07/07/2025: Always a pleasure to go there I regularly go to McDonald's in Houistreham, and I'm always very satisfied. Orders are served quickly, well prepared, and the food is hot and delicious. The restaurant is always clean, both inside and at the terminals. The staff is pleasant and efficient, even when it's busy. It's a reliable place where I eat often, and I've never been disappointed. Honestly, one of the best McDonald's in the area 👌

26/01/2026: If you're looking for a mediocre experience with service sprinkled with bad faith, you've come to the right place! I had the delightful surprise of receiving a donut that was still cold from the "baking" process. The "baking" process simply means taking the food out of the freezer, placing it in trays, and then displaying it in the window. When I asked to have my donut heated (since this isn't offered at the register), I was refused on the pretext that it had already been touched (not eaten, just touched). It's true that you can tell if food is too cold just by looking at it… As a result, nothing could be done for me, and the evening manager criticized me for commenting on the temperature of my donut without having eaten it. The customer is truly king at Starbucks, isn't that great! I also had to ask several times for the name of this same manager, who was supposed to have a name tag visible on her apron. But given the level of professionalism at this Starbucks, is it really surprising? A truly incompetent team, except for one kind young woman who later apologized discreetly for the inconvenience, after having listened, perplexed, to her manager's completely absurd speech. She stubbornly clung to her position, offered no solutions, and even accused me of being abusive. A disgrace for a Starbucks located in the heart of the capital.

29/11/2025: Honestly, I just got a kebab meal for €9.50, I was still hungry at the end, and frankly, it's outrageous. There was nothing good about it, the quality was zero, and the quantity was even worse. The fries were swimming in oil, ugh. Very disappointed. I told him I was still hungry at the end, and he said, "Do you want another kebab?" LOL. I'm never going there again. It was disgusting. I strongly advise against it. Never go there. I went today, never again in my life. 🤢🤬

15/01/2026: I'm writing this message regarding my experience with this establishment today. I ordered coffee, tea, and some pastries. After paying, the coffee was really bad. I politely asked for a replacement, as it was possible they had made it incorrectly. At that point, the person I was dealing with was nonchalant and incredibly disrespectful, making inappropriate gestures. I STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST GOING THERE!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
