26/03/2026: Excellent experience at this McDonald's! The service was quick and efficient, everything went very smoothly from start to finish. A big thank you to Marine and Alexandre who were absolutely fantastic: very polite, welcoming, smiling, and respectful. They take the time to do things properly, and it shows—it's truly appreciated. They were also attentive and professional, even when the restaurant was busy, which made the experience even more positive. The order was complete, well-prepared, and the restaurant was clean. I highly recommend it!

02/02/2026: The service has really changed here. There were several of us in line, and I heard, and then experienced, a welcome that varies depending on the community. I bought a cake for a celebration; its description was quite appealing, but in the end, it was more like a regular cake.

01/02/2026: Beautiful pastries; the shortcrust pastry of the lemon meringue tart is excellent, and the Paris-Brest is also very good. Prices are high, but the quality is there.

30/09/2025: I already came in December 2024 Great aioli, friendly service But here I am in September 2025, I don't know if the owner changed, but then 0000 waited 20 minutes with my grandma, no one came to seat us at the table or give us an aperitif And bingo, when I got up and left, the people who were at the table were not at all happy with the service and the food So it's confirmed, never again, never again I will never set foot in this restaurant

27/03/2026: A 1 hour 20 minute wait at the drive-thru for 3 Happy Meals is unacceptable! It's unacceptable to wait that long. Customers should be warned about the wait before they commit to placing an order, because there's no way to back out! Very disappointed

25/03/2026: My order wasn't processed due to a malfunction at the kiosk, and I was forced to queue for another 20 minutes on a busy day because the manager refused to reorder at the counter. Then, when the order finally arrived, the sauces were missing. The manager walked past our table, and I called her over to ask about them. She very coldly told me to go to the counter. Fortunately, the staff who served us were lovely and raised the overall level of service in this restaurant.

18/03/2026: Chicken nuggets in the veggie section!!! Wrong drink, no sauces, and the wrap wasn't veggie either. Avoid at all costs!!!!

12/04/2026: We went to the drive-thru today. Unacceptable! One person took our order, and we specifically ordered Happy Meals for the Mario toys. We asked if that was what we wanted, and they replied "yes, yes." We asked to use our loyalty card, and they told us it was impossible, that the order was validated even though we hadn't paid! Three people were behind a glass partition doing nothing... appalling. We asked again to confirm the Mario games, and she agreed. Finally, when they opened the window, they found card games... unbelievable! And their friendliness was appalling. 😑🙄 First and last time.

10/04/2026: I've never had anything to say before, but this time I don't understand. I pay 13.80 for my meal, and what do we get after 7 years of loyalty, free ingredients hidden in the iced tea?

01/04/2026: Very good and clean McDonald's with friendly, smiling staff. However, there are too many unwanted offers at the ordering kiosk.

19/03/2026: I really like going there, but with the drive-thru, I'm always missing something. It's always the same; there are six of us in the family, and so it's always just a fry, a yogurt, or something. It gets annoying.

11/12/2025: Avoid this place if you're having a package delivered. I didn't receive mine because they claimed it was buried under a pile of packages. Clearly, they're just too lazy.

10/12/2025: I came to pick up a package, and since they don't know how to organize themselves, I left without it, even though it was an urgent package.

20/03/2026: It's been several months since they disabled the option to enter your loyalty card at the kiosks (scan + manual). Also, the ice cream has very few toppings compared to other McDonald's. And there are extra charges everywhere that don't exist elsewhere...

12/04/2026: The person at the counter was incredibly unpleasant at lunchtime! I think the least they could do is listen to the customer if they have a question! The best thing would be to change careers. You shouldn't work in retail if you don't want to talk to customers.

10/04/2026: First time at this McDonald's! Very clean restaurant with a great atmosphere! We were served quickly and the sandwiches were well-made! The parking lot is quite large. This McDonald's is located on the road between La Roche-sur-Yon and the coast, at a roundabout—it's perfect!
