13/08/2026: What a shame to be greeted at 9:00 a.m. by a shopkeeper who's clearly out of bed on the wrong side of the bed! The customer service needs an urgent overhaul... I've never been served so badly in a bakery. I can't wait for the other bakeries to get back from their holidays.

19/09/2026: The restaurant is very easy to find and conveniently located right in the city center. I was honestly surprised to learn that the owner isn’t Thai because the food tastes so authentic — it really felt like eating back home in Thailand. The restroom was also very clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend this place! 🇹🇭❤️

01/09/2026: It's a bit like a factory, lots of frustration, everything goes very fast but it's still good and the prices are affordable.

30/08/2026: Having been a regular customer for a long time, though not very often, we went again this week. No more snails on the menu, yes, on the website! The charcuterie is nothing like what we were eating 12 months ago; the meat is tough, the fries are bad, and the white wine is HOT! A few ice cubes won't cool it down. In short, what a decline, considering that before it wasn't just good food, but traditional home cooking.

28/08/2026: A truly wonderful example of professionalism and honesty! I contacted La Croix ou Pile because I couldn't identify a credit card payment I'd made there a few weeks earlier. The team was incredibly friendly and took the time to investigate with me to understand what might have happened. They were even prepared to reimburse me if it turned out they'd made a mistake. Finally, after doing some research on my own, I found the source of the payment: no error on the restaurant's part, simply an oversight on my part! I wanted to emphasize their kindness, their helpfulness, and above all, their honesty. Such a rare and commendable attitude deserves to be highlighted. Thank you again to the whole team!

14/03/2026: A superb experience! The waiter (perhaps the owner) had a great sense of humor. The food was excellent, and everyone found something they enjoyed. We were there for a birthday celebration, and we were treated to a birthday candle and music 👍 Highly recommended!

04/09/2026: A 25-minute wait for two Happy Meals with an incomplete hamburger (no patty, a first!), no sauce for the fries, no napkin, a gift that didn't match the outdoor promotional display (which the employees said was outdated), and a display at the kiosk that wasn't up-to-date with the current campaign... it was the perfect recipe for a child's tantrum when it was supposed to be a reward, a little treat... frankly, it's not the first time we've been disappointed, but it's the last time we'll be there. It's the last straw!

04/09/2026: A McDonald's that doesn't know how to give a refund when they're at fault? I'm not ordering from them again. It's not the first time; they've done this to me several times. I won't order from them again.

15/08/2026: I went to your shop today to buy a cake and frankly, I'm very disappointed. First of all, the price—€3.80 for a Saint Honoré cake is acceptable, but the service was appalling! The cake looked magnificent in the display case, but when it came time to package it for takeout, it got a little damaged. I asked if it could be put in a box, if possible, and they told me, "I don't know if that will work," but they just shoved it into the poorly closed box anyway, rather angrily. I realized later that the cake would be ruined! Half the whipped cream was on the employee's hand and the other half was directly on the box. Oh, and let's not even mention the state of the dirty box! Sure, some days are busier than others, but that doesn't mean we should neglect the service; it's kind of what a bakery/pastry shop is all about, really. Anyway, you used to be my favorite bakery, I'm gutted. It's a shame the service isn't up to par anymore. P.S.: Please remember to wear gloves when handling pastries; it's basic hygiene. Please.
