26/09/2026: Very disappointed with this drive-thru experience. Order placed at 4:12 PM and picked up at 4:30 PM, meaning an 18-minute wait. I should point out that it was 4:00 PM, so outside of the usual peak hours associated with lunch or dinner. It wasn't a rush hour. On top of that, there was an error in the order. Despite these two problems—the wait time and the order error—no compensation was offered. I understand that a wait can happen occasionally, but in this specific case, the times were clear: 4:12 PM → 4:30 PM, with the added bonus of an incorrect order and no compensation offered. A particularly disappointing experience, especially considering it was at a time when customer traffic cannot be cited as an explanation.

It was a pleasure, and I'll be back thanks to them. I took the liberty of asking them their names, which they didn't refuse. It was a great evening. 😊

This situation clearly increases the risk of tension and incidents. In the event of any disturbance, you may be held liable.

However, the staff needs improvement... there were arguments between the servers, between the kitchen and the dining room, which wasn't great, especially when you come to have a pleasant and friendly time, well, not in front of the other customers :/

09/09/2026: We ate lunch there. The food was a disaster. My partner and his son ordered the 3 Brasseurs poutine; you had to search for the gravy and cheese curds, the meat was dry, and don't even get me started on the portion size—you can't have a big appetite. Our daughter-in-law ordered the carbonnade, which consisted of two pieces of beef that were as dry as could be. I had the flammekueche with goat cheese and honey, not even a dollop of crème fraîche on top. The waitress was completely lost with the orders. We arrived at 12:15 pm and didn't get our coffee until 2:30 pm. I like to take my time at a restaurant, but there are limits. Furthermore, the waitress asked us to pass her our plates to clear them. Enough is enough. This brasserie has changed a lot. The prices haven't gone up much, but the portions have definitely decreased by 50%. This is the second time we've been there, and it's been a disaster. We tried again to give them a second chance after the last time, but that's it. Eating out is already hard enough with the cost of living, but if the food is so bad, it's just not worth it.

14/07/2026: I just ordered through Uber Eats and I'm honestly shocked. For once, a fast food place that dares to be original! I was a little skeptical, thinking I'd get the same quality as "classic" snacks, but I'm shocked. The fries are delicious, and the sauces are also very, very good. I ordered a Boursin sandwich, and for once, it was a real Boursin sandwich! Bravo! I had to leave a review; you deserve it!!

14/06/2026: One of the best snack bars in town. The place is clean, the portions are generous, and the taste is excellent.

23/09/2026: Disappointed every time because they always forget things in the orders. We only had 5 customers in the restaurant, but the orders were still incorrect. Please hire competent staff.

22/09/2026: First time I've ever had a cold McDonald's delivery (and not lukewarm, really cold). Of course, there was no compensation, and part of the order was missing. Not to mention the delivery itself was missing. I spent four years at McDonald's, and this kind of service should have been a warning sign. A little tip: put the hot fries on after the order is finished, not while you're waiting for the sandwiches. I don't even need to be there to know that. I strongly advise against ordering from McDonald's.

29/05/2026: Really expensive. I ordered the set menu today: large salad + drink and fromage blanc for €9.00. They charged me €9.10 because I asked for cutlery and a piece of bread, and the salad was ridiculously small. I should have gotten a kebab somewhere else; at least I would have been full.

06/09/2026: We enjoyed this afternoon snack in the center of the Blaye Citadel; the products were high quality and the portions were just right. The service was quick, we recommend it. (Below is a photo of the UBB crêpe at €11).
