27/01/2026: A very bad experience. Access to the restaurant is dangerous in the rain: the road is poorly maintained, water pools and creates large puddles that overflow onto the sidewalk, making the ground extremely slippery. As a result, my boyfriend's car broke down because of the water. A young waitress was very kind and professional in agreeing to help us, but unfortunately, the owner refused, showing no consideration for the situation. It's a shame that a lack of exterior maintenance and understanding completely ruins the experience. Customer safety should be a priority, especially in the rain.

25/01/2026: I went to the drive-thru at 7:17 PM. I ordered one Big Mac, one order of fries, and one Croque Monsieur. They forgot to add the Croque Monsieur to my order, so I was told I had to go back around the drive-thru to place another order! Not the first time I've been disappointed.

18/10/2025: Apparently, at Aixam Dun's Auto, they sell cars that do 6 km and they tell you that there is a problem with their use. We are really Tintin!!

09/07/2025: Very disappointed, I had ordered online and waited in the reserved place, I was told that the order was ready, I had to wait 30 minutes and I had to go and pick it up and my order was cold

08/07/2025: Covered terrace, indoor table with peripheral outlet. Otherwise, it's in line with what you'd expect from a McDonald's.

08/02/2026: McDonald's is located right in the city center, ideal if you're on foot but much less so if you're driving. There are no parking spaces nearby. There are indoor tables and outdoor tables in the shared square with passersby (no private terraces). Inside, the tables are extremely cramped, both in terms of the walkway and the number of seats. You eat with your neighbor and are part of every conversation :-(. It's very noisy and there's no background music (or at least none that can be heard). On the plus side, trays are placed in carts, which prevents overflowing trash cans like you see elsewhere. The service is quick and friendly, and orders are complete.

07/02/2026: A very long wait (45 minutes), and many apparent problems with the orders…

29/01/2026: Ordering breakfast when there's nothing else open nearby... No set menu options unless you just want coffee or tea. No luck, I want hot chocolate, so I have to order individual items, which is more expensive. I place my order and hear grumbling in the kitchen because they have to make a McMuffin and an Apple Pie first thing in the morning. If you don't want to work, you shouldn't have come, but if you're in the kitchen, you work, and without complaining, especially in front of the customers.

13/01/2026: The meal was cold. The cook with the long hair and glasses wasn't wearing a hairnet, while all his colleagues were, and on top of that, he kept running his hand through his hair.

24/01/2026: This is my best dining experience ever. Great menu tasting, you go with the flow of the chef the tastes and ingredients the taste are all from another place The drinks ( wine and sake) are also on another level Took my partner for her birthday and we cant recommend enough

07/01/2026: Overall pretty average food, well presented but not something I would recommend. Before coming I read all the negative reviews and was shocked to see how the restaurant manager answers to them with such huge disrespect. Just for that, the level of this place went down before I even tried it. If you are unable to take criticism and instead respond with hate, then don’t go into a hospitality business. The level of disrespect towards past clients is truly astonishing.

31/01/2026: If I have one piece of advice, it's to avoid this restaurant altogether, especially if you're really hungry. There's a slow one there that won't even mention its name. Ugh, honestly, I 1000% advise against it.

12/10/2025: The place is dismal due to its filth; the hygiene department clearly didn't do any checks. The food quality is deplorable, and the staff (probably the owner) are downright unfriendly. It's a shame, as it's well located.

06/12/2025: Order placed for click and collect. We arrived at the location, but there was no designated parking space. I went inside to ask, but the person couldn't answer me; they didn't even understand what I was talking about. They went to get what I assumed was the manager, who was very nice, no complaints there. We got home, and there were no sauces (not even the ones we ordered as extras), and there were mistakes in our order. Very disappointed with this McDonald's. I understand its rating better now.
