25/05/2026: I've never eaten such bad nuggets.

21/05/2026: Quite busy at lunchtime, but very quiet in the evening. Very happy with the McDonald's in Equerdreville; it's calm, bright, and very clean. The service is fairly quick, and the food arrives hot, unlike other chains where it's cold. Sometimes it gets a bit too crowded with noisy teenagers on Wednesday lunchtimes.

08/06/2026: This isn't the first time I've been to this McDonald's, and it's very, very dirty. I don't recommend it.

24/05/2026: I mainly go there to recharge my electric car and I often have a snack there.

24/05/2026: The restaurant was extremely dirty. The tables were greasy and not cleaned between customers. The floor was littered with fries, napkins, and crumbs. The floor of the women's restroom was soaked (I didn't care to find out if it was water or urine...). The floor of the men's restroom was the same, if not worse.

22/05/2026: Over 40 minutes of waiting to be paid – a SCANDAL!! Apparently, this is FAST food; you should rethink your definition and call yourselves SLOW food, it would fit better! Date of visit: May 21st. Order placed at 10:15 PM, payment taken at 11:00 PM, order received at 11:15 PM. A one-hour wait at 10:00 PM – fantastic.

26/04/2026: We ordered a 280g rösti and, of course, the rösti was missing… making 280g rösti a bit pricey… And on top of that, we also ordered a Happy Meal and didn't even get the book, which is charged separately. The staff was just chatting and laughing instead of focusing on the orders, and I should point out that it wasn't even busy… If they have to check even the sandwiches, that's unacceptable…

23/04/2026: The terrace has been given a makeover, all that's missing are a few plants and you can eat an ice cream or a meal outside under a huge parasol and on brand new tables.

16/06/2026: Very warm welcome, the children received a balloon upon entering the restaurant

15/06/2026: Monday evening, 9 PM The dining room was practically empty, and the drive-thru line was very short. I ordered a simple meal and two McFlurries. I waited 25 minutes. After going to the register to see why my order was taking so long, I realized I'd forgotten to check my balance. It's more like a fast-food restaurant. Allow at least 30 minutes for your order. If you're in a hurry, it's better to use the drive-thru.

24/05/2026: Enjoying coffee on the terrace overlooking the Sète market. Very pleasant. The waiters were very friendly. We brought our dog, who was given a bowl of fresh water. I highly recommend it.

22/03/2026: The waitress was very pleasant and friendly with the children. Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the food. It was a simple burger, sure, but the bun was dry, the patty tasted burnt, the cheese was very thin, and there was no sauce... In short, a dish meant to be comforting and satisfying failed miserably!

14/06/2026: June 13, 2026, passing through Guise on our motorcycle, we decided to eat at McDonald's. Very bad idea! We placed our order at 4:05 PM, and the order receipt stuck to the tray showed it was ready at 4:11 PM. It was finally served at 4:21 PM with apologies for the delay... there were no more than 15 customers in the restaurant. The wrap was absolutely cold, the cheeseburger barely lukewarm, as was the fish burger. My wife took the wrap back and waited 5 minutes at the counter for an exchange. I then went in with the fries, which had become lukewarm, and the cheeseburger, which was finally cold. The service at the counter was unpleasant; the cheeseburger was open. The server told me she would replace everything but then brought me the cheeseburger again, barely lukewarm, repackaged in the same box, and the fries, still lukewarm. Just because we have gray hair doesn't mean we should be treated like idiots. In short, appalling service, unpleasant staff, and an overpriced meal of poor quality! We will avoid stopping in Guise from now on.

12/06/2026: Hair in the ice cream on Sundays, never the peanuts on the side, and some people are unpleasant except for staring at people and making fun of them.

27/05/2026: The dessert is good, but the cappuccino and hot chocolate are unquestionable.

26/05/2026: This place opened at 6am, which was really convenient. The food was fresh and tasted good, and the customer service was friendly as well. One thing that disappointed me was the takeaway coffee. I’m from the UK, and usually takeaway coffees come in a decent-sized cup with a secure lid. Here, the cup was very small and the lid didn’t close properly, which was inconvenient especially while driving. Overall, good experience for the food and service, but the coffee takeaway setup could definitely be improved.

09/06/2026: I took my meal before taking my train. I had very little time and the cashier still managed to put my order together in time. She was extremely professional, with a smile on her face even during the rush hour and low staff. Good service and great job to the cashier!

09/06/2026: The location is beautiful, but the major problem is the state of the toilets! Appalling, and that's an understatement... I reported it to the manager who told me they had been cleaned that morning and that the staff were just messy. I can understand that. But it's impossible given the state... The corners are filthy, the stairs are filthy too. A good bleach treatment and a hose-down seems essential. And I've noticed that many other reviews say the same thing. People left their trays next to our table. We saw a multitude of pigeons come and feast. The trays were still there when we left, and the tables weren't cleaned... Get to work!!

07/06/2026: A disappointing experience. The welcome was rather cold and unfriendly. I also noticed a lack of cleanliness in the glasses, which doesn't inspire confidence. Efforts are needed to improve these aspects.

31/05/2026: We ordered four pizzas for a girls' night in and they were delicious! The pizzas were very tasty, generously topped, and the service was also very warm and friendly. An excellent experience; we'll definitely be back. Thank you to the whole team! 🍕😊

08/06/2026: I arrived at 11:40-11:45 PM, which might be late, but the sign on the premises indicated midnight. Upon entering, I said good evening to the staff and headed towards the kiosk to order. Without even trying to hide or be discreet, a member of the service staff loudly shouted that it was a scandal and annoying when people came so late. I'm well aware of that, but if your app worked properly, it wouldn't be a problem! The customer service really needs improvement; for some, I've never had a problem before at this McDonald's. Furthermore, my order was thrown onto the counter so loudly that it made quite a noise. All of this happens under the watchful eye of the managers! Coming from the fast-food industry, I don't understand how they can behave like that in front of customers. In that case, they should change careers.

01/06/2026: The staff were unpleasant, with no smiles and a blasé expression. My fries were extremely dry. The most shocking thing, however, was the state of this McDonald's: everything was filthy, from the tables and benches to, especially, the restrooms.

12/06/2026: Excellent kebabs and platter. Very friendly owner.
