24/03/2026: Another order error tonight. I ordered two double fish for takeout and only received two single fish. I expect some kind of compensation from the restaurant. Thank you!

18/03/2026: We often order takeout for four people, and at least one item is missing 90% of the time. This doesn't happen when we order from another McDonald's. I'd have to check the contents of the bags every time, but it's not normal to have to do that.

18/02/2026: Not very nice, you can find better in the neighborhood. First time we had to leave because no one came to take our order (after more than 20 minutes).

07/04/2026: The wrap we ordered was missing bacon, but otherwise everything was good and hot. Ordered via drive-thru. I recommend it!

02/04/2026: I placed an order, they got the drink wrong, they didn't add sauce, and they didn't put peanuts in my Sunday. I absolutely do not recommend them.

20/03/2026: Restaurant under renovation with a closed dining room, though this wasn't indicated before the patio. Extremely slow service! A blatant lack of courtesy: at the register, no greeting, the employee snatched the bill from my hand with a nasty look. The sauces I ordered weren't delivered... the only way to change them was through the drive-thru lane... The burgers weren't assembled properly... When I ordered, I asked for a double caramel sundae, but they told me it was impossible! It's the first time a McDonald's has refused me, even though I would have accepted a price increase. A huge disappointment, a very unpleasant stop on a long highway journey.

13/12/2025: Longest delivery ever! Order your pizza at least 4 hours in advance to have any hope of receiving it on time. Unsure about the delivery time? No problem, just give us a call and we'll confirm we'll be there in 30 minutes. There's probably too much going on, or a demonstration, or something to excuse the delay. 30 minutes later and still no pizza? Another call and guess what? Don't worry, the pizza will be here in 30 minutes!

01/04/2026: We ordered a maxi Best of and were served a Best of and no sauce, not even fresh. We pointed this out to the manager and she poofed. Another customer was missing her steak from her sandwich. Instead of apologizing, she looked down on the person just like us, which is ridiculous. Deplorable service and on a human level, the management needs to be changed because it's a disaster in terms of management.

27/03/2026: Cold meal, almost no customers, unfriendly staff, and orders were never completed.

29/03/2026: Never seen this awful McDonald's before. The staff is incompetent and very rude. They assaulted me over a Big Mac, shoved me, and tried to hit me. I went to the police station to file a complaint. I don't recommend this McDonald's at all; stay away from this one! I recommend the McDonald's in Saint-Pierre.

29/03/2026: Good evening, I just went through the drive-thru, and they forgot almost my entire order. I ordered two fries, but I only received one, and everything was cold. I ordered a Coke with ice, but it came without. The staff was very unpleasant and rude. I absolutely do not recommend this McDonald's; avoid it.

23/03/2026: It used to be good, but that was then… The aperitif was served after the main courses! You have to ask for the bread and the carafe of water because they don't come automatically, even though they say they'll bring it to you… It's a shame.

17/01/2026: The welcome and service were efficient and friendly. I had the Brasseur sauerkraut, which was very generous for under €15. The dining room is quite modern, and the only slight drawback is that it gets rather noisy when there's a group having lunch.
