23/01/2026: A clear drop in quality; the young man at the drive-thru didn't say a word and just threw bags around. Not even a Happy Meal. Closed, while everything else was open.

24/09/2024: Place where we are poorly served or we wait crazy to get only half of our order and to do well last night I came to get an ice cream at the drive I waited more than 5 minutes to place an order even though there was no there was no one at the second counter I waited 2 minutes to pay and finally I waited 10 minutes to get my ice cream which had been ready for a while but the employees preferred to have fun than to serve of course I asked for new ice creams because melted is less good Arrived at my house to my surprise the ice creams were put upside down in the supports I find it deplorable

01/11/2025: The hotel was not up to standard. There were cockroaches in the rooms, and it wasn't clean. It looked nothing like the photos we saw on maps or booking.com. Very disappointing.

21/10/2025: At reception, a very kind person understands French, but isn't able to ask for anything. Available and provides information if needed without any problem. Clean hotel, although you can tell it's quite old and needs updating. It's fine for a one-night stay, given the very low room rates. However, for longer stays, it's probably better to book another one.

31/01/2026: Terrible service, we had to repeat our order 3 times after waiting 8 minutes even though there was only one person ahead of us, the room is dirty, the tables are not cleaned, avoid at all costs.

21/01/2026: The quality of service is clearly not up to par.

27/01/2026: Avoid McDonald's at all costs. Meals are served cold or barely reheated, the staff is unfriendly and unqualified. You'll find much better nearby...zero points. I'll only return to this McDonald's when they've changed management.

20/01/2026: Great McDonald's. One of the cleanest I've ever been to. We were served super fast and something was hot (that's rare).

06/02/2026: A disaster, 7 PM on a weekday. McDonald's was only a quarter full. We had to wait 30 minutes for our order. The burger and the presentation need improvement; everything's there, but it's all haphazardly done, with no care whatsoever. It's really disappointing for a "fast food" restaurant.

03/02/2026: Honestly, it's getting ridiculous. We love McDonald's, but this one is making us disgusted with it more and more… the drive-thru orders are incomplete, there's always a problem! And the sandwiches aren't great. Just now I got a Big Mac, the bottom bun is like a brick, the lettuce looks like plastic, and the cheese is on the outside. Really disappointed. You order three fries, you get two…

11/01/2026: The coffee is ok, there are a lot of sandwiches - however, you will have to eat them cold, they refused to warm them up

23/12/2025: apparently cash only, no items scanned/entered into machine, no receipt. if you’re thinking of getting something, i’ll do you a favor - just skip it altogether. also got side eyed, arrogantly lectured in french to go to back of line for asking if they had croissants left (there were none in display). the character who did all is this depicted in image attached - spread the word ❤️

01/02/2026: Service was too slow. Understaffed. 45 minutes to place an order.

28/01/2026: The meal was decent, though not excellent, but the prices were exorbitant, especially for a self-service restaurant. Other restaurants at higher altitudes will be cheaper, better, and offer proper table service.

14/02/2026: Endless waits every time, especially at the drive-thru. There were only two cars ahead of me and a wait of over 45 minutes – it's unacceptable! I saw people park in the lot, go inside, and leave before me! And it's not the first time; I wanted to try again, but no, it's always the same.

09/02/2026: We came yesterday for afternoon tea with my five-and-a-half-year-old son. The restaurant's cleanliness was very concerning: overflowing bins, filthy toilets, no soap in the restrooms, food in the sink, and all the tables were dirty. We had to ask for our table to be cleaned before we could sit down. The outdoor play equipment was in the same state as the indoors... When I asked if it could be cleaned so my child could play on it, I was told it was dirty because of the weather and that "it's not the right season"... I simply pointed out that there's no season for a child to play on outdoor play equipment. In response, we were handed a mop, with the explanation of staff shortages. Yet, six people were present, including one who was smoking at the entrance, without moving far from the fast-food restaurant's access doors, before entering the kitchen in civilian clothes, without appropriate attire... I have never seen such a dirty establishment or such a lack of professionalism. A very disappointing experience, especially with a child...

21/02/2026: Hello, I want to highlight a complete lack of professionalism. I've used click and collect three times now, and I've never received sauces or napkins, the service has been extremely slow, and the staff is incompetent. Not to mention the poor upkeep of the area around the establishment. I absolutely do not recommend this place.

18/02/2026: We're disappointed with McDonald's in general. They've reduced the size of their sandwiches by 20%, as well as the side dishes (except for drinks). Then they've increased prices by 15 or even 20%... Next time, at those prices, I'll go to a real French restaurant.

19/09/2025: Veery Very very slow service, all staff working in relax mode!!!!!! Some persons from staff was smoking cigarette in guest dinner area!!!! while others just talking with guests for nothing.

15/01/2026: Aggressive owner who, despite our order being in progress, refused us access to the restroom. He doesn't seem to understand the concept of customer service. Better service everywhere else, just walk a little further.

29/01/2026: New management this January! The new owners are super friendly. The food is plentiful and top-quality. The coffee is excellent, Italian-style. I highly recommend trying this café under the new management.
