27/03/2026: I'm very disappointed. I ordered a small plate, but upon arrival, they told me they didn't have small plates to take away and charged me the price of a large one. When I got home, the €11 plate was practically empty; there weren't even any fries, no napkin, no cutlery, and to top it all off, the plate was frozen.

05/05/2026: Very disappointed, I went to the drive-thru and proceeded to pay. The card reader said payment accepted, but the McDonald's computer malfunctioned and displayed payment refused. The manager told me to check my banking application. In the car, the payment was indeed taken, and I was told I couldn't give you my order because my computer didn't show it as paid. Up to that point, I could understand a computer glitch. However, then no, they asked me to pay for my order a second time to get it, which cost 80 euros for a McDonald's meal, and told me to come back in three days with proof that I had paid twice and that I would be reimbursed. So I did it, double-checked, came back 3 days later, showed proof, and asked for a refund, but no apology or even a free burger because I was the victim of a glitch on their part. I had paid 40 euros upfront for 3 days to get my order. If this is McDonald's business model, and they think they can get away with anything because they're big, strong, and powerful, I advise everyone against going back. You can find very good burgers for no more at small restaurants because McDonald's has become outrageously expensive!

24/05/2026: It's impossible to order inside McDonald's after 11:45 PM. We were turned away today, and the security guard told us to order through the drive-thru. Don't rely on the hours on Google Maps. It's impossible to eat inside.

19/05/2026: I ordered a raspberry cookie for takeaway this evening, but I received a Pecamp walnut cookie which I'm sure is quite old…

14/06/2026: The fries were undercooked because of their faulty equipment, and the staff were just throwing bags into the cars. The drinks were spilled, and they wouldn't listen to reason.

07/06/2026: It's a Maccies at the end of the day. Nothing served looks like it is on the menu but tastes ok! My burger was piping hot, no probs there, the fries had seen better days and were luke warm, standard really. It's does the job and the young guy who served us was super polite.

27/05/2026: It had been 35 years since I'd set foot in here!! Because of the kids. It took a heatwave and an electric car to finally get me to this air-conditioned place. The manager welcomed us, and seeing we were lost, she did everything with a smile. Well done! 👍

27/05/2026: I ordered a maxi Best Of Nuggets with two deluxe sauces, and I was subjected to a check to see if I'd already had gas, a tray check, and a receipt check initiated by a Black woman, not at all friendly, who wore glasses. She's the biggest weakness of this restaurant.

05/05/2026: Always a warm welcome; the young woman this morning gave good advice, was very smiley and very pleasant, it was a real pleasure.

24/04/2026: I was greeted by a very smiley and lovely young woman who took the time to listen to me and help me choose my coffee. Her welcome was warm and professional, which made the beginning of the experience very pleasant. However, while she was preparing my order, an older employee with glasses had a very cold attitude and looked at me unpleasantly. Even when I tried to smile to make the atmosphere more pleasant, her attitude remained cold and uncomfortable. It's a shame, as it somewhat spoiled the experience at this coffee shop. But I am still very grateful to the young woman for her kindness, and I will return just because of her.

24/05/2026: A successful short stay. The hotel is well located in a quiet, well-maintained area. The room was clean and pleasant. Dinner was excellent and breakfast was impeccable. Friendly staff. Thank you 👍

27/04/2026: One of the worst kebab experiences I've ever had. The quality is clearly catastrophic, and you can tell from the first bite. The staff were serving without gloves, and they even had hair in the kebab. The meat tasted questionable, the bread was frankly awful, and the fries were simply inedible, with a nauseating smell of old oil. It really feels like nothing is done to guarantee even a minimum level of quality. How can such an establishment still be open with such deplorable hygiene? Not to mention the owner, who is particularly unpleasant. Honestly, avoid this place at all costs. There are plenty of much better places. Don't waste your money here; you risk getting sick like my wife and I did.

05/03/2026: Avoid at all costs! This has become the worst kebab shop in St. Quentin! The meat is far too greasy, the fries are soggy, it looks like everything was reheated in the microwave. We asked for extras (cheese or sauce on the fries because there wasn't any) and they were forgotten... truly MEDIOCRE

08/10/2025: Disastrous Uber order!! I've never seen such rude staff who show disrespect by hanging up on the phone while you're talking to them. The food is horrible, it arrives cold. Worst chicken spot in France, boycott it!!!! Learn to be salesy, since it's your job.

02/06/2026: Bad experience. The employee was nonchalant, the portions were minimal, and he didn't know how to spread the vegetables properly. From the moment my colleague and I arrived, he tried to rush our order so he could chat with a woman in the dining room. We wanted to eat in, but he put us on takeout without apologizing and, of course, without a napkin. To top it all off, when it came time to pay, he spoke to us in a very curt manner. In short, I won't be back.

31/05/2026: The staff can't read an order slip without making a mistake. I've ordered from this Subway several times and never once has my order been served with the requested ingredients, and they've even forgotten to include extras that I've already paid for. Don't eat here.

16/05/2026: A terrible experience at the McDonald's drive-thru on Friday night, May 15th, around midnight. The staff was cold and unfriendly, with no communication whatsoever: we didn't know where to pay, pick up our order, or wait. I also asked for a kids' meal for the toy, which was refused even though it was clearly displayed. Both Filet-O-Fish Best Of Maxi burgers were cold when I got home, even though I live right next door. And honestly, still having Christmas lights up at the drive-thru in May just shows that they really need to modernize the design and atmosphere like other chains. You can tell McDonald's is losing ground to competitors like Burger King, Quick, and Five Guys. I won't be going back to this McDonald's.

14/05/2026: The staff seemed overwhelmed on this public holiday, the restrooms were very dirty, and a woman didn't understand when I asked her to give us our desserts: two chocolate brownies. She gave me two chocolate sundaes, which I refused because I had a sore throat, and then she gave me two donuts, which had nothing to do with my order, but I finally took them because I was tired of reordering. I would have appreciated it if she had either told me they were out of stock, what would you like, or asked a colleague for help if she didn't know where to find them. Otherwise, apart from that, we still had a nice time together.

10/06/2026: Not only are they incredibly slow, but their manners are seriously lacking! I agree that the job isn't easy, but having to walk past customers waiting to pay for 20 minutes, and not even a "hello, I'll be with you in a moment"... nothing, I felt like a ghost. Then, you ask for something, and they don't answer.

07/06/2026: I got treated like dirt as a customer because I dared to ask again if they offered a discount based on my status, like most McDonald's do. Then I had to wait an hour to be served four meals in an empty McDonald's...

13/05/2026: I ordered several half-full McFlurries to go, called, and was told it was management's instruction. Crisis situation, you know.
