22/05/2026: Some of the pastries are good, but I've ordered the sandwiches several times now and I won't be ordering them again because they put way too much sauce on them. It's sickening; you can't even taste the ingredients. I feel like I'm eating the whole jar of mayo (or whatever the sauce is). They really need to work on that; it's inedible.
19/05/2026: Unfortunately, I'm revising my review because I was very disappointed: My wife went in to get a whole wheat loaf and asked if it was possible to slice it with wide slices. The employee laughed: "We slice it thin..." In short, it was awful, full of holes, only good for sandwiches...
I bought two chocolate croissants and two raisin breads: Surprise at home, they were dry, no cream in the raisin breads, AND definitely not fresh! Products older than two days should be marked; this isn't right!
Furthermore, I wanted an ice cream dessert (usually stored in their freezer) to take to a friend's house: Not possible, they're only available on weekends, "so they said," in the middle of August! What kind of nonsense is this?!
The worst part is the staff's lack of friendliness; they're rushed and not very customer-oriented.
Anyway, it's not a big deal, there are other bakeries with a more welcoming atmosphere.

02/04/2026: The location is magnificent; in winter, the terrace is superbly situated and sheltered from the wind. The staff are very welcoming, and the food is excellent, featuring local dishes and desserts. Highly recommended!

16/04/2026: The food was decent; nothing was missing from the order. The toilet floor was sticky. The table was dirty; I asked the waiter if he had anything to clean it with, and he came back with a cloth but only removed the stain instead of cleaning the entire table. Oh well, but at least he came back 😊

Prices have gone up sharply while quantity and quality have decreased.

08/04/2026: Good evening. So, to make a long story short, I ordered through the McDonald's+ app, my order went through, and I drove from Lillebonne to Gruchet-le-Valasse to pick it up. When I arrived, they stopped me on the side of the road and told me the McDonald's was closed due to a problem with the fryer, etc. I understand that this was beyond your control, however, I made the trip for nothing. Instead of closing the orders on the app and making people travel for nothing, well, thanks but no thanks. Very disappointed with the chain...

24/05/2026: This McDonald's has descended into chaos: 30-minute waits in the dining room or drive-thru, forgotten items, cold food, missing ingredients in sandwiches... The staff are either lost or overwhelmed.
It's a disgrace!
23/05/2026: If you're in a hurry, don't come here. A 30-minute wait (ordered at 10:51 PM, received at 11:23 PM), and they were missing one drink and two burgers. I don't blame the employees, it's not their fault, but they should be hiring more staff instead of just keeping them on staff. And as a gesture of goodwill, the manager (who gives dirty looks and avoids people) told us to make us a plain ice cream (no sauce or topping). Avoid this place!

19/04/2026: The staff were unpleasant on Sunday evening, April 19th. They practically told us to get lost. Furthermore, they added unnecessary extra charges. One thing is for sure, I won't be back.
19/04/2026: If you enjoy feeling out of place, this is the place for you. The welcome was icy. Special mention goes to the surgical precision of the service: not a single piece of chicken protruded from the spoon! Even the vegetables seemed to be rationed, as if there were a shortage. Frankly, the atmosphere was so oppressive that I'd rather visit a prison. Avoid at all costs.

I reported it, but they couldn't care less, no compensation whatsoever.
The staff is completely incompetent.
09/06/2026: The staff's friendliness needs improvement! Not a hello, not a thank you when we picked up our orders. Not even a tiny smile. A customer was practically shoved aside by one of your colleagues right in front of me so she could get through. While I had no issues with the food itself, it doesn't make me want to come back.

12/02/2026: After reading all the reviews, I honestly wonder why this McDonald's is still open…
I went there with a friend for an afternoon snack. Despite the restaurant being almost empty, the wait was endless. When we finally got our order, the hot chocolate (which was supposed to be served with whipped cream and chocolate sauce) was just plain hot chocolate, with nothing else.
The muffin and the donut were still frozen. The server even explained that they had just come out of the freezer and that she didn't know how to defrost them. She seemed completely helpless.
Some items were out of stock, and I practically had to insist to get a replacement.
In short, a very disappointing experience and totally disorganized service. We certainly won't be going back. This only confirms the negative impression I already had of this chain.

I waited 45 minutes for my order, even though the line of cars ahead wasn't very long… the service was poor, and the wait was abnormally long for a fast-food restaurant! I won't be going back to this place… even though the young man preparing and delivering the orders seemed to be trying his best…
19/05/2026: Fast and efficient service. I never run out of sauce or a napkin, and the burgers are well made.

01/05/2026: The waitress was helpful, no one will take that away from her. But "homemade ice cream" with buckets of industrial powder visible from the counter... that's a rather audacious definition of "homemade." Add to that a refusal of credit cards with no minimum purchase amount displayed, over €6 for two scoops of ice cream, and the bill becomes hard to swallow... in every sense of the word.

27/03/2026: I wanted to share my experience today at the Nespresso boutique in Roissy Charles-de-Gaulle Airport, which proved particularly disappointing and completely at odds with the image of quality and prestige associated with the brand.
Upon my arrival, the boutique was entirely empty. Despite this, none of the sales staff bothered to greet me, say hello, or even offer assistance. I had to take the initiative myself and go to the counter to ask for help. I was greeted by a saleswoman whose attitude was immediately haughty and unfriendly.
Wanting to make an informed purchase, I asked if it was possible to taste a coffee before making my choice. To my surprise, I was curtly told that tastings were not offered. No alternative was suggested, not even a paid option, which is usually standard practice in this type of store. This rude response only reinforced my feeling of being unwelcome.
Throughout the exchange, the saleswoman maintained a visibly irritated demeanor, with a closed and unprofessional expression, as if my presence was an embarrassment. Feeling uncomfortable, I cut my selection short and placed my order in haste.
The experience deteriorated further at the point of payment. Having presented a €50 note for a purchase over €20, the saleswoman made her displeasure explicit: she asked me if I didn't have any change, sighed conspicuously, and then commented aloud to a colleague, "I don't understand why they always come with €50 notes; it must be the end of the month." She then continued to complain about the lack of change, implicitly blaming me for the situation.
This behavior struck me as particularly inappropriate, even disrespectful. As a customer, I don't believe it's my responsibility to anticipate a business's internal cash handling constraints, much less to endure unpleasant remarks about it.
In conclusion, this experience was marked by a blatant lack of professionalism, hospitality, and respect. I am deeply disappointed, especially since I expected impeccable service from such a renowned brand as Nespresso. This level of service falls far short of expectations and is inconsistent with the brand image the company typically projects.
