08/07/2026: This person doesn't keep their word and repeatedly forgets reservations. We had booked the hall and kitchen for our daughter's christening. They hadn't imposed any services on us, but a month before, they canceled everything because they'd forgotten and preferred to rent with services included. And on top of that, they dared to ask us to change the date. The hall, kitchen, and services were overpriced, and on top of that, we had to buy all the food ourselves, adding to the already substantial costs. The restaurant is on the side of the road and unsafe! The owner is unpleasant and arrogant. We absolutely do not recommend this place, and after talking to others, we received many negative reviews. In the end, it was a blessing in disguise. Avoid at all costs!

24/02/2026: Very tired God forgotten place with food that reminded me of post war times and where cappuccino tasted more like hot chocolate and costs 4 euros per coffee even though the price on the machine clearly states 2.60 euros. It took 5 min for someone to come out from the kitchen to serve us. Food and deco looked so uninviting that we decided to just order a coffee and leave. I would not recommend.

10/02/2026: Update from January 10, 2026: Back at this cafe and it was very, very good, simple, and inexpensive. Basic but very tasty starters. Main course: roast chicken, super delicious, with green vegetables, potatoes, and jus. Absolutely fantastic, I thoroughly enjoyed it, and it was a generous portion! A small chocolate mousse-style dessert, so very good. I loved it because it was well-prepared and homemade; it was absolutely delicious, well done! Original post: Great food. We had the chicken escalope with tarragon sauce, which was to die for: perfectly tender, flavorful, a delight. The vegetables were great. The welcome was incredibly kind and pleasant; we felt very comfortable. The decor is very nice. In short, a good cafe-style restaurant, but of high quality. Just a slightly smaller selection of starters and desserts, but it's not a big deal. Thank you to the owners.

06/05/2026: I don't know what's worse... the open door to the parking lot, revealing a disgusting floor... the cold fries, the sundae dripping all over the outside of the container, and consequently... the lack of napkins. The poorly assembled burger that completely fell apart. The slow service... I'd forgotten why I ever went to the other McDonald's... now I understand.

04/05/2026: The McDonald's on Rue Alsace in Saint-Dié was a disaster; they had no orange juice. It wasn't very clean, and on Sunday, customers were unhappy. The wait time was 30 minutes, and they offered us ice cream while we waited.

22/07/2026: The food is the typical fast food garbage. Good service very satisfying but the toilet on the second floor that you have to some times being your recipient and others not was annoying. The atmosphere was fine if a little crowded and the places to sit on the first floor were awkward.

20/07/2026: And the new cashier, if you don't want to work, don't bother the people who are working. And you, the blonde lady who was supposedly in the kitchen and who prepared the food, aren't you ashamed? You ask customers to bring you their bags, you bring them to you, and you dare to say, "But maybe you ate it!" You think I'm going to quibble over five euros? Frankly, it's very dishonest of you. It's your fault, and you're blaming the customers. I was there at exactly 3:10.

22/05/2026: I'm always happy to come for my lunch break there or get takeout. The products are fresh, the recipes are healthy and delicious, and the prices are reasonable. Nina is very pleasant and professional, and it's nice to chat with her when she has time and isn't in the lunchtime rush!

15/05/2026: I've known this kebab place since, phew… 2010 or 2011, and honestly, it's still just as amazing 😭 The portions are super generous, it's really delicious, and on top of that, the prices are still very affordable. Frankly, I recommend it 100%. If you're craving a kebab on Sunday at lunchtime, remember to order by phone before going. It'll save you a huge queue and it also helps the chef manage everyone much more easily. But honestly… the wait is totally worth it, it's so good 🤤

23/07/2026: A terrible experience at this motorway service station McDonald's. We ordered two 40cl iced coffees. Instead, the cashier served us two 25cl drinks. When we pointed out the mistake, the manager immediately became aggressive and irritated, as if we were responsible for the situation. After some discussion, she finally served us the drinks we had actually ordered. However, instead of apologizing for this obvious error, she had the nerve to say, "Well, there you go, you got three drinks for the price of one." This remark was completely inappropriate. We never asked for more than what we paid for. We simply wanted to receive the items we ordered. Not only was the mistake not acknowledged, but we also felt like we were being treated like freeloaders, or even thieves. Appalling customer service, no business sense, and no respect for the customer. A simple apology would have sufficed, but apparently that was asking too much. I strongly advise against staying at this establishment.

29/06/2026: We booked this bar to celebrate a birthday and reserve the downstairs room. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing from beginning to end. The service from the sole waiter was simply catastrophic: no smile, no friendliness, and he clearly gave the impression that every request was a problem. When it came time to pay the bill (which was over €20), he initially refused to accept our card payment. We had to insist and negotiate before he finally agreed, which is completely unacceptable. The cocktails, unfortunately, did not improve matters: they were very disappointing, tasteless, and clearly not up to the standard one would expect from a bar. It's a real shame, as we chose this establishment to celebrate an important occasion. Between the frosty welcome, the unpleasant service, and the poor quality of the drinks, we left with a very bad impression. A serious review of their customer service is more than necessary. Avoid at all costs!!!

07/12/2025: We arrived at 10:30 PM and were told it was closed, even though it said 11 PM and that if we didn't have a car, we could go to the drive-thru. So, they can cook for the drive-thru but not for the dine-in area. Find the mistake, pffft.

30/11/2025: The review will be salty like Serrano ham (Johan). This is my third time at this McDonald's, and I always have the same feeling: I'm being ripped off! How is it possible to take 20 minutes to prepare an order but still manage to forget the pickles in a cheeseburger, serve dry, cold fries, and not melt the cheese? I also find it fascinating that they charge for every extra as if you were in a restaurant. The only positive point was the toy, which, unlike usual, was actually quite fun and entertaining, much better than the childish books and building blocks that actively contribute to deforestation. If you want to avoid hurting your bank account and your conscience, run away!

24/07/2026: I was served by a charming young woman named Eleonore. Very professional, her smile and good humor brightened my day. My little wrap was delicious, and I loved my experience from beginning to end. I highly recommend it, 10/10!

06/07/2026: We placed our order around midnight. We waited 15 minutes to pay and another 20 minutes to be served. When I went to pick up the order, I specifically asked if it was complete, and they told me it was, but some items were missing. I am very disappointed with this McDonald's, which is supposed to be a fast food restaurant, not a slow food establishment.

06/07/2026: Absolutely terrible! I waited 30 minutes for one box of nuggets, two wraps, and two drinks. They didn't even say hello, and on top of that, my order was incomplete. Truly disappointing. This is supposed to be a (fast food) place. Shame on such a big chain! Avoid this place and go to Quick or Burger King. The nuggets are disgusting; they taste like they're two weeks old. I think a health inspection is definitely in order.
