29/05/2026: A very good experience at this restaurant, which I hadn't been to before as I'm not from the area. The order was quick despite the crowd, the staff were very welcoming and polite, the restrooms were very clean, and the restaurant itself was spotless with all the tables and bins clean despite the high volume of customers during my visit.

28/05/2026: Ordered a sharing box and a Happy Meal this evening, but they gave me a hamburger with tomatoes, which I'm allergic to, so it was inedible. The hostess couldn't even listen when I placed my order; it's appalling that they don't pay attention to a simple order!

23/05/2026: Wow, McDonald's is pathetic! I've never seen anything like it. A sundae that cost €3.90 and was only half full. I complained, and they told me that's just how it is now... So McDonald's really needs to update its photos because they're misleading! They should have taken a picture of the tub. The manager did add more ice cream, but when I opened the other McFlurries, it was the same. Avoid McDonald's! At that price and with that small amount, go somewhere else. I feel sorry for the staff.

18/04/2026: The McDonald's in Marly just opened and frankly, their order management is terrible! We ordered a Royal Deluxe and got a Royal Bacon instead, which was completely flattened and the bun was a bit torn. Furthermore, we also ordered a small Deluxe wrap, and instead of the Deluxe sauce, they put in some kind of mustard sauce, even though there aren't any burgers with mustard on the menu right now...

17/04/2026: Even the pre-packaged sandwiches now need checking because they'll give you anything; you order a double and they'll give you a single instead. That's some nice profit margin...

25/04/2026: Takeaway order placed, including the Mario cheese stars, and of course, there was a mistake in the order; I received nuggets instead. Either it's not the right product or something is missing.

11/10/2025: Huge disappointment. I ordered a scallop casserole with leeks: the leeks weren't cooked, nor were the potatoes (not listed on the menu). Furthermore, the dishes served looked nothing like the photos on TripAdvisor or Instagram. It's also a wine bar. From what I understand, there have been problems with the cook since a change of ownership. Avoid this place.

22/03/2026: Very disappointed, the cake was very bland, with no flavor. The pastry did not live up to the baker's reputation.

12/03/2026: Cold welcome, most products unavailable in the quantities or scents they wanted. Only the large, more expensive packs were offered. A huge personal disappointment.

26/05/2026: A wonderful experience discovering Black Forest cake in Grenoble. The pastries are truly excellent; kudos to the pastry chef who manages to convey genuine expertise through his creations. The server was kind and very pleasant, which is becoming rare these days. However, I'm deducting one star for two reasons. As a Black Forest cake enthusiast, I was expecting cherries instead of raspberries, but the cake was no less delicious. The price for eating in seems a bit high compared to the price of pastries to take away. Thank you nonetheless for a very enjoyable experience!

06/06/2026: I've been going to this place for over three years. I've probably been a hundred times. Whenever I have a free moment, I meet new people and invite them over. Yesterday (June 5, 2026), I was there between 3 and 6 p.m. I had a coffee. Today (June 6), I went back, but the staff treated me badly and humiliated me. I came in while I was on the phone. So I sat down straight away, and the woman yelled at me as if I'd simply come in to sit down. There are hundreds of places in La Défense, and I chose yours, which I really like. I didn't order anything for a while because I was on the phone, and it makes no sense to yell at me. You can do the same thing politely and respectfully. That's all.

30/04/2026: I ordered a Swiss roll... How can I put it? Disgusting, and it was filled with sand... Shameful.

27/04/2026: Everything was perfect, from the welcome to the food. One small issue, which explains the missing star: we were missing a sandwich from our order, but we only noticed it once we arrived at the coast...

04/04/2026: Surprised by a "slate" menu offered without prices and a latte at €10 (more expensive than at the Cannes Marriott)!!!! The Shuss is an establishment where the food is good, the location is top-notch and the waiter is very friendly.

30/03/2026: The resto is is an awesome Panoramic location. The food is good mountain grub and not expensive - a 500 carafe of rose is only 14.50 euros. BUT above all - when I went to get my skis they had bee accidentally taken by a large group - definitely not stolen! The guys in the restaurant especially Male helped us so much. They could not have been kinder or more helpful. They were so adamant they Isola is a friendly safe resort there was no way the skis were stolen - and they were right! They arranged for my husband who was walking and myself to take a skidoo down the mountain and turned what was a pretty rubbish experience into a very positive one! Thanks guys!

11/05/2026: A warm welcome and good service. The setting is superb, calm, relaxing, almost meditative. The dishes are simple but good; it's more of a snack bar than a restaurant.

17/04/2026: Beautiful place, delicious coffee and pastries.

10/05/2026: Very good sausage, but the service leaves much to be desired, the waiter was grumpy.

09/05/2026: The sausage was great, but the service was lacking; the waiter was rude several times. I won't be going back to that bar.

28/05/2026: When it's not that things are lacking, now you wait 10 minutes for a drive-thru meal and the sandwich is cold.

19/05/2026: A 45-minute wait on a Sunday at 2 PM. The staff were nonchalant and in no hurry. Everyone was opening their bags because many were missing. The toilets were not clean and there was no toilet paper.
