07/07/2025: I ordered a takeout menu, fed up with having ice cream filled with empty spaces in my orders, unlike what you see in the photos. The famous marketing ploy, I risked ordering a milkshake, stupidly thinking it would be better filled since it's liquid. You be the judge. It's a constant occurrence at all McDonald's, this "I don't care" attitude about the customer who orders takeout and ends up miles away in the wind. Fed up, BK is much more serious.

07/02/2026: We were served by an employee named Larik, I believe. Very friendly and excellent service. We need more employees like him.

05/02/2026: I didn't even get to try it! I came to try the daily deal, but you can ONLY order through their app, which supposedly got hacked. I couldn't register my bank card on it (it kept giving me an "error") and I couldn't pay at the counter without using the app. And no one was there to offer a solution; the manager couldn't "offer a promotion" at the register.

30/01/2026: The service was too slow and the heat inside was stifling. It was extremely hot and humid, with a tropical humidity mixed with body odor...

05/01/2026: Great welcome, always smiling staff. The food is delicious and reasonably priced thanks to the €6 daily sub. We might just ask for a little more filling in the subs!

21/01/2026: Friendly staff, which is rare. The parking lot is a bit small, but the Izivia Fast electric charging station is good. There's no playground, but there is a covered terrace.

14/12/2024: I've been to this McDonald's 3 times now, it's a real disaster. Terrible and incredibly slow service. regarding delivery it is not better no care taken with the order, I have just placed an order with 2 children's menus these were thrown in the bag without putting them in the box provided for this purpose. Plus you had to pay extra for the toys and they didn't even include the toy. It makes you wonder if there is a manager in this McDonald's. Very disappointed I will never go back

09/01/2026: We had mentioned receiving a coffee machine for Christmas and were in the shop hoping to get some advice. We were open to buying and ready to try several varieties. Despite this, the saleswoman simply asked us to make a preliminary selection online before coming back to the store. This is completely unacceptable for a specialized shop: providing advice is an integral part of the service, especially when a customer is ready to buy. A very disappointing experience and a real lack of business sense.

17/01/2026: Poor quality pizzas. The delivery driver arrived without a card reader and asked us to pay at the counter (making a delivery request only to pick it up later...).

22/08/2025: Avoid Épicerie des Lys for parcel collection! A bitter and very unpleasant gentleman. After more than 5 years of using the relay point delivery service, this is the first time I've been refused information over the phone about the arrival of my parcel. I had to go there for nothing today. Last time I'll entrust a parcel to this store!
