18/09/2024: Arrivée à 21h 2 bornes sur 6 en fonction Nous passons commande au bout de 20 min on va voir ce qu'il en est de notre commande elle était oublié sur le comptoir ! On prend notre plateau et la les frites avec des residus noir indiquant que l'huile est à changer depuis un bon moment c limite je demande à ce qu'on me les changent on me répond non je peux vous donner des potatoes, mais si j'avais voulu des potatoes j'en aurais commandé 🤬 Mac do augmente ses prix pendant que les service se dégrade.

31/08/2024: Ouch ouch ouch, from bad to worse lately, 2 visits in 2 months. Always at least one error or oversight on the order, and not during Rush periods. We will have to raise the bar or the competitor will enjoy himself.

13/12/2024: Still impossible to have a complete order, there are always items missing to believe that you are hiring incapable people. You order 4 happy meals and you just get the nuggets or drinks, desserts, fries, toys.... great for kids. I'm going to end up not coming anymore, it's recurring. And when you make a complaint we tell you that we can give you sauces...LoL

12/12/2024: McDonald's concerns have remained the same for a long time. Is it still fast food given the wait time to be served?

26/08/2024: 10 minute wait at the drive-thru for 2 fries and two small wraps… 20 minutes another time and in addition the employees who are not happy

08/09/2024: Order with restaurant card. Dirty room with such a greasy and wet floor!!!! A 35 minute wait!!!!! Order for 3 people only! An African waitress who kicks the yellow sign indicating the slippery floor and sends her under the buffet where there are McDonald's items in the window! Amazing, the customers all looked at each other! What is this behavior in a room in front of customers????? In our bags, the sauces thrown into my Mac flurry! And the burgers and fries were cold, fries and potatoes mixed!!!!! I posted photos because I was so angry. This restaurant has been getting worse and worse for several years! I haven't been there for a year but really it's not serious. To avoid.

12/09/2024: Enough staff to serve customers on a Thursday afternoon. And yet: Cold fries, cold hamburgers Bad service, no friendliness, slowness and poor organization. Was there a frame there?!

25/11/2024: Very disappointed with KFC. We tried the experience again on Sunday noon, November 24. Already the price has exploded, the quality has dropped and I was empty this morning, Monday. We won't set foot there again at all.

22/11/2024: Do something for your teams because it has become the worst fast food in Caen for the service, after several visits always a problem I take on the spot I am given several times to take away, never napkins (why at KFC downtown yes?), sometimes endless waiting in the evening with no customers, this afternoon the colonel WITH bacon you give me the without bacon. Are the commands illegible?

09/09/2024: It's not a super Starbucks as we could have imagined a few years ago, with super comfortable armchairs and tables to relax for hours... There it's very cramped, rather cold, with very little space in the light. In Montparnasse between Hippopotamus and Gaumont, it's not the best place to put a Starbucks, but it has the merit of being there!

29/09/2024: BAKERY TO ESCAPE! Endless wait every time! 2 sellers serving 40 people waiting like sheep, in an endless queue! Permanently understaffed! No more quick checkout for bread! Service that leaves something to be desired....an outdated manager! Ashamed ! You should review and rethink your organization and perhaps recruit....Please note before writing this message...I have had the experience each time...And this is one time too many! Little tip, a Nardeu bakery just opposite sells good bread and it's quick!

28/09/2024: If you go to the toilet at Feuillette, go there after eating otherwise you will eat with much less appetite, I'm kind, I won't post a photo for you to see and enjoy your meal.

27/08/2024: Honestly a bar to avoid, they think they are bars on the Côte d'Azur with a view of the roundabouts €15, a half and a pint, it's just lamentable!!!!!!!! Damn, we’re in Brittany. There are enough Bretons to drink so as not to set prices as high as that. To respond to your comment, prices are not displayed until you arrive directly on the terrace. I don't think it's such a special beer because your competitors are cheaper for those with red fruits. And for the same quantities, I think we need to update. And honestly I don't think you care that much about your business. See how you respond by saying move on? In any case my path will have passed, I won't set foot in your house again given your prices even at the Swiss border we don't pay that much!!!!!
