01/02/2026: Passing through, we stopped at this McDonald's before continuing our journey. The service was disastrous, the staff were unpleasant and confused by the orders, making numerous mistakes. Regarding hygiene, it's unacceptable to have overflowing trash cans, greasy floors throughout the restaurant, and filthy restrooms (one with excrement and the other in a moderate state).

01/02/2026: Appalling! Every time I order from this McDonald's, either they're out of stock or they get the wrong products, nothing goes right. Avoid at all costs!

30/12/2025: It's cold, the music is blasting, they don't close the door, there's no sauce in the tacos, and they're dry and tiny for what they are. I ordered a four-meat taco, and I ended up with one taco and one meat, served in 40 minutes, while people who came in after us were served first. They say they're out of kebab, but they served four people after us, and the kebab was dirty, greasy, tough, undercooked meat, and there was no cheese sauce. In short, don't go there.

17/02/2026: The woman taking the order was very unpleasant at 10:40 PM. I think she wanted to be home. Shameful, not satisfied at all. I do not recommend it. She was breathing into the microphone. It was 10:40 PM on February 17, 2026. P.S. (They didn't have the triple cheeseburger, even though they do in Semécourt.) And I thought fast food was supposed to be fast; this is more like slow food.

11/07/2025: A long, long wait... The chefs are in the kitchen without hairnets, how can they set an example? Menu thrown in the trash because it was too oily... not even drained... Mediocre rating 0

08/07/2025: Takeaway. Small wrap: no sauce!!!! And I order a cookie, I get a donut! And no napkin

27/09/2025: One of my worst McDonald's experiences. Order was wrong, sauce given for the nuggets was wrong, and even missed out the pommes frites sauce for fries. Fries were cold, burger didnt even have taste!

24/10/2025: I saw the employee who was delivering my order to the table eating my fries. Unacceptable. Also, while I was waiting, there was a young pregnant lady asking another employee to give her the access code for the toilet and he denied. I know it's for customers only but it wouldn't hurt to have a little sympathy.

28/09/2024: A disaster for a Saturday evening: Overflowing trash cans, disgusting floors and an hour to get an order. Inadmissible.

22/09/2024: Getting worse and worse, forgetting is almost systematic. Fries only half filled is amazing, and it's now the norm there. There was a time when it was a "very good" McDonald's, it's a shame.

29/09/2024: I ordered a platter of sweet petit fours. I was told by phone that there will be 12, in the end there are 20 (fortunately only one ordered, otherwise it would have been too much and not potentially wasted). Then, we ordered for 10:30 a.m. (personal imperative), more than 30 minutes of waiting for the tray to not be ready! Let it be done urgently and no matter how! The box to put them in is too small and therefore nothing is stable. See photos. In addition to the endless waiting, waiters preferring to fill the windows and you ignore and now the non-compliance with the schedule and especially with the expected service, TO FLEE.

25/01/2026: Outrageous price! €8 for a sausage and fries

01/01/2026: The chip shop doesn't look like much, but the fries were edible and the man serving was friendly. However, the price of €4 is really excessive for such a tiny portion of fries (the equivalent of what you'd get in a baby pack for €1.50 elsewhere).

10/11/2025: Disappointing! The service was passive-aggressive. The two large, unappetizing fries were the size of the tip of a pinky finger. In short... typical Belgian fare.

03/02/2026: Disappointed, disappointed, disappointed. As usual, I went to this McDonald's, which I normally hold in high regard, and I was shocked and disappointed when I ordered from the drive-thru this evening and my package of regular nuggets was actually veggie. I went inside the restaurant to exchange them, only to be told that the contents were indeed regular nuggets and that only the packaging had been changed because they were out of stock. So I went home satisfied. HOWEVER, when I tasted the soggy, cold fries, the room-temperature burger, and the nuggets—which I had been ASSURED contained chicken but were in fact veggie—the taste and texture were awful, and my entire experience at the restaurant was ruined. I am disappointed by this McDonald's lack of transparency in serving me what I consider to be misleading nuggets. I hope my favorite McDonald's will show some goodwill; I'm only asking for four regular nuggets. Thank you for reading. Have a good evening.

31/01/2026: The kiosk didn't accept a ticket, making it impossible to log into my account. The restaurant wasn't clean, especially the tables and under the tables. And the food? What's happening to McDonald's? It's a disaster. Luckily, the staff were friendly and helpful, which saved the day.

20/12/2025: A huge thank you to Enzo! He's always smiling, welcoming, and above all, incredibly patient with all the customers. His professionalism and kindness make every visit a truly pleasant experience. It's a real pleasure to be served by someone so attentive. Well done, Enzo, and thank you for the excellent service!

13/12/2025: We came as usual on Friday and bought two slices of cheesecake. We were very disappointed; the mixture was far too dense, with too much gelatin, I think. I'm still looking for the taste of fromage blanc, and the biscuit was a bit dry and thick. Really very disappointed. It's a shame; we buy pastries in Morschwiller or Mulhouse and have never had any problems.
