17/08/2026: Much less friendly and welcoming than before! They're missing a chef de partie with some authority. After a certain hour, the pretzels are practically rock hard. I'm exaggerating a little! The bread selection is limited, and there's practically no choice anymore. I won't even get into the issue of smiles and other courtesies! I'll have to make a decision soon...

06/09/2026: I booked a week in advance to watch a specific boxing match they said they were going to broadcast. When I arrived, they told me they would only show it at the last minute as the main event. I waited until 11 PM only to find out they didn't show it and put on another channel instead.

16/03/2026: Excellent experience. We went a week ago and both the service and the food were great! I recommend it!

15/10/2025: You can play pétanque. If it's still available, on Mondays there's a buy-one-get-one-free burger, which might be a good idea for students. However, it's quite busy, so orders take a while to arrive.

06/09/2026: After midnight, be aware that they stop serving everything, including the smaller menu items like the Happy Meal, McSmart, and McDeal. On top of that, they no longer make ice cream or milkshakes. So, we ordered a toasted sandwich. We were told that the sandwich machine wasn't working and that they weren't making them anymore because it had broken down. In short, a truly awful McDonald's, not to mention the dining area which closes at midnight even though they advertise online that it closes at 2:00 AM. Avoid at all costs!

10/09/2026: Great bar, with a really pleasant atmosphere! My friend and I come here from time to time and always have a great time. The servers are attentive and genuinely kind, even when it's busy. We especially appreciate their concern for their customers' well-being and their willingness to intervene when someone makes us feel uncomfortable. It's so nice to feel safe and valued. Thank you so much, it's wonderful!

31/08/2026: Jokers is a bar I frequent regularly with my friends and family, and one I particularly enjoy. The quality of service, the atmosphere, everything is perfect! Unfortunately, I'm writing a review today because, for the past few weeks/months, a new waitress/bartender has arrived, or at least she's been making her presence felt. We've had several unpleasant interactions, and on several occasions, we've sensed her irritation and sometimes even haughtiness. This is ruining the atmosphere and the friendly feel of the bar. What a shame!

06/09/2026: I went on a Friday night and a Saturday night; every time, the atmosphere is very friendly, the music is good, people dance, and they are open. My new favorite place in town!

04/09/2026: The blond young man, who thinks he's a security guard at the ripe old age of 17, dares to ask my 30-year-old friend for ID. I don't understand his position, and he's also very unpleasant in his manner of speaking. The previous security guard was much more credible in that role.

09/09/2026: Hello, yes, it's Wednesday, I placed my order at 12:58 PM and was served at 1:30 PM, and the meal was cold!! I understand it's busy, but send the food out when it's hot, or on a Wednesday, double your staff! And to top it all off, forget the dessert and the toy from the children's menu

31/03/2026: I often get takeaway coffees; I highly recommend the mocha and the roasted hazelnut latte. The servers are always smiling and friendly. They also give good advice when buying coffee and know their products well.

17/04/2026: We were delighted with our stay at this hotel! The family room was spacious and very comfortable, dinner was excellent, and the staff were truly lovely. However, there are a few areas for improvement. The double room facing the street was quite small, as was the bathroom. Breakfast was good quality, but the selection was limited, and it was rather simple and small. We arrived around 8:45 a.m., which perhaps explains the lack of variety, but again, we were hoping for a little more. Despite these minor points, we have very fond memories of our stay.

11/04/2026: Definitely not recommended for us, especially not outside of season. Everything (95%) is closed. The room was just okay for the price. Breakfast was a bit meager. The restaurant was closed (at least for us). A shame for Saint Valery, but we'll never go back. We'd already experienced a disaster with the neighbors (booking paid in full, but no room reserved, nothing available, so we had to return home). It's a charming village otherwise, but only in season.

13/01/2026: I spent one night in this hotel in January 2026. The reception was cold, as was the room! We had to ask for a space heater to raise the temperature! The heat loss through the ancient single-glazed window made the situation worse! The bathroom is outdated with few amenities! The entire hotel has been stuck in the past for generations; of course, some may like that, but neglecting guest comfort is unacceptable at this price! To make matters worse, there's a lack of trust! In fact, I left a sweater in the room and it wasn't returned!!! In conclusion, a hotel to absolutely avoid!

03/01/2026: We were passing through and had lunch at the restaurant, and it was a truly wonderful discovery. Elegance and refinement are the words that come to mind; the dishes were simply an explosion of flavors, beautifully presented. The waiter was lovely and explained the menu very well. I highly recommend it for anyone who truly wants to enjoy quality food. I had the tasting menu for €49.
