05/09/2026: The locals' café... The owner is elderly but very welcoming, everyone knows each other, kisses are flying everywhere... people call out to each other from table to table... I'm here as a tourist... No problem... after 5 minutes I'm invited to join the conversation... France as I love it!

20/09/2026: The service from both the employees and the owner was appalling; they were clearly very bitter about life. They're the kind of people who make me ashamed to be from the Auvergne region myself when I'm hosting my tourist friends and we're visiting Mont Dore. Spend your money elsewhere!

24/09/2026: I stopped at this McDonald’s while I was in France and honestly had a different experience than what I’m used to back home. What really caught my attention was the selection of pastries, especially the macarons. It was fun seeing so many different pastry options at McDonald’s, and I definitely had to try a few. The location was really busy when I went in during the afternoon, and finding a place to sit was probably the biggest issue. I also noticed that the restroom code is printed on your receipt, which was convenient. Overall, I had an okay experience and enjoyed seeing the French twist on McDonald’s, especially the pastries.

22/09/2026: We used it to go to the toilet. There was a 1.5 Euro fee, but nobody could enter the toilet without closing the door, so we didn't pay the fee 😀

02/09/2026: Hello, I left a very negative review several months ago, but I just went back today and frankly, I was pleasantly surprised because the meal was well-prepared: appetizing burger, hot fries, and very generous portions! So thank you for this improvement, have a good day.

19/05/2026: Excellent hotel in a great location. I live here and come often; I feel right at home, warmly welcomed and comfortable.

17/05/2026: A small, basic hotel, not too expensive, with parking. The rooms could use some updating, but they are clean and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast is comprehensive. The staff is welcoming. Perfectly adequate for a short stay.

28/05/2026: Overall, a rather disappointing experience. The salad wasn't particularly good, and given the prices, one would expect a minimum level of service, whereas you have to collect your own food and clear your own table. The place itself is nothing special, although the sea view is pleasant. It's a shame, because the setting could have offered a much better experience. I won't be returning.

15/09/2026: Lunch served only, with table service, and quick turnaround. There was a small order error (fries instead of potatoes), which was quickly rectified. The staff was welcoming. Special mention for the ice cream, thank you! 😊

14/08/2026: Unacceptable, probably the worst McDonald's I've ever experienced. I waited 50 minutes for a simple takeout order. The staff didn't even know what was in my order; I had to explain it myself. And despite this interminable wait, some sauces were still missing when it arrived. And unfortunately, this isn't unusual: you already have to wait an average of 20 minutes for a takeout order. But tonight, with the crowds due to the eclipse, the staff were overwhelmed and the service was disorganized. Here, the concept of "fast" in fast food simply doesn't exist anymore.

13/08/2026: Ordered at 9:20PM, got my food at 11:30PM…. plus things were missing and food was disgusting. Thank you for nothing 👹

23/08/2026: The burgers must have been prepared with eyes closed and without using hands. The milkshake was served in a very dirty container; we pointed this out, and they brought us the same one, filled more (but still in the same very dirty container). The fries were completely dry. Very bad experience.

23/08/2026: One nugget out of nine was missing, one slice of bacon on a double bacon, one milkshake...even though we are only five tourists passing through, we are not fooled.

27/08/2026: I waited over 10 minutes at the drive-thru for someone to take my order. I called the restaurant, but it just rang and rang. And when someone finally came to take my order, there was no apology, nothing, as if it was my fault. Customer service isn't for everyone. A simple "sorry" is free and costs nothing!

24/08/2026: I was very disappointed with my visit to the McDonald's in Montlhéry last night, at the drive-thru. The person in front of me had already forgotten a sandwich in their order, and three portions of fries were missing from mine. On top of that, my order was cold and no paper towels or napkins were provided. For an evening drive-thru, this is truly disappointing. I do not recommend this McDonald's drive-thru in the evening. They really need to improve their order processing and service quality.

15/06/2026: I go there very often, whether it's for a matcha, a ube latte, or a takeaway meal, and I'm never disappointed! Everything is always delicious, the ingredients are high quality, and the drinks are really well prepared. It's become one of my favorite places. Plus, the service is excellent, always welcoming and quick. I highly recommend it!

14/08/2026: The kebab was rather bland. The sauces were missing. We ordered for 8:30 PM. Our delivery didn't arrive until 9:15 PM because our order wasn't ready... we won't be ordering from them again.

14/08/2026: A customer for over 15 years, I used to eat there at lunchtime after school, and 15 years later I'm still eating there. The quality is excellent, and so is the service. The staff is great.

29/07/2026: I went during the weekend of July 14th; it was very clean, the staff were friendly, and it was very busy on July 14th.

25/09/2026: Two waitresses chatting casually without looking at the customers, slamming their glasses on the table aggressively, not serving the food and asking their colleague in the kitchen to do it instead. The customer service training absolutely needs to be reviewed…
