23/01/2026: Avoid at all costs/10 Orders are constantly missing, and they're served cold almost every time.

25/01/2026: No matter the time, there's always a huge wait. One Saturday evening, they told me outright that they weren't taking any more orders after 9:45 PM because they couldn't keep up with demand. The drive-thru is poorly managed. The one in Ecuelles is better. When you order sauces at the drive-thru, they don't tell you they're out of stock until you receive your order. They don't indicate on the website that they're out of stock. In short, avoid it. To top it all off, the drinks weren't even what we ordered. Perfect.

16/01/2026: I just ate there at noon, rush hour, and yet my order was received at the table in less than 10 minutes. It was very funny; it was the first time I've seen a waiter in a suit who was so smiling and friendly. For once, my order was perfect.

26/01/2026: Mathieu, a very professional employee, provided impressive service for a McDonald's. Pleasant, makes you want to come back.

27/12/2025: The place is very nice. The sandwiches were ready quite quickly. Unfortunately, two of us ordered turkey bagels and we both got sick. It's probably a problem with the cold chain or something else, because the hygiene seems fine...

29/11/2025: Mixed experience. We opted for the salads, which we shouldn't have. Expensive and with very few ingredients. My daughter's box was barely half full, and they had forgotten some ingredients. For 12 euros, we expect better.

12/12/2024: There are times when we overlook mistakes, or when we don't take the time to leave a review, because to err is human, but tonight, you really did well. Please note that order 9A00 22 dated Tuesday December 10, 2024 was a total fiasco. I order in click and ready in the parking lot, being in a wheelchair, it was my friend who went to collect our orders. It has already happened SEVERAL TIMES that we have had to go to the counter because something is missing. And this evening, as usual, there were (again) missing items. So tonight it was a bag of tomatoes, one of apples, a drink and a toy. All this for a happy meal, which means that I only had the sandwich. My friend, realizing the error, friendly went to the counter to ask for the missing dues. The employee at the counter received it by questioning her word, maintaining that he was sure he had put everything in the bag and insinuating that she had removed the missing food from the bag! At this moment, my friend goes to pick up the orders received in the car to show her good faith (and that she is not A THIEF! We are talking about tomatoes, pieces of apple and a fruit juice + a toy) To justify that the “error” came from her (LOL) he says that she moved the things in the bags (there was just one toy that had changed bags). Normal, because if you did your job well, we wouldn't need to move the items in the bag to check them. My friend then explains to her that she just moved the toy and invites her to come and see in her car that she is not lying! The employee replies that that’s not all he has to do. And ended up giving him the apples and tomatoes. I point out that she must have insisted on having the toy and I didn't get my drink. (Unbelievable, but true) So, I will let you congratulate this employee (blonde hair, worn long with a red tie), because thanks to him, we will never set foot in your home again. And above all, don't come and tell me to call your number that I already tried to reach that same evening, because it is impossible to leave a message there. After the manager's response, I expected nothing less than a blunt response, which once again proves the total lack of consideration of this company towards its customers.

10/12/2024: I came to eat there, potato nuggets, hamburgers…. Everything was cold, the waiter was in a bad mood I guess because he violently put the tray on the table, said “enjoy your appetite” and left straight away. The people in the kitchen were chatting among themselves... while another rather well-looking gentleman was doing nothing apart from being on his phone opening Pokémon boosters, it would be a question of getting to work, McDonald's is above all a job not fun. When I eat at McDonald's I mainly come here, I wouldn't go anymore if it's to see young people talking and having fun, just go to another fast food chain that won't serve cold or with missing food!!

17/01/2026: The wait to be served was incredibly long despite the small number of customers and our proximity to the entrance. The food was likely reheated and lacked any real flavor (a rarity in France!). The service was blatantly inconsistent, with regulars receiving different treatment than other customers. All this on a very pleasant street in the city center. Avoid this place and stick to the bistros nearby!

24/01/2026: Hygiene is nonexistent; just look at the toilets. Out of politeness, I tried to speak to them about the hygiene issue, and they took it badly instead of doing what was necessary! I absolutely do not recommend this place; they are incompetent!

08/02/2026: Outrageous prices for such small portions! Boycott McDonald's and go to the competition! Too bad I can't give zero stars!

24/01/2026: I ordered from McDonald's and was extremely disappointed. When I opened my soda, I discovered an insect inside the cup (see photo). This is simply unacceptable and disgusting. Hygiene standards are clearly not being followed. This poses a serious food safety issue and completely destroys any trust in the establishment. When you order food, you expect it to be clean and safe, at the very least. I am deeply shocked and disgusted by this experience. I expect a refund and, above all, serious measures to prevent this from happening again.

09/12/2025: One of the worst McDonald's in France. There are eight self-service kiosks, the line stretches outside, and they only open two. When you ask them to open more, the attendant says she doesn't want to open them. The service is appalling. The sandwiches are very poorly made. McDonald's head office really needs to take responsibility for this restaurant.

31/01/2026: Dinner on New Year's Eve. The mussels tasted like they'd been reheated several times and not made fresh. The mixed seafood fritters were good. The mixed seafood spaghetti with seafood was quite good but excessively greasy, and the pasta was sticking together. The two glasses of white wine weren't really two flutes, but rather small champagne glasses! Instead of the usual glass bottle of olive oil, we found a 1-liter can in the center of the table, which looked more like a mechanic's shop counter than a restaurant. Total spend: €105, way too much for what we ate!
