13/09/2026: A disaster since the restaurant changed ownership. Frequent shortages, unpleasant staff, and extremely long wait times.

10/09/2026: Maybe I should have read the reviews before coming... This is my second time eating at McDonald's. We were hoping to enjoy the famous veggie nuggets. The small wrap is ridiculously small for the price, and loaded with salad. The first part of our order arrived after 17 minutes, and the rest, the veggie nuggets, more than 5 minutes later. I wasn't a fan of McDonald's to begin with, and I think I'll stay that way, especially this one. (I worked in fast food for several years, which is why I feel I can offer this opinion.)

19/08/2026: A loyal customer for many years, I was very disappointed with the customer service today at 3:45 PM, August 19th. It was very crowded, with very few registers, and none of them were even open for express checkout. We went to the customer service desk to pay for two items (for €2.24) and, as we were being advised, some customers in the same line as us were annoyed that we were waiting behind them with just two items while their shopping carts were full. We were turned away because apparently they now only process payments for flowers (this is new!!). The other customers in the same line as us were all surprised that we had come back to join them after being turned away. Yet, usually, we see people being paid for items other than flowers. In this case, they should put up a sign saying "only payments for flowers are authorized." Don't forget to tell customers where the special deli items and the special chips are located... What's disturbing about this situation is that you see brave students at the checkout scanning items every minute with long queues, while others, showing no solidarity with their colleagues and the waiting customers, sit in groups of three chatting with their arms crossed on the reception counter. Really disappointed and annoyed. P.S. Seriously, put up a sign.

05/09/2026: We had a wonderful evening on the terrace of this restaurant for a celebration. We enjoyed the food, the drinks, and the warm atmosphere. We received a very warm welcome; thank you for the friendly service.

28/08/2026: Paying extra for fries with cheddar and bacon and getting this! It's a disgrace considering the price of a meal these days!

28/08/2026: I tried to order at a kiosk using my code. After 2 minutes, and after logging in, the kiosk displayed "I'm in burnout." I went to see the manager, who didn't care at all. I tried logging in at another kiosk, but it was impossible because my code was already in use. I went back to the manager, who still didn't care. So I wouldn't be able to collect or use my points, but I figured I'd take a receipt and ask for them later. At the other kiosk, the receipt didn't print at the end of my order—another problem… The manager didn't care and offered no help other than saying he couldn't do anything. What kind of manager is he? I don't think he even tried, to be honest. Too bad; I'll just stop at KFC next time.

27/09/2026: A 25-minute wait for three McFlurries that were also hastily made, with hardly any M&Ms in them. The employees seemed completely unresponsive, which was deplorable.

08/08/2026: A great moment in French gastronomy, but when you frequent this type of establishment, you shouldn't expect miracles. Even more troubling is the hygiene of the premises: dirty tables, to put it mildly, and the toilets, poetically speaking, are like something out of Mozart... Between skid marks from controlled skids, urine stains, sticky floors, and various used papers, all that's missing are the flies to complete this magnificent picture.

28/08/2026: The characters are incredibly slow. They're awful, their behavior is terrible, new people are a joke, orders weren't received, they didn't even give us the order numbers, it's rubbish, don't go there, go to Kirch campus instead.

28/08/2026: A huge thank you to this lovely employee, "Sherazade," at the drive-thru! 🥰 I simply asked her if it would be possible to get a balloon for my son, and she didn't hesitate for a second to go and get him one, all with a big smile. 🎈 It may seem like a small gesture, but it's exactly this kind of attention and kindness that makes all the difference. It's so nice to be greeted by such smiling and caring people, even at the drive-thru! Well done to her, and thank you again for my little boy! ❤️👏

09/07/2026: We should not have rented a car. The hotel provides shuttle service not only to Narbonne but also to the beaches from the hotel. It’s about a 15 minute ride for either location so why bother to get a Avis Rent-A-Car at the TGV train station.?

01/06/2026: We had a wonderful time at the Château. Dinner at L'Art de Vivre was excellent, the rooms were spacious, the spa was top-notch, and the wine tasting with Max was very interesting!

18/03/2026: Life savers. They replaced my snowboard boot lace while I was having a burger and a beer in their shop. Nobody else in Les 3 Vallees had the spare lace to fix my boot.

23/08/2026: A great restaurant we've been coming to for the past two years during our August holidays. The owners are very friendly and pleasant to chat with, the food is excellent, and the service is pleasant and not rushed like in some other restaurants. Keep up the good work!

10/09/2026: Ordered for delivery: - I asked for sparkling water, I got still water. - Cold, stale fries. - Cold sandwich. I paid €23.17 in total for a Big Mac meal and a McFlurry. At that price (€6.40 for a McFlurry—those were the days of the €2.90 McFlurry!), I expect impeccable service! Really disappointed!
