18/05/2026: Well, apparently my review was cancelled. Anyway, McDonald's is filthy, the WORST McDonald's on Earth. The manager makes snide remarks to customers... we took our sandwich back because, as you can see in the photo, there was a piece of plastic in the bread (not hygienic at all). We asked for a replacement, and he replied, "OH, IT'S JUST CELLOPHANE." Then, regarding the fries, which were as tough as cardboard, he told us, "You should have eaten them right away." Really arrogant and not at all pleasant. In short, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. For emptying overflowing, filthy bins... McDonald's reflects its PATHETIC service.

19/05/2026: I've rarely eaten such a disastrous taco. Everything was drowned in an absurd amount of sauce, the ingredients were of very poor quality and haphazardly arranged. The result: an hour later, stomach pains and diarrhea. Even the frozen fries looked like they'd been abandoned there out of desperation. If you're looking for a culinary experience, run away. If you're looking for a laxative, you've come to the right place. The only positive point: the staff was friendly, but it's a shame it didn't save the dish.

07/02/2026: The first floor is cramped and noisy. This Friday, February 6th, at lunchtime, there were 28 covers despite the posted capacity of 19 (a safety measure?). Cleanliness needs improvement; the cutlery was dirty. The food quality could be better. Aside from the location... a place to avoid.

28/12/2025: Excellent brasserie! Lunch for four as a family. Aperitif with a spritz, a glass of white wine, and two sodas. Two set menus (starter, main course, dessert), with a poached egg with Camembert as a starter. For the main course, chicken casserole with Maroilles cheese and homemade fries, and tarte tatin for dessert. For the children, a burger and a flank steak with homemade fries. All the dishes were delicious. Sanitation is well-maintained, and the food is both tasty and plentiful for a very reasonable price (€99.70). All this with a magnificent view of the Rouen courthouse (absolutely beautiful). Friendly and efficient service. Well done and thank you!

30/05/2026: We ate McDonald's tonight, and to avoid forgetting anything with each Drive-Thru or Click & Collect order, we decided to place our order directly at the kiosks. And yet, more problems! We had to wait 16 minutes for our order to even begin to be prepared. The ice creams were made first, and our final order was handed to us 19 minutes later! I asked for them to be remade, which they agreed to, but it took 5 minutes and 35 seconds for them to arrive. As you can imagine, the fries and burgers were barely lukewarm... I sarcastically applauded to thank them for the quality and speed of the service. The "so-called manager" accused me of being disrespectful. I retorted that it was the opposite. She invited me to speak with her, but I refused because I wanted to go home so my children could try to eat something hot (which they didn't). But I remain available to discuss management, organizational matters, communication, and other topics (which is somewhat my area of ​​expertise) :) Apparently, I'm not the only one disappointed, and nothing changes. When will we see some decent competition? Thanks

30/05/2026: So far, a perfectly normal McDonald's. What really surprised and bothered me, however, was that McCafé didn't have any milk. I've never encountered this in any McCafé anywhere in the world – that they only offer black coffee. The employee was very professional, though, and offered to add some cream to my coffee cup and then pour the coffee on top.

07/07/2025: Since it changed ownership, I've been there 3 times and I've been refused entry for no apparent reason... Come down from your pedestal, your club is a cellar, with a clientele of ksos AND the bouncers are buffoons who think they're something they're not... It's unfortunate to have come to this!!!

05/07/2025: Having been there 2 years ago, I think it's better today, and it's strange to see the change, but honestly it's a very good establishment I recommend when you don't have much to do with your evening... 👍

17/05/2026: I came this Sunday at lunchtime. There was an error with my order. The team was able to find a solution and make the necessary changes to my order, which had already been paid for via the app and therefore couldn't be cancelled. Thank you to the manager who helped me resolve my mistake.

30/05/2026: Not friendly to tourists, they treat people that does not speak french different. I suggest to skip this one, many other places to choose from.

28/05/2026: The owner is unpleasant to his waitresses. He pressures them to order more. Well, yeah, a café isn't profitable on the terrace, they need to free up space. He'd be better off fixing the lock on the men's toilet and cleaning it, instead of monitoring the customers on the terrace to see if they're taking their time or not.

17/04/2026: I would like to emphasize the excellent service I received during my visit. I was greeted by a particularly courteous, smiling, and attentive person who took the time to verify the accuracy of my order. The service was quick (less than 10 minutes), and the products perfectly matched our expectations. Special mention goes to the staff's flexibility: we were able to exchange the Happy Meal toy we already owned without any difficulty. The price of the toy alone (€0.72) was also very reasonable. A very positive experience.

12/12/2025: Review of the shop only: superb selection of quality coffees, I've become a regular customer. The quality and taste of the chocolate are truly top-notch 👍 Finally, real chocolate! I especially love the Espresso coffee bar and the dark chocolate/ginger bar ❤️ Bonus: they sometimes have promotions on products nearing their expiration date 👍

09/12/2025: The coffee is always cold and sometimes bad… For a roaster, that's a real shame. And then there's the endless wait… there are four of them working to make three coffees, and you wait ages… If I didn't have to come because my family lives nearby, I'd go somewhere else! Avoid it. What saves them somewhat is the location.
