20/04/2026: Disappointed several times since the new owners took over. Ordered online (waited 20-30 minutes), the meat was dry, and there were mistakes every time. And they weren't very customer-oriented...

18/04/2026: The McDonald's in Marly just opened and frankly, their order management is terrible! We ordered a Royal Deluxe and got a Royal Bacon instead, which was completely flattened and the bun was a bit torn. Furthermore, we also ordered a small Deluxe wrap, and instead of the Deluxe sauce, they put in some kind of mustard sauce, even though there aren't any burgers with mustard on the menu right now...

17/04/2026: Even the pre-packaged sandwiches now need checking because they'll give you anything; you order a double and they'll give you a single instead. That's some nice profit margin...

13/04/2026: My experience with click and collect this evening at 7:30 PM was disastrous. A young man and his colleague took my order. I pointed out that there was no sauce, and he said, "Yes, if you don't add any on the app, we won't add any." I reminded him that sauces are automatically charged on the app because they're an add-on. He said, "No, but I'll give you some, no problem." I didn't push it and waited for him to return. As soon as I turned around, these two employees had the nerve to mock me, repeating the same thing. Once I came back, I firmly reminded him that with a meal order, you automatically get a free sauce at the order kiosk, and that this should be done automatically for click and collect. Some places do it, others don't, but they have the decency to give them out directly. At the drive-thru, they also add sauces automatically, so why should click and collect be exempt? Those two are really something, they know all about nerve, a little self-reflection wouldn't hurt them! And respect isn't just for show. When I checked my order, a small fry and the donut from the McSmart meal were missing. In the end, I had to get out of the car. It's ridiculous; the service at the McDonald's in Trans-en-Provence is incomparable to this one.

29/03/2026: We went to the wine bar "Le 17 Place aux Vins" in L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue last weekend as a family, hoping for a pleasant evening… and unfortunately, it was a very bad experience. The service clearly needs improvement: the servers were inexperienced, inefficient, and some were downright unpleasant. One in particular was neither friendly nor smiling, and even seemed to be completely ignoring us. Furthermore, the prices are exorbitant considering the quality of the service (and the portion sizes). But the worst part was the wait: extremely long. We ordered a dish and, after 25 minutes without seeing anything arrive, we had to flag down a waitress only to find out… that they were out of it. No prior notice, no spontaneous apology—just a pointless wait. Even for basic things, it was interminable: I had to wait 30 minutes just for a carafe of water… Very disappointing from beginning to end. We won't be back.

28/03/2026: Sorry, but as a long-time regular at this wine bar, I won't be going back because the waiters (who have been replaced) have become extremely unpleasant. It's a shame, but avoid it.

18/04/2026: I come here very often to work with my laptop. I really appreciate the fact that there are power outlets all over the restaurant and the pretty decent Wi-Fi connection. The service is always fast, and they rarely miss anything in our orders, which is rare in McDonald's these days. The staff is always helpful and friendly. It's an environment I really enjoy, and that's undoubtedly largely thanks to the staff. My only complaint is that they don't offer any hot milk-based drinks, such as hot chocolate or lattes.

23/03/2026: I go there from time to time, but I find it quite expensive and the taste isn't exceptional either. (I'm referring to the pasta/gnocchi, at least, since I've never tried the other dishes/drinks they offer.)

08/03/2026: This is the first time we've been to this chain, and unfortunately, the last. We ordered a Kinder milkshake and a bubble tea. They had absolutely no flavor. My milkshake was simply milk with blended Kinder chocolate. I've never eaten such a watery milkshake with the Kinder chocolate floating on top. The bubble tea was milk with tapioca pearls, and it had no taste at all. I don't know how it's possible to mess up such simple recipes... I'm giving it two stars for the service because the employees are very friendly and welcoming.

14/04/2026: We came on a Tuesday evening after Paris Saint-Germain's victory at 26 and the service was super fast and efficient, frankly the manager and the teams were top-notch.

12/04/2026: I didn't get the red coin... but the burger and fries were good after the movie.
