toys was missing. When I pointed it out, a waitress told her colleague that it was true, and indeed, the customer was right. They're deliberately stealing from customers, hoping they won't notice... And if the staff are even drinking from the glasses before serving them... The service is outrageous! I'm so disappointed...

12/12/2024: We can't give 6 stars, too bad 😂. A great experience, with succulent and hearty dishes. You can even leave with the leftovers if it’s too plentiful. To do again without hesitation! Perhaps we will become regulars, with our napkin rings like the table next to us. Well done, don’t change anything!

11/12/2024: Thanks to this place, my memories in Paris were so wonderful. Everything I ate was delicious and unlike anything I've ever eaten in Japan. The staff was very polite and the service was great, and we had a wonderful time. thank you very much! I will go again!

01/03/2026: Thank you for the warm welcome we received. The hotel is quiet, the beds are comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. The hotel has a restaurant open Monday to Friday.

01/03/2026: I was very happy with my two-day stay at the Kyriad. Both the daytime and nighttime staff were perfect. I didn't give it 5 stars for the location simply because being in a commercial area lacks a bit of charm, but the hotel is quiet yet close to a cinema and a water park, with a large, safe, and free parking lot. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The breakfast was perfectly satisfactory. And once again, we will certainly return because of the excellent service!

05/10/2025: I'm only giving one star to everyone, even though I didn't try a single dish. However, I'm very disappointed with the manager. I came this Sunday morning to help my friend Ludo with his music. He's an amazing guy, but unfortunately, he's being exploited by this kind of person. I played for two hours, and no one asked me if we wanted a drink. My poor Ludo played for free for his terrace (it was a gift), he didn't even give him a ticket, and worst of all, he didn't even offer him a portion of fries. Well done, and I'll never set foot in the house of someone who treats people like nobody's business again.

12/03/2026: Extremely disappointed with the quality of the chicken kebab. It was dry and overcooked. We didn't eat the kebab or the wrap for fear of food poisoning. I've been coming here for several years without any problems. But I'll never set foot in this place again. I hope the owner sees my review and tells his staff that they serve the kebab meat directly from the spit. 🥴🥴🥴🥴🥴
