09/09/2024: I never post opinions but this was necessary.. I go to American Drive at the end of the day and order an American. The fries were already gone, let me explain. Do you see the fries from the day before that you put back into the oil? Yes, it’s not edible… the sandwich, 2 steaks. It ends there, no sauce, nothing. Literally suffocating. I'm very hungry so I try to force myself but no way. I go back and order another sandwich asking them for a sandwich with cheese and sauce without fries. I give them back the first sandwich, explaining to them that I can't eat it for such and such a reason. He replies, oh okay, I won’t charge you for the extra sauce then. The second one was honestly not better. The sauce I've never seen, the goat's cheese, I've never smelled it, but the gruyere yes, at least that... but in the end I paid 25 euros to eat a sandwich that was not well made and frankly not good... which I never finished. I remember a time when American drive was really not that!!

21/09/2024: The place is nice facing the Longchamp Palace. But the waiter took a long time to take our order. We wanted breakfast but there were no more pastries, the sign was still outside. So we had pancakes (not homemade but still good) and a squeezed orange juice which was bad. It was diluted with water or the ice cubes had almost completely melted but it was bad.

20/09/2024: the drive has been redone and the parking is more efficient. fast service...and food consistent with a McDonald's

15/09/2024: Mac Do remains Mac Do if we refer to the specifications... what will make the difference is the staff, the cleanliness of the store. In that of Boisguillaume it held up well

09/11/2024: My daughter begged me to go to McDonald's..... we did a drive-thru, it pissed me off the order didn't match the payment.... to my disadvantage of course.... unfriendly staff and plus a huge 30 minute wait for a drive!!!! To flee

07/08/2024: We had a Virgin mojito as well as a Cosmo... (cocktail offered on the menu) To have a glass of sparkling water with two mint leaves and a piece of lime.. The cosmo was, how should I put it… DOSE alcohol level. We couldn't finish the cocktails "at least what was left of them since the waiter spilled some on the table" Conclusion of the experience.. We left with the glasses unfinished but still -15€ less on the account

27/10/2023: Impeccable , restaurant rénové très spacieux ou l'accueil est chaleureux, employés souriants et toujours à l'écoute, patronne agréable. Le concept est génial , sandwichs bien garnis , choix varié surtout les nouvelles recettes ( SubMelts). Je recommande fortement ce restaurant où on mange bien pour le prix proposé !

21/09/2023: Déçu, mauvais accueil, les tables sont sale, pourtant le restaurant était vide et je parle pas de la garniture dans les pains, ils étaient vide…autant acheter un sandwich sodebo c’est le même effet pour beaucoup moins chère

26/09/2024: Excellent, the products offered are of very good quality. The staff is friendly and available. I love pizzaline. Just what would be great would be to offer a wider choice of pizza on site, and also more suitable children's menus and a little less expensive for small appetites which are a little high. Otherwise everything is excellent I recommend. And your salads are well served and generous, we get what we pay for. Small portion of fries with the hamburgers on the other hand but home fries are great, well done. Thanks to the team

07/09/2024: A regular for several years, the service has really deteriorated in recent times. Last night, 1 hour wait for 1 pizza and a Burger is unacceptable! And the dishes arrived cold! This is unfortunately not the first time, I won't come back again, it's a shame Thank you despite everything to the waiter who did his best to satisfy the unhappy customers…

10/07/2025: I was a little hungry, so I ordered through the drive-thru because apparently the registers were already closed. After a long line, I placed my order. A double cheese sandwich, a potato wedge, and a McDonald's toastie. What a surprise when I got home to find that instead of my double cheese sandwich, they served me a Chicken McNugget. Even though I didn't eat the nuggets. So, I can't return the order because the restaurant is closed. What a waste, I wish I had ordered from another restaurant.

07/07/2025: This McDonald's is a disaster. The drive-thru wait time is mind-boggling. The word "fast" is in the French word "fast." The three times I've been to this McDonald's, I've always waited over 30 minutes, and it wasn't necessarily crowded. The first time, they forgot my sandwich; the second time, they hadn't properly sealed the drink lids, so everything spilled into the bag. When I got out of my car, everything fell to the ground, and nothing could be saved. The last time, which was tonight, for a meal, I waited exactly 44 minutes. When I got home, everything was cold (I live 5 minutes from McDonald's). The drink lid wasn't properly sealed, so there was a little drink on my potatoes, which, incidentally, were halfway mixed with fries. Paying 10.30 euros for such service is very frustrating. It's a shame for this McDonald's image. In the end, I won't go back.

15/12/2024: Apparently politeness is not appropriate when you arrive before closing, you can feel that they have pissed off, on top of that the order is not complete, I already had a bad preconception but then this is confirmation ! I would avoid coming to this Macdonald from now on.

12/12/2024: Or how to waste a day of vacation. My wife and I got severe food poisoning at this fast food restaurant. We had the same sandwich and had the worst day of our lives. (As I write this message, it's not finished) Update: the number given is not correct but I found the seat number. They will investigate and get back to me. But refunding my order will be difficult (€50 in the toilet... Literally) "Come as you are and leave with a "celebrated" stomach"

19/09/2024: For several months (since the change of ownership) it has been impossible to order from this Burger King on Uber Eats, it is constantly "unavailable" The few times I managed to order the dishes were incorrect, this problem has been going on for months now, it might be time to take action to correct it

17/09/2024: We say let's have a meal to change a little BK... 3 children 2 adults to take away... in front of a great film... We arrive and bingo... not the right sandwich for me... I call them, they ask me to come back... 10 minutes to go... get there... I wait, they give me back my sandwich...and nothing! No compensation... they are stupid, I have to come back... 10 minutes there and 10 minutes back... I arrive home... everyone is done... Seriously you ruined my evening!

28/09/2024: The service is extremely inconsistent. During my last experience, my order, the Internet remained for more than 10 minutes at the counter in front of me without me being called. I reported it, and they still let me go with lukewarm food. As a result of waiting, and perhaps because the order was placed incorrectly in the bag, one of the drink lids (and the condensation) spilled into the paper bag which tore. As a result, my fries and Nuggets were cold and wet, and since I hadn't arrived home yet, I had to throw away the drinks because I couldn't carry them in my hand. Normally this should not have happened, but I think there was a flaw in the preparation. I reported it to the store, which did not offer me any commercial gesture, just acknowledged receipt of my experience. Well honestly, go on your way or go to one of the restaurants around.
