24/07/2026: Hello, I placed my order around 12:20 AM this Thursday, July 23rd. I know it's closing time, but I'd rather be told that the product is out of stock than be served an order with more than half of it poorly prepared and recipes not followed, especially considering the current prices. A harissa wrap with just chicken and sauce, a cheeseburger without onions or pickles, and to top it all off, only half a slice of cheddar cheese, not to mention the steaks which were way overcooked, lukewarm, and dry… A serious lack of professionalism and respect on the part of your employees. Sincerely.

02/04/2026: Very disappointed with the service last night… I paid for my round with prices that didn't match the menu, so I asked the waiter if it was up to date. He curtly replied, "Yes, it's not up to date, so what? I have the tapas prices on it, so I'm not going to change it." I then pointed out that he'd charged me for an extra beer, and he assured me he hadn't, in a threatening tone… After a few exchanges, he finally realized his mistake and gave me a bill (not enough to cover the error)… Furthermore, the beers weren't even filled to the top of the glass. This kind of service is truly unacceptable in its handling and, above all, illegal to charge prices that aren't those listed on the menu… This place should be banned…

16/07/2026: Two Cokes and a strawberry tart for 29 euros, that might be okay, but when you cut into the tart and realize it's only filled with whipped cream, you guys have lost your way in pastry making. You need to go back to the basics, like a chiboust or a diplomat cream. Too much business kills business. It was good, but 23 euros for a tart is a real kick in the teeth.

12/06/2026: I often get sandwiches from you; the bagnats are very good, but I always forget to ask for a napkin. To be fair, I think you should include one by default with every sandwich you sell, like pretty much everywhere else. Thank you, and see you soon!

05/03/2026: My father got takeaway pizzas tonight, and as always for years, they were excellent. The waitress was very friendly, kudos to her!

10/04/2026: I can't even rate the food; the manager is completely clueless! The reason: One evening, they found themselves with only a team of beginners or trainees! After a 45-minute wait, I saw only takeout orders being prepared. There was no one at the register, so I asked for a refund to leave! (Others left without asking for a refund!) I have no anger towards the staff because the poor manager did what he could and was on the verge of a breakdown! However, the person who runs this fast food restaurant (and I hope it's not him) really needs to do something about it 🫤. This isn't the first time I've stopped there, and it's nowhere near McDonald's standards 🤔😔

09/04/2026: We arrived at the drive-thru at 8:15 PM, and by 8:50 PM we were stuck in the middle of it without even having paid! We managed to get out through a small hole on the side. I absolutely do not recommend this place if you're looking for a quick meal! I gave it one star just to leave a review, but it deserves zero!

19/07/2026: Hello everyone, to keep up the good habits, this time it's too much. Three sandwiches are missing from a €115 order, and this happens on one out of every two orders. Furthermore, it's impossible to contact them; they're overwhelmed and doing a shoddy job. However, if MB forgets a carton of sauce, it's the end of the world for them. This happens with every order. Items are missing or incorrectly prepared. If it's too complicated to read an order, just offer a single product; it should be possible.

18/07/2026: I was served by Noa and I'm very happy; he's very friendly and smiling, a motivating factor for the team in my opinion!

11/06/2026: Going to the board quite often at the beginning it was good but since the change of menus and the addition of certain dishes the sandwiches are dry there is not enough cheese or sauce and when you take a tacos on the site and the leaflet it says menus tacos fries and drink and when you take that you end up with the tacos and the drink for 13.50 I think the fries on the side can also be put .

09/06/2026: Stopped in here for a drink, and we were pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff and great cocktails. With happy hour from 3-8 each day, Dolce Caffe is a great place to stop in for a drink, with an offering of tapas.

07/07/2026: For four years I've been going to the McDonald's in Hennebont, and it's always been excellent: the service, the quality of the burgers, and the always friendly staff. I highly recommend it.

01/03/2026: The showers and toilets are currently being renovated in containers outside. Only the cafes and the store are open. The lines are huge, but you can safely go there either in the morning or in the evening. 🌙 The renovations are apparently long-term, so keep that in mind when planning your weekend. Everything is working on the other side. If you're staying here, you can cross the bridge before the exit to the parking lot. There are gates everywhere, so you don't have to climb over the fence. Good luck.

24/12/2025: I was just lucky to stop by and park here, and I stayed there from December 24, 2025, to December 26, 2025. The girl at the checkout was great, polite and friendly, and the restrooms and showers were clean, which is why I love France. You can always find a parking spot. I recommend it.

09/07/2026: We called the day before to ask if they were taking on apprentices. They said yes. We came the next morning and were told the boss wasn't there, that he'd be there from 11:00 AM. My daughter called back in the afternoon at 2:30 PM and was told no, if we hadn't called you. I don't understand. Not cool for my daughter.

08/07/2026: We ate well and the service was quick. We had a main course, dessert, and drinks. €30 per person. There were five of us. It was very reasonable considering how much we enjoyed the delicious food! It was also a pleasure to see that there are restaurants in Tours that serve good food! Thank you and best of luck!

17/05/2026: The kebab was excellent, with delicious meat and wonderful fries. Nothing negative to complain about except for the slightly long wait.

20/04/2026: Disappointed several times since the new owners took over. Ordered online (waited 20-30 minutes), the meat was dry, and there were mistakes every time. And they weren't very customer-oriented...
