30/07/2026: Table not cleaned after customers left, we arrived late, and were subjected to a swarm of flies while eating, very unpleasant.... The hygiene of the tables and benches needs to be reviewed.

30/06/2026: A complete disaster in order management, and the only response they ever give is, "We'll report it to management." As customers, we get nothing, barely an apology, and of course, they offer absolutely no refund. It's truly shameful.

06/12/2025: Unfriendly service. We paid full price for half a pizza because you told us some ingredients were out of stock, which I can understand. The half pizza came with bagged salad leaves and two slices of bland tomato, all at full price. We were served a pitcher of Corsican wine without being shown the bottle, and the caramel cream cost €5. The coffee, supposedly complimentary, was charged to us, and we weren't offered a receipt, which is mandatory. The bill was exorbitant at €41. If no compensation is offered and you provide your contact information, I will report this to the consumer protection agency (DGPP) for deceptive practices. I look forward to your response.

21/07/2026: Lovely restaurant on a small, well-shaded square. The food was very good and reasonably priced.

19/07/2026: I stopped by this Saturday for a drink, but the manager yelled at an employee and was rude to the other customers. I feel sorry for the employees who have to put up with these mood swings. Unfortunately, it's not the first time we've heard him shout. He's a fairly old man. He kept saying things like, "You have no business being here," and other unpleasant remarks to a young woman. I don't think I'll be back anytime soon.

02/08/2026: I like to go there right after the cinema, but be careful, I think they just got 2 stars because €50 for 2 set menus plus 2 burgers is outrageous, more expensive than a restaurant.

27/07/2026: A Sunday evening at McDonald's. But cool. A bit crowded on the patio, but we could still hear each other talk. The service was very quick and nothing was forgotten. Good! 😉

12/07/2026: I was very disappointed with my experience. I waited a long time before a manager even noticed me, after completely ignoring me at first. He had to call a server to take my order. I ordered two pizzas, but they weren't cooked properly. I was given spicy oil when I had asked for hot sauce. I waited several more minutes without anyone addressing my issue, then I finally got my order and left. Luckily, I had already paid, otherwise I would have left without ordering, the service was so disappointing. It's a shame, because a warmer welcome and a little more attention to customers would make all the difference.

21/04/2026: The service is very good. They are kind and friendly and chat with you while you wait for your pizza. They are very welcoming. I didn't wait long for my pizza. But the pizzas were amazing.

21/04/2026: The food was good, but honestly the best part was the seller. They were super patient and gave really clear, detailed explanations—even though I changed my mind a few times.

13/07/2026: Nine customers left because the McDonald's in Saint Cyr sur Loire stopped serving ice cream at 9:30 PM. At least, that's what the staff told us, and it's also what's displayed on all the kiosks: no more ice cream available. This is unacceptable, especially during a heatwave. Of course, this isn't posted anywhere in the restaurant. Frankly, I'm very disappointed. Plus, my daughter really wanted to eat McDonald's because of the footballers' drinks, but they were out of those too, even though the meal deals were still there at the same price.

18/07/2026: I'm here right now… we had two crepes… Honestly, they weren't good at all!!! No wonder it's not busy… The waiter was pleasant, though 🤷‍♀️

17/07/2026: Avoid at all costs. Passing by the restaurant on a weekday at lunchtime, I was tempted by the attractive €15 set menu (starter, main course, dessert). 1) Onion tart with crudités as a starter: nothing to complain about, simple and effective, the bread was very good. 2) Chicken tagine with zucchini, olives, and basmati rice: it lacked spices, but the meat was tender and delicious, simple and effective. 3) Strawberry mousse for dessert: and that was a disaster. Gelatinous mousse, neon pink and very sweet. Pieces of candied fruit, also neon-colored. Whipped cream and topping too sweet. Not a single strawberry in this dessert. I mentioned that I couldn't eat the dessert because it was likely mass-produced and too sweet. The first waiter (young) immediately confirmed that it wasn't homemade and was entirely mass-produced. The second waiter (more experienced) brought me the bill. I reiterated my disappointment with the dessert, hoping not to have to pay for it. The rest of the conversation was ludicrous: "The dessert is homemade, my colleague lied." "No, correction, my colleague was mistaken. The cream is homemade. The topping, candied fruit, and whipped cream are not." "You won't find a menu at this price anywhere around here." "I can bring the chef over so he can confirm it's homemade." "I'm just a worker. Don't look down on the profession." I remained calm and simply wanted to make it clear that it was a shame because the rest of the meal was fine and the service was quick and friendly (at first). Respect should go both ways. A low price doesn't excuse treating customers like idiots. Keep it simple, yes, but with good taste, or stick to tried-and-true favorites. The moral of the story: no professionalism, no gesture of goodwill, no willingness to improve, especially considering the previous reviews.

16/05/2026: First time in this bar, we went there to play a game of pool and darts, just a typical student outing… We had barely arrived (I'm not exaggerating, we had only stepped inside) when a woman (the owner) literally yelled at us, "You're minors! You're minors! There are minors in this group!" We were a bit shocked and incredulous, but we thought the woman was joking (it was so surreal), so we went up to the bar, and that's when we noticed the woman's strange and very aggressive behavior. "Did someone just laugh?" "Who was making fun of me?" We offered her our ID cards as proof of age, but it was no use (the worst part is that no one reacted to her aggressive behavior; she was literally shouting throughout the bar, and her colleague seemed to think it was normal). Frankly, we left the bar completely bewildered by the situation, and I'm not surprised by the recent comments suggesting she was on drugs because her eyes were wide and she was making numerous nervous gestures. Response to the comment: We understand the restrictions regarding minors, but this does not justify the aggressive reception, especially since we offered to show our ID cards as proof of age. I could say that it's also defamatory to refuse entry to people based on their appearance rather than their actual identity (since we were all adults). Furthermore, we simply agree with the previous comments which also describe the manager's completely erratic behavior (including some comments that explicitly mention physical aggression), which can really lead to confusion regarding certain consumption patterns. Before saying that our judgment was excessive, it's primarily the opinion of many "customers" who had a similar and unpleasant experience.
