19/12/2025: Always a pleasure to eat well. The owner and waiter are top-notch.

06/12/2025: Unfriendly service. We paid full price for half a pizza because you told us some ingredients were out of stock, which I can understand. The half pizza came with bagged salad leaves and two slices of bland tomato, all at full price. We were served a pitcher of Corsican wine without being shown the bottle, and the caramel cream cost €5. The coffee, supposedly complimentary, was charged to us, and we weren't offered a receipt, which is mandatory. The bill was exorbitant at €41. If no compensation is offered and you provide your contact information, I will report this to the consumer protection agency (DGPP) for deceptive practices. I look forward to your response.

31/03/2026: Hospital service with many services allowing people to receive various types of care.

24/03/2026: The hospital area was very clean. The food was decent for a clinic. The staff in the orthopedic surgery department were efficient and mostly friendly.

15/03/2026: Warning, things are going downhill dangerously across the board… The service is unacceptably slow, the food is still decent but it's not what it used to be! The desserts have also declined, very disappointing! And yet, we've been coming here for years…

05/04/2026: I ordered click and collect in the evening, and there was a 25-30 minute wait. I had to go pick up the order myself at the drive-through window. The order contained 3 ice creams instead of 4, no apples to eat, and a hot chocolate that was just milk instead of chocolate. I tried calling twice, but there was no answer, and I couldn't go back to check, especially given how busy it was. So, in the end, I paid the full price for only half my order.

Furthermore, you pay for extra bacon and it's not there, and then when you ask for it 😬 (you have to look for it) 🙄 As for the sundae, for over €4... it's unacceptable to have it served with the other meals, so it's melted 🥶 2 Bikers from the 66. ✌️

16/03/2026: Venu ce jour entre 13h-14h, donc pas grand monde dans le McDo. Je découvre que les frites sont tiède, la sauce cheddar de couleur blanche est très froide . J’ai l’habitude de prendre les frites avec le fromage et le bacon dessus c’est la première fois que c’était limite pas mangeable . Du coup je vais voir celle au service je lui demande de me donner de la sauce cheddar chaude, comment dire, elle me dit pour le bacon c’est la dernière portion que vous avez eu, le reste est entrain de cuire et c’est long (1h) donc je lui dis bon c’est pas grave mettez moi le fromage chaud sur ce que j’avais déjà et là je retourne à table, même chose le cheddar très froid bref j’ai pas voulu m’éterniser et faire un dessin à la serveuse pour lui expliquer ce que c’était la différence entre le chaud et le froid . After everything went wrong, I got home and realized that my daughter and I hadn't received our drinks on the tray. I hadn't even noticed at the time because of the whole fries situation. In short, a very bad experience for the afternoon service; the staff was incompetent.

02/11/2025: Although the hotel and restaurant were closed, the hotel owner himself prepared a delicious meal for us. No other restaurants in the entire town were open. Thank you so much! Best of luck with your visit to Ukraine! Slava Ukrajini.

11/03/2026: When serving bread without gloves or tongs, avoid scratching your hair before picking up the bread and serving it to customers. Served by a man today at 5 PM.

08/03/2026: The cakes were very dry and frankly not up to standard! And the saleswoman was completely clueless! The chocolate crunch...it was shortbread without butter, filled with Nutella! The aristocratic cookies were dry and tasteless...cutting corners on quality...no doubt good for the owner...but not for the customers!...sorry, but we won't be stopping here again!

10/04/2026: We had lunch there today on the sunny terrace, it was very pleasant. The setting is lovely, the staff is friendly, and the service is professional. We felt the menu could be a bit more varied, but the dishes were good overall.

12/04/2026: I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this McDonald's. I ordered a hot chocolate and a cookie with table service. After waiting for over 10 minutes without receiving anything, I noticed that an employee had placed my order on another table, even though the numbered table stand was clearly visible and identified mine. This mistake was entirely avoidable. When the employee finally came to bring it to me, I politely refused to take it for hygiene reasons: I didn't know if other customers had touched it in the meantime. Instead of understanding my legitimate concern or apologizing, he simply sighed loudly with an annoyed and dismissive attitude. Between the excessive wait, the delivery error, and this blatant lack of professionalism, this visit was a real disappointment. The customer service at this establishment clearly needs improvement. I do not recommend it. I left without collecting my order. Keep the money, it's free.

08/04/2026: We celebrated my daughter's birthday at McDonald's and everything was absolutely fantastic! A huge thank you to Dimitri who took such kind and attentive care of us. The children loved it, the organization was seamless, and the atmosphere was wonderful. There were several activities and gifts for all the children 😊 Plus, it's really affordable for such a great time. I highly recommend it!

06/04/2026: Items are regularly missing from drive-thru orders...and let's not even talk about the sauces that are either the wrong ones or missing altogether. The portion size of fries is inconsistent...sometimes a large fry fits in a paper bag from a kids' meal! Once again, on March 31, 2026, we ordered takeout...items were missing, we only realized it later at home, and there's no way to contact the restaurant. What are we supposed to do?

16/11/2025: Very relaxing. A good time spent at the thermal baths, but very expensive for a place that is nothing special and rather old.

04/03/2026: Disappointed with my takeaway order. The wrap wasn't properly sealed; everything was spilled into the paper. I ordered a Big Mac with bacon, but I got a plain Big Mac. And finally, I ordered a Coke, but I got plain water instead. So, I'll be going back. (Check your takeaway orders carefully.)
