21/09/2026: A very bad experience. I rarely go because I only go to treat the children. Every time, there's no sauce; we have to ask for it. The extras aren't included but are still charged and paid for. Whatever you do, don't order any extras if you go to this McDonald's! They take the sandwich back, rummage through it, and then try to force you to eat it. They're liars; they claim to have included the extras, but when you ask them about the size of the bacon or cheddar slices they added, they tell you two long pieces. I can guarantee that's false. It's very unpleasant to have to resort to the internet for this kind of negative feedback and the need to warn others. It would be much nicer to be able to write that the place is pleasant and that we can let our children go there with complete confidence, but that's not the case. Don't let your kids go to this McDonald's alone, because I was thinking that if it had been a 14-year-old, they would have had to take back their rummaged-through sandwich or simply not be able to say anything about the extras. The manager, who was trying to impress me with her title 🙄, then told me she would make me a new sandwich, cut it in half, and only give me half (you never know, maybe my hidden agenda was to get a free burger from her)...see the illustration of their service 😂🤣 They steal from you, and when confronted, they offer to cut the sandwich in half. I'm curious to know who would have been served the other half! They certainly would have eaten it 🙄. I told them they could do as they pleased, but that I would come and share my observations here. I finally received a full sandwich with real extras; it was a world apart from the first sandwich, after struggling for 30 minutes, which compromised my child's enjoyment of the meal. And what about the unnecessary waste? A burger destined for the bin just because they tried to skimp on the ingredients in this era of droughts and food waste reduction—it's appalling. I had nothing to gain by complaining, seeing this waste, and wasting my time and energy instead of enjoying my child, but I did it because it's the second time in a row this has happened. I won't be going back, especially knowing there's a McDonald's right next door, a 5-minute drive away in the Bernadet shopping center, with excellent service. I was at that one because my child had chosen it.

30/07/2026: For a Monday night, it was really busy and had a great atmosphere. The waitress was lovely and always smiling, and the drinks selection was excellent. We had a great time! There's a smoking area, but it's not well ventilated; as soon as there are several people, the smoke builds up and it's unpleasant. This could be improved, but otherwise it's fantastic.

01/05/2026: Great service and people. I recommend it. The beer is cold and delicious.

30/08/2026: It’s the only place in all 5 cities in France that charged me extra for my credit card not being French. So my Guinness was over €16. I guess the drink price is the cover for the band.

28/08/2026: A great selection of beers to suit everyone, and the setting is fantastic too. A unique spot in Paris.

16/06/2026: Friendly welcome, tasty food. Nice terrace. You can tell by the toilets that everything is in order here!

13/06/2026: What can I say about this experience?! Waiting over an hour and a half for a measly starter, a slice of terrine (€5) and a tomato salad 😂, a single sliced ​​tomato (€4). Then we waited almost another hour for the main course, Flemish carbonnade! No gesture of goodwill whatsoever, and the service was terrible. In short, a very bad experience for me.

07/09/2026: I'm giving it 4 stars because, unfortunately, the service, speed, friendliness, and cleanliness depend on the staff on duty and certainly on the manager. Sometimes they're super friendly, the place is clean, and the service is fast, while other times it's much slower, not clean, and there are oversights.

11/09/2026: This is my first time ordering click and collect and honestly I'm very surprised. My tasty meal was perfectly presented, cooked to perfection, and delicious. The same goes for the fries. Honestly, well done and thank you to the team! It's been a long time since I've enjoyed a McDonald's meal so much. Special mention for the friendliness of the person who delivered it to my car 😉

12/09/2026: AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I lost a ring on September 1st, called the next day to see if they'd found it, NOTHING... I called again two days later, and they told me they'd finally found it. When I called again the following day, "Oh no, we haven't found anything, sorry." Then she hung up... A €3000 ring found and then lost again... VERY strange. The necessary steps have been started and WILL be completed.

30/08/2026: Beautiful place. The only downside is the owner/manager's awful behavior towards the servers. He even held a debriefing in front of the customers... I had to restrain myself from intervening... After all, it's no surprise the staff are disengaged!
