28/04/2026: By God, I've never tasted such a disgusting taco. I regret it, and thank God I only wasted €6. The basic student meal deal, a real student meal, is around €6-€7. This was just €6 for the taco alone, and to get fries and a drink you had to pay an extra €2.80, so €8.80 for the meal? For something that made me want to throw up. The taco was super dry, not enough sauce, and the cheese sauce was full of grass, like they'd picked it from a park. Anyway, please avoid it. Thank you.

07/05/2026: I can't wait for a Quick or a Burger King to open where the old Buffalo Grill used to be. Maybe then McDonald's will lower its prices and we'll finally get a €5 meal deal. Apparently, people in the Lannion area are too rich to afford a double cheeseburger for almost €8. Just so you know, it was €3 five years ago. Inflation, blah blah blah...

26/01/2026: Awena and Mélanie provided impeccable service, super friendly, pleasant, and incredibly fast. The food was hot, and the new flat potatoes (wavy fries or something like that) were crispy. Nothing to complain about except that we need more people like Awena and Mélanie! 🤩

30/05/2026: I was hospitalized in room 131B at the Saint Privat Polyclinic in Béziers for a severe bowel obstruction with complications, as I also have a stent related to a urostomy. Initially seen in the emergency room after being attended to by the fire department, I was transferred to Dr. Daudé's ward and treated there until my discharge on June 30, 2026. I recovered quickly and very effectively. I would like to attest to the professionalism of the ward staff and their attentive listening. The staff were very kind. The caregivers were smiling and happy to be there to help me. The staff seemed genuinely happy to be at work and to help their patients. 02/12/2025: I didn't like my customer experience. I wanted to order via my phone, but I couldn't select two pickup points. I contacted customer service, who weren't very helpful, so I continued with my order on my computer anyway. I ordered €60 worth of coffee, only to be told it was back in stock, even though it wasn't listed as such on the website. The refund took seven days to process, which is ridiculous. I can't comment on the quality of the coffee; I imagine it's very good, but I haven't had the chance to try it. I'm quite disappointed.

16/11/2025: What a shame. I was given a coffee roasting course with them for Christmas. The course was cancelled (no problem, they had a major issue to deal with). But I followed up in person, by email, by phone… at least four or five times. Each time they noted my contact information and promised to call me back. It's been over a year. No refund or new date.

17/05/2026: Despite the large crowds returning from vacation, the service was impeccable, the staff pleasant, and the dining room clean. We recommend it!

16/05/2026: We arrived at 6:45 PM... everything was dirty... the tables, the floor, the outside... 5 employees behind the counter but no one to clean... there's always something missing from the menus... it's frankly annoying... the Lamballe McDonald's, but avoid it based on the reviews... now I'm going to drive 20 km to St. Brieuc, but oh well, I'll do it because this McDonald's is frankly awful...

13/06/2026: I ordered a KFC Ultra Box; the mini hot dogs were good, but the leftover fries on the side were really disappointing. We were given one QR code even though we ordered two drinks. And the person who served us was completely inexperienced; they didn't even know how to operate the cash register. A very unpleasant experience for a 4 PM break.

10/06/2026: Is the chicken halal or not? I saw online that it was halal, but I'm really not sure if it actually is.

14/06/2026: It doesn't seem like the employees are happy to work here. As usual, there are missing items in the fast food section, two kids' meals without toys... It's infuriating not knowing how to prepare an order properly. They're stingy with the hamburger sauce. The menu was completely unavailable... Seriously? There were no napkins either, and the sandwich bread was dry—frankly, it's ridiculous. There was stuff floating in the drink (see photos). It's disgusting! On the plus side, the fries and cheese sticks were good. Quick, wake up!

10/06/2026: 30 minutes in line only to find the €4.95 menu not available at the kiosk... I head to the till where the cashier tells me the menu is sold out... No information in the dining area, nor at the kiosks: you can tell they're the pros at this scam: 24 hours after the TV ad, it's gone, but since you waited, you spend money anyway... But for us, it's off across the street to Burger King... Goodbye Quick Cesson: a national promotional campaign requires better planning... If you want my CV...😉

31/03/2026: A disastrous experience! The waiter wouldn't refill the coals despite my request. He wasn't even busy; only three tables were occupied. The service was extremely poor; I really shouldn't have gone. A truly disastrous experience—I'm speechless.

10/04/2026: Super happy with this cool concept store, The Broken Arm. Much to my surprise I won their raffle for the Nike x VAA Jordan 1 "Alaska". I almost couldn't believe it. Most stores seemed to be backdooring this exclusive sneaker. But not The Broken Arm. I got the email, went to the website and was able to easily order them. And presto, I had them in hand the very next day!! From Paris to Rotterdam! And man, these sneakers are absolutely amazing. So happy!! Thanks TBA, great job 🙏😃

17/05/2026: Subway Saint-Sever: a disgrace. I ordered a 30-cent Steak & Cheese Sub, but there was no steak or cheese, literally zero cheese. The bun was completely soggy and wet, to the point that the sandwich was inedible. Everything leaked into the packaging; the preparation was sloppy and the product inedible. Considering the price, it's frankly unacceptable. I won't be going back.

02/01/2026: Opening hours not up to date, closed in the middle of the day which contradicts the hours on Google, what a shame.

27/12/2025: Terrible service, tiny print on the menu indicating extra charges. Poor hygiene with dust. Very aggressive waiter. Not recommended at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Especially for tourists!!!!!!!!! Really bad.
