26/04/2026: I ordered a "Big Tasty Rösti" meal for delivery, expecting a rösti in the burger (which is the whole point of this meal plan), but they didn't include it. It was impossible to change it since it was a home delivery. Paying extra for nothing—how can they forget the main ingredient? Anyway, they always forget something.

04/05/2026: The place is nice, but the waiter... My god... He's about as friendly as a prison guard! Four of us sat down, each ordering, and one of our friends showed up with his own sandwich. The guy practically threw us out, telling us it was totally forbidden, like we'd killed someone... So, customer service? There isn't any... And then, five minutes later, the guy over the PA system came up to us and said we weren't allowed to drink from our reusable water bottles, even though we'd already paid for our paninis... So we left quickly after eating and paying. I've never seen anything like it...

21/05/2026: Delicious toast. The price is a bit high, but you've come to Disneyland. If you want something to eat, grab a toast; it'll satisfy your hunger. The line is quite long, especially if you're buying coffee, for example, so you have to wait a while at the register. Everything is constantly refilled, so you're eating warm toast. It's full of cheese. You can tell it's greasy because it's dripping with it. It's fine by me.

The staff told us to order at the kiosk, but we didn't have a car. They told us it wasn't a problem. Later, we found it rather amusing, so a friend of mine filmed me ordering at the kiosk. When we arrived at the pickup point, an employee suddenly lost his temper and insulted us while slamming the window shut. We didn't understand what was happening because we weren't filming him since it was the kiosk and not the employee. After this, we got in the car and tried to order, but we were told we wouldn't be served. The manager didn't try to understand what put us in such a difficult situation. Thank you for taking what just happened into consideration and for taking action. We need to keep our teams in line and instill the right values ​​in them, something their parents may not have done. There shouldn't be any reprisals as a result. Thank you. Sincerely.

Here, I barely had time to sit down before I was served. The atmosphere is nice. The staff is friendly and efficient. What more could you ask for?

It's worth noting that there are self-service kiosks on the top floor, which is very convenient! You can go upstairs and avoid the queues, order, and have your trays served. There are three floors in total. However, the floor is often sticky, which isn't very pleasant.
