11/12/2025: Oh dear, oh dear, I ordered at 11 PM in the parking lot, 11:40 PM and still nothing, so I decided to go inside. It's a chill session, they're laughing amongst themselves, playing with the food machines, making each other coffees, ignoring me. The manager can't even be bothered to come over, zero apologies, and on top of that, they forget half the order! Shameful, they must be disabled in there. Oh, and I should mention that to make their own coffee in front of me, they probably need a temp because they don't even know how, lol. Shameful, it's a low blow here between McDonald's and Burger King in Cosne, bravo! The manager is on her phone as if it's normal, it's a whole farce.

05/12/2025: Very bad experience. Several items were missing from multiple click and collect orders. MacFlurries were swimming in toppings, making them inedible. Orders of 6 MacPops ended up with only 5, and 3 were the same flavor (not what was ordered). The server was unfriendly and unappealing (and unkempt).

22/09/2025: For all gourmets, every day. Behind its pastel window, enjoy a real homemade dish of the day, made from a selection of fresh products. The chef is passionate about simmering his dishes, for takeout, delivery, or to eat in. Preparation and cooking with a wide choice of extras for the most gourmet. The range of tasty "al dente" pasta (pasta) served in generous portions seduced me because you can choose the sauce to your liking. As did the selection of starters, main courses, and desserts. It also offers paninis. I also recommend a range of hot drinks, sodas, and smoothies.

04/02/2026: I was frankly disappointed with this McDonald's McCrispy I ordered today. The chicken had a huge bone inside. I complained to the manager, who had the audacity to tell me it was normal for chicken to have bones. She didn't even have the professionalism to say, "I'm sorry, Madam, for this inconvenience; we'll make you a new one right away." Shame on this manager!

01/02/2026: Disgusting tray!!! Ordered without raw vegetables and of course, pickles in it.... The back room is never available

13/12/2025: Longest delivery ever! Order your pizza at least 4 hours in advance to have any hope of receiving it on time. Unsure about the delivery time? No problem, just give us a call and we'll confirm we'll be there in 30 minutes. There's probably too much going on, or a demonstration, or something to excuse the delay. 30 minutes later and still no pizza? Another call and guess what? Don't worry, the pizza will be here in 30 minutes!

09/02/2026: Order arrived without fries, the drink was wrong, and the meal was cold. Very disappointed, I don't recommend it.

08/02/2026: One hour wait only to receive cold products. Avoid at all costs.

17/12/2024: I come to this McDonald's very regularly and unfortunately regularly forget things... today I come as usual and I realize that my nuggets are not there when I arrive home. Beginner’s mistake, I should have checked…

15/12/2024: Poor The sandwiches (when they are not missing) are more twisted than the Tower of Pisa, the ice creams are soup (but only in half portions), the sauces and napkins are either for a regiment or non-existent. Whatever happens, no matter how long the order is, something always goes wrong.

02/02/2026: Prices keep rising while quality declines. The value for money is no longer there. We will therefore limit our visits to this store as much as possible.

29/01/2026: Raspberry Yule log. I was very disappointed; it had no flavor and was very dry. I'll go to a proper bakery/pastry shop next time.

05/12/2025: Dinner was good. Breakfast was poor (no eggs, no cold cuts). Room was outdated.

10/10/2025: The rooms are quite worn out. The air conditioning doesn't work. The bathroom isn't really clean either. The hotel service is very poor. The staff is very unfriendly. If you have a complaint, they can only speak French, even though they used to speak English. The hotel smells musty. Unfortunately, we paid in advance. If I had said I'd pay tomorrow, I wouldn't have. We booked through Expedia and filed a complaint, but it's been going on for three weeks, so I'm definitely not happy with Expedia either. They need to do one thing with this hotel, and that's close it. You wouldn't want to be found dead in this hotel. If you're looking for a hotel, don't choose this one; please look elsewhere. This hotel doesn't deserve any more guests. And as you can see in the hotel's comment below, if I expect anything... We're renovating. It's a shame I don't have any photos. But whoever checks the rooms regularly does this person with their eyes closed. The air conditioning will be checked once a year because several guests are complaining about it. It didn't work. We tried to find a solution on the spot, but they were unwilling to do anything, and management was impossible to reach. It was just a disgusting room. Ugh. The inspectors should definitely visit. So, if you're looking for a hotel, please look elsewhere. You'll regret this hotel. Don't be tempted by the pool because it's freezing. And great, if they ask for payment, say you'll do it in the morning because then you'll have seen how terrible the hotel is, and you can refuse to pay. And the sad thing is, Expedia doesn't do anything about this complaint either. They say they'll get back to you, but you never hear anything back. We contacted them three times, and it's now been three months and we haven't heard anything.

09/07/2025: Very pleasant place, a little bit of a wait but nothing insurmountable given the atmosphere on the terrace, we ate well, the prices are reasonable and the waitresses are friendly

06/07/2025: Run away.. the waitress knocked over our trays 3 meters from our table. She continued on her way to our table and spilled drinks on our feet and pants.. once the trays were put down, she said I'm going to remake the drinks for you. We asked her to redo everything because the sandwiches were swimming in drinks. She brought us the order after changing the containers. The sandwich bread was still soaked in drinks... Add to that mistakes in the order. And we had to change tables because no one came to mop them up... a disaster

17/01/2026: A hair in my cheeseburger. (Order placed via Uber Eats.) When I placed my order, I noticed a serious hygiene issue: one of the cheeseburgers contained two patties, with a hair (appearing to be human) stuck to the meat. This is completely unacceptable. In addition, there were several order errors. I ordered a "Golden Double Cheese" meal + a Croque McDo: - I received two cheeseburgers instead of the Double Cheese sandwich, without the Croque McDo - One of the cheeseburgers was without sauce (only bread, meat, and cheese) - The other had two patties (the original recipe normally only contains one) and a hair that appeared to be human inside. I called the restaurant: - firstly to report the order error: I was referred back to Uber Eats. I called back later to report the hygiene issue: the restaurant answered and then immediately hung up, apparently recognizing my voice. I'm leaving this review to inform other customers and I will also be filing an official complaint for breach of hygiene regulations.

30/01/2026: What good are you if you're tired? You might as well stay home. Seriously, I place a click and collect order, I get the notification your order is ready, a team member will bring it to you. Seriously, I wait 20 minutes and nobody shows up, but they're standing there in front of the till. Life is good. Seriously, change jobs if you can't even do your job properly.

02/01/2026: They serve you bacon that's practically frozen and tell you that's NORMAL? They even make you touch the bag of bacon straight from the fridge, lol! No easels on the kiosks, food reheated in the microwave. AND DON'T EVEN TALK ABOUT THE TOILETS!! The toilet bowls are filthy. I wondered how people manage, but if we have to squat all the time, I understand why it's so dirty! This McDonald's has become a disaster, and on top of that, you pay a fortune! Avoid it.

12/12/2025: I'm shocked! I just received my Uber Eats order an hour after placing it, and it was incomplete. The extra dessert tasted like dish soap. Never again!

11/12/2025: Waiting 5 minutes at the drive-thru before being able to order, then more than 20 minutes to be served, even though there was nobody at the drive-thru or in the restaurant.

16/11/2025: Avoid at all costs! This is nothing like the kebab I knew a few years ago. We ordered through Uber Eats, and the fries were swimming in oil, and the kebab was incredibly greasy! I agree with other reviews: the meat was extremely salty; it didn't even taste fresh. We barely ate anything; it all ended up in the bin.
