05/03/2026: There is a waiter here with a bit of an attitude. Been a few times and he's not friendly at all. Yesterday he just chose to forget an order. He only remembered because I got up. Then I paid 20€ for a Guiness and again... Just sitting there for 10 minutes ... I went to the bar and told the bartender and my money was just laying there on the bar...so I took my change and left... This is the same waiter ..

13/04/2026: Finally, an establishment with impeccable decor, extremely well-maintained and clean, and a lovely, highly professional staff. The Saturday evening dinner and concert is always a success, blending charm and gastronomy. The dishes are sophisticated, featuring beautiful ingredients prepared with refinement. 05/04/2026: I confirm what the first comment says... we went there last night, and there are really several negative points. First, the prison-like door at reception—heyyy madam, you'll have to smile, show some warmth… she didn't smile, which made us uncomfortable, even though it was the first time we arrived. The prices are outrageous, no joke. Once is enough. It's not safe. There are old guys who feel entitled to grope you without asking your permission. It disgusts me so much. They take advantage of slightly drunk women, and nobody says anything. I find it extremely disturbing. And the hygiene? Don't even get me started. It ends up being a seedy club; you even have people leaving with other people's clothes—couples who aren't really couples. The "cuddle corners" are so cold, it's horrible. I won't be going back. I drove 45 minutes each way. Returning home with €130 in total... for a place that absolutely doesn't deserve these stars...

18/04/2026: The terrace is still as pleasant as ever with a view of the cathedral, the staff are still very welcoming and it's open quite late for dinner.

06/04/2026: I ordered several burgers today, and when I got home (the steak and Maroilles cheese burger), I discovered it was nothing more than a piece of baguette without any steak. We went back to the chip shop to point out their mistake, but to no avail! The staff politely brushed us off and refused to do anything about it. This chip shop is one to avoid; for me, it was yet another disappointing experience. Avoid it at all costs! I'm giving it one star because I can't give it less!

06/04/2026: My delivery order arrived soaked; nothing was edible, but I didn't get a refund.

28/03/2026: Avoid McDonald's at all costs, nothing more to add. I've never seen such an incompetent McDonald's! Today I ordered a two-meat McDonald's Extreme. I only received one. But I definitely paid for two meats. So what do we do now? Do you offer a refund? A credit note? How does this work?

28/02/2026: Always a very pleasant welcome. A neighborhood restaurant with excellent, freshly prepared food. The menu is varied. We always enjoy having lunch there.

06/02/2026: Very good restaurant, the food is delicious with homemade dishes, plenty of seating both inside and outside, fast service, friendly welcome, and a tobacconist's shop is attached to the restaurant.

17/12/2025: We ate the best kebabs in Mâcon. It's simple and super efficient.

01/11/2025: After our first kebab adventure, which could have triggered a major olfactory crisis, we went to EFES… and wow, my friends, it was like night and day. The meat? Juicy, tender, flavorful… I almost wanted to applaud it. The sauce? Legendary. Seriously, I suspect there's a secret pact with the kebab gods, it was that perfect. The bread? Warm, soft, it practically deserved its own ID card, it was so proud to exist. The service? Top-notch. Smiles, speed, efficiency. We left satisfied, happy, and above all, relieved that our stomachs had survived the ordeal of the previous kebab. In short, EFES, you didn't just make a kebab, you healed our traumatized souls, saved our taste buds, and restored our faith in humanity. If you keep this up, I'm coming tomorrow with a tent and I'm living in your restaurant. Thank you for this masterpiece.

11/10/2025: Huge disappointment. I ordered a casserole of scallops with leeks: the leeks weren't cooked, nor were the potatoes (not listed on the menu). What's more, the dishes served bear no resemblance to the photos presented on Trip Advisor or Instagram. It's also a wine bar. From what I understand, there have been problems with the chef since a change of ownership. Move on.

25/03/2026: The delivery service was perfect, however the quality of the pizzas has been declining for the past few months due to cooking issues and missing ingredients; very disappointed.

05/02/2026: While the delivery was fast and the prices reasonable, we were disappointed to receive pizzas with thin toppings, swimming in cream... What a shame!

02/04/2026: Passing by after work around 4:15 PM, 3 people in the bakery I had to wait because they were chatting amongst themselves before serving me, and they weren't very friendly with the customers. I was really disappointed with the pastry (drop), which had a dry, off-flavored taste that definitely wasn't fresh. It seems to be exchanged between the two shops in Angles and La Tranche-sur-Mer.

30/03/2026: Excellent bread and beautiful pastries, possibility to eat in, very varied sandwiches, pizza, panini and other items, very friendly staff, prices not excessive.

20/03/2026: The rice was fine, but the sandwiches... forget it, that's not your strong suit! Plus, there was tomato when I specifically asked for no tomato, and then there was the sandwich itself—they shamelessly threw a steak in the bread!

07/03/2026: Very disappointed. The fries were raw. The chicken tandoori cheese naan was tasteless. The same went for the durum...we didn't even finish our order.
