18/03/2026: I stopped at the MD Drive at 5:35 PM. The woman on the phone at the intercom was quite angry, really unprofessional, didn't even say hello. I was practically yelled at. It's regrettable, especially considering the €35 restaurant menu. A disgrace.

Furthermore, my sister-in-law and I caught a cold. There's a cold wind blowing throughout the entire McDonald's. Not pleasant at all. We'll go to Guillerand next time.

The first time, I assumed it was simply a temporary machine malfunction, which can obviously happen. However, on subsequent visits, the situation remains unchanged. This is quite surprising, as many customers—particularly business travelers, sales representatives, tourists, or those working remotely and using the Wi-Fi—also come to McDonald's to order drinks like lattes. As I travel regularly throughout France and am accustomed to visiting various establishments, I must say this situation has utterly appalled me. I hope you will have your equipment repaired for the benefit of your customers.

09/04/2026: We went into the taco place, the guy was smoking a cigarette, we ordered for 20 euros, and this dumb guy asked us for 37. When we asked for the money, this idiot tried to justify himself. And then he made us pay 5 euros for a can of soda. Seriously, don't go there.

When contacted by their shop, the customer's word was immediately questioned, and photos provided as evidence were ignored. No responsibility was taken, no compensation offered. The only suggestion was to "contact Deliveroo." A cold, irresponsible, and potentially dangerous way of handling the problem. Nothing more to add.

The order arrived cold, the portions were ridiculously small (barely three pieces of chicken), and there was practically no cheese—you couldn't even see it. In the end, it looked more like a salad sandwich than what I ordered. It's very disappointing considering the price and the expected quality.

It's a shame because we often come to this restaurant for a quick and pleasant meal, but the manager's attitude gives the establishment a very bad impression.
