23/01/2026: Hello, I visited the small town of Valberg, a very family-friendly resort, perfect for skiing and enjoying beautiful views. I ate at the Chalet Suisse restaurant and really appreciated the warm welcome. All the servers were friendly, helpful, and took the time to explain the dishes. The food was fresh and full of flavor. The owners were very kind and attentive to their customers. The atmosphere was warm, elegant, and comfortable, ideal for relaxing after a day of skiing. I truly enjoyed this place.

10/05/2026: Shameful, that red-faced, imposing employee with the big belly who refused to take my 50 euro note and wrongly accused me of coming to their bar often to steal their change, when it was my first time there.

14/03/2026: 17 euros for a small, stingy avocado toast. Very expensive for avocado on bread. Unfortunately, it's dry and a bit cloying. It's a shame, the old menu was more generous. On the plus side: the staff are very friendly, though.

04/03/2026: Great coffee and very friendly staff! I visited for two days and really enjoyed it. FYI, there’s only one small phone booth, which you need to sign up for upon arrival. From the impression I got, the entire space is designated as a quiet zone, so it wasn’t ideal for taking meetings in the common area. However, this “quiet zone” rule could be communicated more clearly, as a few people were chatting near the café area, and I even had to ask them to lower their voices!

24/03/2026: Hello, I've been ordering my pizzas from L'Artisanale for years. They're very good. No complaints. But my last order was particularly excellent, delicious, flavorful, just the way you like it… These days, it's quite an achievement to maintain quality, quantity, and reasonable prices. Plus, you can pay by card, which isn't always the case. Well done! 🎉🎊🎈 🍕🍕🍕

08/06/2026: Behind the Austerlitz train station, the service was quick and the order was neat and complete. The woman, around fifty years old, was very kind and helpful. I was served in 10 minutes and everything was there; top-notch service, rare for a McDonald's, especially 100 meters from a train station. Well done and thank you!

06/06/2026: We paid at the kiosk for breakfast on-site, but were then informed that they were out of eggs! We received a refund, and the staff was polite.

27/05/2026: Honestly, I used to love McDonald's, I never had any problems, but this time I ordered an Uber Eats and my drink leaked in my bag, and I forgot to eat my nuggets and fries with it. Very disappointed, of course. I called, but no one answered the phone. Plus, the meal is expensive for what it is. I'll go to Burger King next time; at least I know I won't be disappointed.

24/05/2026: It's a disgrace! We ordered from their machine, and two croque monsieurs weren't added to my basket, so I added them myself, and they brought me four. I explained the situation, and they told me the mistake was mine and they refused to give me a refund! We dealt with a haughty waitress, and the so-called lady above her completely lost it, saying she wouldn't refund us. She was as unpleasant as the plague! And they can't even put ice in a Coke—it's laughable! This McDonald's is a joke! Change careers; even a 10-year-old could do better than you!! 😡

15/05/2026: Nice, large, great play area, sheltered, air-conditioned, and completely deserted on this Saturday afternoon in May (was it a holiday weekend? Or have people lost interest in McDonald's?). In any case, the ice cream was very good, and it was an excellent idea to have a Stranger Things pinball machine available for unlimited play—truly excellent! Big downside: the McCafé menu only had lemon-ginger tea left... Tough.

23/05/2026: This is one of the worst drive-thru places I've ever seen. Every time, at least one item is missing from takeout orders (drive-thru and click and collect), and there's never a word of apology or any attempt at self-reflection, as if it's normal not to get what you paid for. The food is still McDonald's, but always check your bag at this drive-thru!

18/05/2026: Unpleasant staff, unsuitable for occasional customers. They can't answer the question "Is it normal for a snack to cost €18.50?" without just shrugging and making a face. 🙁😠😡
