24/09/2024: I can only recommend subway to those who are still wondering if it's worth it. I love making my sandwich from scratch, the bread is delicious, the prices are reasonable, I eat there regularly and the staff is always very kind and understanding, go for it!

23/09/2024: At what point, just tell me when the sandwich is not closed but the person in charge of the kitchen shoves it into the oven without vigor and above all without any care, I hope she doesn't make her sandwiches the way she did made mine, R.I.P my poor sandwich... 30th so that half ends up stuck in the oven. 06/09/2024: We pay 4.50 for a McFlurry so that it has a non-existent dose of caramel, it's shameful to pay for NATURAL ice cream FOR THIS PRICE. After pointing this out to an employee, he haughtily replied that it was the normal dose that I had to pay extra to have it + in addition, aesthetically speaking, the ice cream is ugly.

16/12/2024: Good morning, No desire among employees to serve and be polite! A thirty-year-old (bearded and dark-haired) in charge of the drive-thru, very haughty and not very invested in his work, he stared at me indecently. Then, I was the only car at the drive-thru and inside, after observation there were not even 4 tables and I waited, meanwhile the employees were laughing, having fun without even taking care of my order (without depriving them of laughter and fun of course but it’s “fast food”). Then without any pretension a young woman empties a coke already made into my glass, a coke without bubbles or anything, I ask to change it, they look at me in an unappreciative way. You sometimes have great teams but others who are unbearable and condescending! This isn't the first time this has happened to me. To review customer reception!!!!!

17/09/2024: I was sick as a dog yesterday with your cheesecake which must not have followed the cold chain (at the end of the shelf, fridge open so I think that in terms of cold chain, we are not at the best). Food poisoning. Forced to leave my job due to vomiting. I called the restaurant in Besançon to tell them, they just told me “oh well we sold everything and we got no return!” » not even an excuse, nothing! A shame!!! 😠 And I was the only one to eat that. My colleagues ate the same bagel as me. There was a gnat that came out of the packaging. You have to stop saying it's not your fault. Do you know excuses?

22/09/2024: Nous avons attendu 15 minutes avant que la serveuse vienne prendre commande. Aucun sourire. Au moment de l'addition, nous avions pris deux boissons affichées à 4e20 l'unité. Elles elles nous ont été facturées 5euros. Heureusement que j'ai demandé l'addition et ai vu l'écart de 80 centimes sur le prix affiché. Aucune excuse pour cette énorme erreur de prix, un simple remboursement sans sourire. Un conseil : prenez garde à votre addition !

20/09/2024: Ein direkt vor dem Eingang zur Festung Fougeres gelegenes Cafe/Restaurant. Die Bedienung war sehr schnell und nett. Ausserdem fiel sie durch ihr außerordentlich gutes Gedächtnis auf. Sie machte keinerlei Notizen und alles Bestellungen wurden korrekt geliefert. Alles war sehr lecker. Gerne wieder!

14/11/2024: Please teach the staff that they need to wash their hands. It's not normal to alternate between collecting/preparing/displaying, all with bare hands and without washing your hands even once.
