30/03/2026: A disgrace! Absolutely no professionalism. No sugar for the coffee. Strawberry milkshake instead of vanilla, and to top it all off, the cup was only half full. I went to see the guy at the drive-thru, and he told me it was normal. I've been going to McDonald's for 30 years. That's it, because it's always the same. Long live Burger King!

18/03/2026: Items are missing from the delivery; this has happened to me several times. It's impossible to reach them by phone.

10/03/2026: Tonight I ordered fries with melted cheddar cheese from McDonald's Mozac... I opened my container and what a disappointment 😡... Half the container was empty!! It's a disgrace, considering the price you charge, at least have some respect for your customers 😡😡. I've attached photos of the product shown on the website and of my container... it's much less appealing!!!!

19/04/2026: Worst McDonald's ever. They don't respect hygiene rules. We ordered two meals. The fries and potato wedges were stale. We politely asked for more, and they threw in fresh fries, but then gave us back the stale ones. The patties in the burgers had been in the buns for a while, I think. The Croque Monsieur was completely burnt, and when I tried to open it, the wrapper was stuck to it. In short, it's outrageous, especially since it was noon, not 4 PM, which is supposed to be rush hour. I don't recommend it.

20/04/2026: I ordered a 280 but ended up with a CBO. It was impossible to verify my order; the screens have been broken for six months. The double fish was completely dry; I wonder how they managed that. I've begged them for potato sauce four times, even paying for it, but they prefer not to give it to me. And don't even get me started on the MMS caramel McFlurry, which had practically no MMS or caramel in it. At the price they charge for their burgers, they could at least make an effort. For me, that's it; I won't be going back.

09/04/2026: Expensive ice cream (€7.50 for 3 scoops), not very tasty, and some had ice crystals. It was very disappointing. The worst stracciatella we've ever had.

29/12/2025: Excellent establishment. The staff are very welcoming. Not very expensive for what it is, and very good; I recommend it!

25/03/2026: I ordered the Mario item, but they didn't have it, so I paid for nothing. Don't advertise if you don't have anything...

22/03/2026: The worst McDonald's of my life. 25 minutes for a McFlurry. Avoid it, there are plenty right next door.

26/03/2026: I'm very surprised by the negative comments. We regularly have lunch at this establishment when we're in Les Saisies. The service is always excellent. We had the set menu of the day: filet mignon with two mustards. The portions were generous and piping hot. There was no wait to be served. The young waiter was very responsive, friendly, and attentive. We'll gladly return.

23/03/2026: Everything was great from the moment we arrived. Nothing to complain about except that it was good and well served.

02/12/2025: The 3-meat tacos were excellent, no complaints there. However, the only downside was having to pay an extra €5 for fries and a drink; I find that a bit pricey.

29/11/2025: Worst kebab of my life. €13 for a set menu, the manager doesn't even lift a finger to serve, and the sandwiches have no meat at all. Avoid this place!

18/04/2026: Dry burgers, grilled meat tastes like it was cooked. Numerous errors in the orders. I think there's a management problem here right now...

14/03/2026: We had come to have a nice time with colleagues. Barely had we arrived when they opened when the waitress took it upon herself to say "that's enough," implying that it was already too crowded. The welcome was icy and unfriendly. She asked us to come back in 10 minutes because our food wasn't ready. A very unpleasant experience from the start; I absolutely do not recommend this establishment.

27/03/2026: Huge disappointment today at the McDonald's in Crest! 🍟❌ I went at 1 p.m. and despite specifying 4 or 5 times that I wanted hot fries, I was served cold, unsalted, and frankly disgusting fries... 🤢 The wrap was exactly the same: cold and bland. 🌯❄️ It's really unacceptable to pay for that, especially after insisting so much! 😤 A word of advice: avoid the lunchtime rush! 🏃‍♀️💨 If you want a hot meal and friendly service with a smile, don't come until after 3:30 p.m. Today was the absolute worst! 👎

18/03/2026: Ordering click and collect. Waiting 20 minutes for my order (2 cars in the parking lot, no one inside). Ending up with undercooked, cold fries. This is unacceptable. This McDonald's is getting worse and worse.

11/04/2026: Extremely slow service with poor management. As a customer, after waiting for half an hour, the manager Mohamed addressed me with complete disrespect, refused any form of compensation for the inconvenience, turned his back on me, and ordered his staff to close the window in my face.

11/04/2026: Oh my god, I've never seen a worse McDonald's. The toilets were so filthy, they overflowed when you flushed them. We told the staff, and they told us to use the men's room. The burgers were cold, the fries were cold. They only had sugar-free drinks, which in my opinion are completely unsuitable for children. So the little ones only had water. This was a complete disappointment.

17/04/2026: The disappointment when your child doesn't get fries in their Happy Meal means you'll have to be a little more diligent at work.
