12/02/2026: After reading all the reviews, I honestly wonder why this McDonald's is still open…
I went there with a friend for an afternoon snack. Despite the restaurant being almost empty, the wait was endless. When we finally got our order, the hot chocolate (which was supposed to be served with whipped cream and chocolate sauce) was just plain hot chocolate, with nothing else.
The muffin and the donut were still frozen. The server even explained that they had just come out of the freezer and that she didn't know how to defrost them. She seemed completely helpless.
Some items were out of stock, and I practically had to insist to get a replacement.
In short, a very disappointing experience and totally disorganized service. We certainly won't be going back. This only confirms the negative impression I already had of this chain.

This is the second time I've ordered a stuffed animal!
I received another order that wasn't mine... train your employees seriously. The ones who do their job best are the ones at the drive-thru taking orders. No problems with them! Incredibly kind and never forgetting anything...

Not a bad experience, just not a recommend from me sorry.
14/04/2026: We had the fastest service - contrary to what people have shared. It was the day of Paris Marathon 2026, we did not have to wait for food much. We also got what we needed for quick breakfast and were on our way out v soon with fresh orange juice, eggs/omelete, pasta , coffee/latte.

It was my first time eating at this Subway.
I received a very warm welcome from the two employees there.
It was delicious!
I recommend it!

The wrong size and missing toppings. A complete rip-off.

16/04/2026: I came yesterday; the coffee was very good, but the rhubarb meringue tart... It had absolutely no taste. In my opinion, it was just some old leftover, barely edible. There was no rhubarb flavor at all; it was like eating sugar on pie crust.
This isn't the first time... so I'm going to stop here.

19/04/2026: If only I could give -100 stars… We came to eat outside as a group, and a raging lunatic started attacking everyone eating on the terrace (insults, threats, aggressive behavior, trying to hit anyone in his path), and violently attacked a man who got up to ask him to leave because he'd been threatening everyone for 15 minutes.
AND WHAT DID THE STAFF DO? They locked us out and didn't even bother to call the police when a fight broke out involving about twenty of their customers. Their response? "We're only protecting our employees, not anyone else." The least they could have done was call the police or allow the other patrons to take shelter with them.
It's lucky it didn't escalate further. Because if it had gotten much worse, which we narrowly avoided, the security cameras would, of course, have been used to record failure to assist a person in danger. Unacceptable.
13/04/2026: This is truly the worst McDonald's I've ever seen, and I've seen quite a few. I went last night with my family to buy McClorys, and I was already surprised by the price: €4.90 for a McFly! I figured, well, in Macron's France, everything is expensive, but I hoped the quality would be there. The wait was a little long. I went to the drive-thru, thinking maybe they were overwhelmed, but I wouldn't complain. We were able to pay, and the person who helped us was very helpful and polite. However, the person who served us was completely overwhelmed, not even a "good evening." Her colleague, who just barged in, spoke to us like we were dogs and got confused about the order. Luckily, she realized what had happened, and when she served me, the bag was full of ice cream. I can't even describe the look on her face! The containers weren't even half full, only a quarter full. For once, they didn't forget the cutlery. Frankly, I think this is the last time I'll ever set foot in that place. Anyway, just walk into the restaurant and look at the state of the floor in the kitchen area, and you'll understand why I absolutely do not recommend it.
