22/09/2024: Customer at the drive on 09/22/24 There were 2 cheeses missing from the order, they didn't believe me and decided to look at the camera. My wife in tears, the chef finally serves me the 2 cheeses....but I'm still waiting for the video to come back and the apologies...and I point out a young employee who was sure of her, saying that she too was tired when we dared to say that we were tired that we had just come out of a long night and that we had no time for childish things...

13/05/2025: The waitress is very rude and she needs to learn to respect customers. You talk, laugh, and she makes fun of you. With her colleagues at work, I'm very disappointed. I won't come back.

20/03/2025: I order a "savoy" sandwich and notice that I only have cheese and very little bacon. I open it. All the slices are cut in 2 and protrude from the sandwich to look like... a shame!! I won't come back

23/01/2026: Thanks to the McDonald's in Bruz for ripping off all its customers!! My boyfriend and I ordered takeout. While waiting for our orders, we saw a customer complaining about their drink. My boyfriend received his order (before me) and tasted his drink: an apple Sprite. Yes, it had apple syrup, BUT it was made with sparkling water! The drink tasted very bland. He went to complain, and the staff remade his drink, this time with Sprite. The taste was immediately different! When I picked up my order, another customer came to complain about their drink. We went home, and what a surprise when I tasted my drink (the "Chef's Drink"), which tasted exactly the same as my boyfriend's first drink: bland. I'm very disappointed to see that the McDonald's in Bruz prefers to save money by using tasteless sparkling water rather than prioritizing the well-being of its customers.

01/02/2026: Order placed via the McDonald's app for two people, with delivery through Uber Eats, and a very disappointing experience. The Happy Meal ice cream was missing (despite paying extra for a chocolate sundae), as were the three sauces included with the Nuggets meal. The fries were completely cold and inedible, the potato wedges were lukewarm on top and cold underneath, and the nuggets were soggy and very greasy. This type of oversight is unfortunately recurring. I couldn't reach the restaurant for almost 20 minutes, then I was told that for all delivery orders, I now have to go through Uber Eats exclusively, even when the omissions clearly concern the contents of the sealed bag. The complaint form is difficult to find on the app. The result: a refund of €1.65, without any explanation as to what this amount corresponds to, clearly insufficient given the missing and inedible items. The conversation was closed before I even had a chance to finish speaking. Furthermore, there's a real sense that prices have gone up: more and more paid options, even in Happy Meals, even for basic sauces, and the impression that the portions of fries and potato wedges are getting smaller and smaller. This observation is widely shared by those around me. It's a shame, because between the declining quality, repeated oversights, prices perceived as higher, and the handling of complaints, the customer experience is deteriorating significantly.

31/01/2026: Avoid at all costs... We came this evening for two takeout meals. When we got home, we discovered our burgers were squashed. We have proof. They were also cold, and the steak was overcooked. We ordered fries, and this is what we found: fries sandwiched between three potatoes. And when you think you'll eat them anyway because you paid: INEDIBLE! Even a wooden board is soggy compared to those fries. I understand it's evening, and that working evenings can be a hassle, but in that case, change careers, because serving customers only to serve them like that... you might as well stay home! And beyond the food, because if that were all... The service and payment at the counter leave much to be desired. They barely even say hello (they give the impression they're bothering you!), and a fast-food restaurant that takes over 20 minutes to serve shouldn't be called that.

26/08/2025: Went in for coffee and a snack, food was as expected from McDonald's, however we ordered a cappuccino and latte which came after the food. When it arrived was both drinks were lukewarm.

23/02/2026: WORST MCDONALD'S IN NANTES!!!! I ordered fries with cheddar cheese, we were served fries with bacon, and the 20-piece Nuggets box was completely incomplete. Furthermore, when we tried to contact them, the number was unavailable.

21/02/2026: Cold order… I ask to exchange it, which doesn't seem to be appreciated… cold again… avoid at all costs!

31/01/2026: I arrived at 11 am, and I was alone! After ordering at the kiosk, I wandered around looking for a clean table! None! One person was blowing up balloons, and the others were just chatting. My fries were cold, and they had to bring me two things they'd forgotten! Absolutely no friendliness. The toilets smelled sickening. And don't even get me started on the rest. Don't tell me it'll get better; this is my third time here, and it's always the same. Not to mention the delivery last time: no sauces, no kids' menu. In short, avoid this place at all costs!

31/01/2026: When we order, we expect to receive everything! We placed an order for drive-through pickup, and of course, a lot of things were missing—€25 worth of products were forgotten! Yes, we should have checked, but we're still supposed to have a little trust in the people preparing the orders! I hope a solution will be found!

14/01/2026: 5:30 PM today, first visit. The cashier (a young, bearded European man with dark hair and glasses) was particularly unpleasant. He spoke to me inappropriately in front of other customers, claiming I was taking "too long" and that there were people behind me, even though only one family was waiting. Was there really an emergency? Were this behavior and lack of respect justified? Google rating: 1.5, with negative comments referring to this young man... Perhaps it would be better to select more qualified staff.

03/01/2026: The prices are very expensive. Sorry, I didn't say enough... let me start again, the prices are outrageously high for SANDWICHES?? €30 ​​for two people with a can of Oasis and a cookie. €5 for a small bottle of sparkling water... no need to add anything else... And actually, yes, I will add, the staff is very unpleasant, the till is not convenient at all even though it wasn't crowded, just imagine if it were packed. Honestly, you'll get better value for money at the McDonald's across the street... that says it all...

28/09/2024: We came to eat one afternoon in the evening my son and I were sick💩 I had asked to change a sandwich because we had the impression that we had bitten into it my fries were cold. very very disappointed (and not the worth noting, we are sorry to learn of the adventures that happened to you, you have nothing to do with customers because with all the comments that you can read you should think twice.)

14/09/2024: Catastrophic! Team members in slow motion, 30 minutes before getting our order. Teammate next door who fills cartons of sauce instead of lending a hand... and they chat quietly in front of the exasperated customers. Is there a manager here? And frankly disgusting sandwich. Rotten salad bathed in way too much sauce, disgusting! Never tested such a bad and poorly managed fast food restaurant. Quick doomed to disappear? It’s deserved.

21/09/2025: Barely a hello, impossible to get served..... we left without even having a carafe of water after more than 45 minutes of waiting

18/09/2025: Avoid! Salads served on cardboard plates. Very poor quality produce. High prices. Only the well-located terrace is worth it.

25/09/2024: Very dirty restaurant, the terminals never work, very long service time and what about the drive? There is always something wrong. We can't even trust anymore because once we arrive home, we find ourselves with a burger without steak (yes just bread and salad), ice cream that has gone bad, cold and limp fries, coke without bubbles and without ice cubes! In short, it's a shame this McDonald's, really, we won't go anymore!!!

01/10/2024: Closing at 1 a.m. on the internet, arrived at 12 a.m. We are told that it closes in 7 minutes and that we have to hurry to order or I quote “at worst, don’t order”. Deplorable hygiene, more of a grease skating rink (given the state of the ground) than a fast food restaurant. To flee.

It is an ironic review to show that the specific place, knowing that it is a fast food, gives the impression that it has not been cleaned in 1 year, sticky floor, tables full of a week's worth of remains, overflowing garbage and a long etcetera.
