03/05/2026: Terrible. During my visit, I purchased two beers in a single transaction in order to meet the €15 minimum payment requirement. I clearly informed the bartender that I would like to consume one beer immediately and return later for the second. This was acknowledged at the time. However, when I later returned to collect the second beer that I had already paid for, the bartender on duty refused to serve me. He insisted that I had not paid and demanded that I pay again. Despite my attempts to calmly explain the situation, he dismissed my explanation, appeared confused, and behaved in a manner that suggested he was not in a suitable condition to be serving customers. This resulted in me being publicly embarrassed in front of other patrons and denied a product I had already paid for. I find this situation unacceptable. I was refused service for an item I had already purchased. The staff member appeared unfit to perform their duties. The situation was handled in an unprofessional and disrespectful manner. I kindly request that this matter be reviewed, and that appropriate action is taken to ensure this does not happen to other customers. I would also appreciate a response regarding how you intend to address this issue.

29/06/2026: It's a shame, we used to love this bakery, but the pastries aren't up to par anymore. My boyfriend came home with a tiny croissant; it's not right to sell pastries smaller than the ones displayed at the same price.

03/09/2025: Arriving at 8:30 PM without a reservation, we were greeted by the manager who informed us that there was only one dish available (fondue, and only served outside). I should point out that there were only two people in the restaurant! Having come from another region for a sporting event, I strongly advise against going there!

29/07/2026: Old school patisserie, delicious apple light apple strudel. Small space but a real Parisian spot.

27/07/2026: Terrible welcome, very small, unpleasant waiters. Rather dirty, hot, far too crowded for the room's capacity. We even wondered if it was legal to have so many tables in a place where you can barely move. They told us that only customers could sit down. They therefore advised leaving children outside alone in the street. Unbelievable!

24/03/2026: This kebab restaurant is absolutely top-notch, where everything is superb: the meats, vegetables, and bread are incredibly fresh and of excellent quality (the fries and chicken are wow! 🤩), the sandwiches and platters are generously filled and beautifully presented, the welcome is incredibly warm, the atmosphere is wonderfully pleasant, the service is impeccable, and the entire restaurant is exceptionally clean. The people who run this restaurant with such dedication are incredibly lovely and highly professional. It's simply wonderful, pure bliss! 🌞 Going to this restaurant, which we highly recommend without hesitation, is to treat yourself to a truly relaxing, peaceful, and tranquil experience. 07/06/2026: As a long-time loyal customer, I was very disappointed with the way my ice cream was prepared during my visit to the Lindt Boutique Paris Opéra yesterday. It felt rushed and lacked the care I usually expect from the brand (the cone was empty of chocolate, the ice cream was crooked, and it lacked the sauce and the small square of chocolate). I even mentioned it to the cashier at the time, but my comment was dismissed with laughter, without any real listening or understanding of my dissatisfaction. This experience does not reflect the level of service I have come to expect from Lindt.

02/06/2026: Since this chocolate is also available in Japan, I didn't specifically choose it as a souvenir... However, they were having a "buy one, get one free" deal on out-of-season items (during my 2018 visit, they were still using the previous year's Christmas packaging)... so I bought some! There's also a section where you can buy by weight (choose your favorite flavors)! I think it's great for sampling. You can also have coffee at the cafe! The Roissy bus stop is right in front of the shop! Added in 2020: The large packages are bulky, but they make great souvenirs for colleagues and look very nice. As a side note, You receive a piece of chocolate at the entrance when you enter the shop! I bought several bars of chocolate for myself. Be careful when buying lots of chocolate, as it can get quite heavy! Added in 2024: The cafe has moved to the back of the shop and is very popular during the winter! The price of the chocolate doesn't seem to have increased that much. Shopping bags are now charged for, and the free chocolate samples they used to give out upon entry are gone. Perhaps because they're busy...the staff are a little intimidating. Added 2026/1 I bought the Dubai chocolate that was popular last year as a souvenir! The taste...it's not good. They had mini chocolate bars, so I bought those too.

05/04/2026: A welcoming place with smiling staff, a bakery with very long opening hours, even on Sundays. Go there also for their amazing cakes and salads.

07/05/2026: Disappointing experience Saturday, April 25th. We placed an order which, after 20 minutes, still hadn't arrived. I asked about the order, and the person behind the counter told me I'd already received it... I still had the pager in my hand. My order had been given to another customer. She gave me a tray with two waffles from the other customer, waffles that had been sitting there for a while. I pointed this out, refused her tray, and asked her to remake my order. At that point, her colleagues got involved and rolled their eyes! Unbelievable!! Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, they're the ones who end up being the victims!! I will never set foot in your establishment again! Hello, I can't contact you because two digits are missing from your number.

22/05/2026: The noodles were fabulous!!! Please offer a vegetarian stir-fried noodle dish with vegetables 🙏 We made our own version with the vegetable stir-fry and it was delicious!

29/03/2026: We came as a family and received a wonderful welcome from the owner. He was very funny and had a great atmosphere; it was light and pleasant. We ate incredibly well! The portions were generous and authentic, from appetizer to dessert. And the restaurant's decor was absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend this fantastic restaurant, which also offers takeout ✨

17/06/2026: It's incomprehensible. Lately, I've been buying my bread from this bakery. The bread is usually very good, but earlier I bought a baguette and didn't pay much attention. The baguette isn't baked flat. Did they forget the yeast? I would have liked to post a picture, but it's not working.

11/05/2026: The new owner has just taken over the bakery (Nov. 2025). The products are of the same high quality, and customers won't be disappointed. Now they have a proper Bibal coffee machine. All that's missing is a newspaper with your coffee, and I'd give it a sixth star 🌟 And what's more, it's still open on Mondays! In the same area, there are a few other shops, like a florist, a greengrocer, and a fishmonger.

10/07/2026: Takeaway order: no sauce provided, no napkin, 4 nuggets instead of 6. Outrageous!

01/07/2026: Order placed at the drive-thru today around 8:50 PM. The person was really unpleasant, staring at us from head to toe, giving us a very dirty look. She clearly didn't want to work and slammed the glass door in our faces while we were talking to her. Shameful.

27/07/2026: A truly beautiful place. We reserved a table and cycled there from Riec in the evening. We got a lovely little table on the terrace. The owner gave us a warm welcome, we placed our order, and enjoyed the evening atmosphere at the harbor. We had delicious oysters and cod, and my wife had the homemade ravioli with langoustines. I don't know why people so often find fault with this place. The owners clearly run the place. The food was incredibly fresh and delicious. If you appreciate authenticity, you absolutely must go there. It's a restaurant with character! The quality is superb—seasonal, regional, and expertly crafted. Thank you to the owners for the wonderful evening. Please keep up the charm and this ambiance.

26/07/2026: A typical bar in a quiet little port on the Belon River... 🥰 The setting is EXCEPTIONAL!! I've read various reviews about the food, but I've never eaten there... 😉 So, you'll have to experience it for yourself! 😅
