23/12/2023: The worst starbucks ever visited. Staff's actions are very very rude. I asked whether they had a frappuccino, she could had said no but instead she gave me a funny look with a rude hand gesture. Starbucks standard is clearly very low here in Paris.

18/01/2026: 8 self-service kiosks in the store, only 3 working at 2 PM. It's shameful to have to wait almost 15-20 minutes just to place an order... Getting worse and worse...

16/01/2026: I bought a Nutella panini: it was left in the toaster, so it was overcooked, and when I opened it, I realized it was almost empty. €3.40 for stale bread is expensive. My train arrived, so I didn't have a chance to ask for a refund.

28/12/2025: The value for money is very poor. The menu prices aren't clearly displayed, and you end up paying extra charge after charge. The sandwiches are of mediocre quality.

05/02/2026: The wait is always enormous (30 minutes on average), and there's always something missing. Couldn't the franchisee just check their Google reviews and take action? I'd save time and get better quality by going 300 meters further to BK.

01/01/2026: Bought a ready-to-eat salad from PAUL at the Eurostar station and found visible mud on the leaves. I couldn’t eat it due to hygiene concerns. Disappointing for a brand like PAUL.

06/12/2025: There's a cafe just around the corner after this Paul. Continue walking and you will certainly have a better experience. The service here is horrible! A minimum of hospitality is needed when you're in an international hub as this train station. When clients make their orders BARE MINIMUM is to acknowledge the request so they know they are being understood, absolutely ABSURD, RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL for staff to act annoyed at basic communication. Their license should be removed, such a bitter taste to have after a nice visit to the city.

12/09/2024: The staff takes their time chatting while the orders are ready in front of them.... A saleswoman even had the wrong customer and asked the customer to run after the other customer 🤣🤣🤣 we walk on our heads in this mac do To avoid especially if you have a train to take, don't stop there What is the management of this establishment doing????? Are they aware of the deplorable attitude of their staff??????

12/09/2024: Some waitresses are rude. The toilets are out of service every time. In terms of waiting there are 15 to 30 minutes (to be reviewed)

30/01/2026: Two weeks ago, I went to the McDonald's at Cora to order a fish Happy Meal. When I got home, I received a cheeseburger meal, potatoes instead of fries, and a Coke instead of an Oasis. I figured to err, so I didn't leave a review. Last night, I went back to the drive-thru of the same McDonald's. At the kiosk, a friendly young man took my order, but it was the same young woman as the first time who served me. And there, once again, several mistakes: she gave me two cheeseburger meals instead of two double fish meals, potatoes instead of fries, and only one drink cup when I had ordered two. I was parked at the drive-thru, and I had to tap on the window three times to point out the successive errors. Each time she handed me the bag, an item was missing. She wasn't very friendly and sighed as if I were bothering her. She finally gave me the fries and the second Coke, which is what I had ordered. But when I got home, I discovered that the second drink was… water, even though I had ordered two Cokes and, of course, paid a sugary drink surcharge for them, only to end up with the same water that comes out of my tap. There's clearly a serious lack of professionalism. And to top it all off, this employee wasn't even wearing a hairnet, unlike the others, which shows a real lack of attention to detail.

29/01/2026: Avoid this place at all costs! They've changed the price of the €5 menu, which isn't actually €5 anymore, while other places still offer the same €5 menu. I've already ordered it twice, once charged €7.50 and once €7. I'm completely baffled; nobody can tell you the exact price or what's included! And today at 2:30 PM, I ordered four nuggets for €4 and, using my loyalty program, a fish fillet. They deducted 50 points, but there was no sandwich on my tray! 😱 Then they told me (with proof of my points on my card and the points deducted from the machine) that there was no manager available to do anything and to send an email. "I already had this problem this week, but I can't do anything," they said. Okay, give me the email address then. They don't even know where to write! HELP! I'm a huge McDonald's fan, but there are just too many things that aren't right anymore! You quickly forget that Quick is right across the street!

22/01/2026: This place has changed a lot, very few people are present, sometimes only one person who even has the nerve to say, "Oh, but I'm doing everything and we're tired, lol." Even the personalized sandwiches weren't respected. Disappointed.

19/01/2026: Another disappointment... a McDonald's that's well located, but that's one of its only redeeming qualities (special mention to the waiter Amadou, who significantly improves the overall impression). I was perplexed by the exterior and even the interior; it wasn't very clean. Not only are the prices high, but orders aren't always respected. I ordered a meal with medium fries, but I received a small one. I asked if this was normal, and they confirmed that it was indeed what I ordered... a real shame.

22/01/2026: It was awful. The food wasn’t tasty at all. The service staff didn’t speak english. We are greeks and we tried to communicate and we couldn’t. Also they were mean . If you want to taste real Mc donalds come to greece it is much better .

21/01/2026: Superb location, as usual, always great food options at McDonald's. If you come late in the evening, expect to see a lot of crowds. All in all, I am glad there is McDonald's here!

21/02/2026: I do not recommend this McDonald's. I ordered a Maxi Best Of meal at the Briey McDonald's, and when I received my order, I noticed that my fries were only half full. I don't understand the point of offering a "Maxi" size if the portion is clearly that of a small fry. Furthermore, I ordered a Tropical Oasis, and they gave me a Coke... (I don't drink Coke), so it went in the bin. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time there have been problems: they regularly run out of napkins and sauces (at the very least, ketchup), and burgers without sauce... (that's really outrageous!). With every order, you have to check the bag before leaving, which is frankly annoying, but when we place an Uber Eats order, it becomes even more complicated to return it. €35 for an order, no less... We pay for a certain level of service and a certain quantity. I hope these recurring problems will FINALLY be addressed.

20/02/2026: I went to the disastrous McDonald's. I arrived at 8:20 PM and waited 30 minutes. In the end, they told me there was still a wait, so we received our order cold… Where is the manager to help his staff?!

14/10/2025: Ever wondered what slow food looks like ..? After 10 min waiting for the agent to come back we drove to the cashier to order …luckily it only took 10 min to prepare the 2 cheeseburgers and we were ready to go 20 min later - We love MacDo Drive In ❤️

04/09/2025: We walked from a nearby hotel at 10:20 p.m. today because the signs everywhere said they were open until 11:00 p.m. What can I say? All the chairs were already stacked up, the cash registers were closed, and the drive-thru counter couldn't serve us without a car. Bottom line: just plain annoying. PS: Can't rate the food for obvious reasons.

28/09/2024: I want to avoid this mcdonalds here in porte de st cloud, avenue Versailles, I had 2 bad experience my first order they give me different totally different items, after a week I went again and I have to wait for 45mins for my order, for a fast food chain then they dont put burger in my menu☹️ i dont like the atmosphere Its crowded and a lot people waiting outside for their order, the crew is not organize and not accommodating

28/09/2024: Really horrible this new McDonald's, the staff is long, invites their friends to the cash register and a crazy crowd. They close the POS cash registers to regulate but even more people in the entrance, really horrible. I'll skip my turn, I'll go to Boulogne.
