15/04/2026: I came specifically with my son for the Mario Galaxy figurines. We were right in the middle of the action, but there were no more figurines left! My son was very disappointed. The fries were cold, but I complained and got some hot ones. And the outdoor play area is still closed, even though it's been over a year! We were very disappointed with our visit.

15/04/2026: Well, this is really annoying. Last time, two fries were missing from four meals, and now all three drinks from all three meals are missing, plus the dessert from the kids' meal... The restaurant isn't even full, and neither is the drive-thru. Besides, gas isn't cheap, and I don't want to make multiple trips back and forth. So, frankly, you need to make an effort with the service. You need to think about the customers. This is the second time; it's really outrageous!

08/04/2026: I often go to the one in Tinqueux which is top-notch... This one is a disaster: the wait, the missing orders, the friendliness...

25/01/2025: The McDonald's located in the Bastille is well placed for a tourist area, but it lacks space, both in the room and at the counter, which can be annoying during peak hours. However, the staff is very friendly and helpful, making the experience enjoyable despite these limitations.

17/04/2026: It was extremely unpleasant to wait for my order while witnessing the constant humiliation of what I imagine to be the manager towards the employees. I have rarely seen someone excel at such disrespect.

10/04/2026: I don't deserve any better from someone who calls me a liar and tells me straight to my face that I didn't stop at the self-service kiosk. I did stop at the kiosk, and no one answered. Since there were no cars stopped, I walked to the checkout. A car was being served in front of me and left. The guy who was serving me saw me and left me standing there. I went back into the store, and they tell me the drive-thru is open because I didn't stop? Hire some competent people; maybe there will be a few more customers.

05/04/2026: I come to the drive-thru very regularly and I wanted to give a special thank you to one employee in particular. It's truly a pleasure to be served by someone so respectful and efficient. She gives a very positive impression of the team and makes me want to come back. Thank you, Nora, for your hard work and your kindness every day!

04/04/2026: Food was good, but can’t imagine €65 for McDonald, quite costly Toilet was a bit dirty and smelly!

16/04/2026: Waiting 20 minutes for two small wraps at 6 PM when McDonald's isn't even full. Asking for no sauce and ending up with sauce and no cheese.

15/04/2026: Very bad experience. They speak extremely rudely to the delivery drivers, and the manager doesn't seem to mind.

02/04/2026: They refused to serve me at the drive-thru under the pretext that there were too many people. Unacceptable.

26/02/2026: Horrible! I received orders with pistachios in them twice, even though my 8-year-old son has a nut allergy! They have no idea what you're ordering. I wasn't the only one. A woman with a milk allergy got the wrong coffee. The team stared and laughed at me. Disgusting! We, true Starbucks fanatics, will never see them again! Yuck.

31/03/2026: The staff were extremely unwelcoming; a smile would have been appreciated. The atmosphere was chilling, and the tables weren't cleaned. The staff preferred to stay on their phones rather than prepare orders. I had to wait over 20 minutes for a milkshake, and the toilets were full of excrement. It's shameful! I absolutely do not recommend this place!

19/04/2026: After signing a contract for an event at the restaurant based on a set menu months ahead of time. The restaurant decided right before the event to no longer honor the contract and completely change the agreed upon menu. Despite repeated reminders that they were bond to a contract, the hotel could not care less and refused to honor it, without apologizing once. Hours spent on the phone begging the rudest people I ever met to only provide the service that they initially offered and then committed on followed. Months of planning out of the windows along with the feeling of complete hopelessness being powerlessly trapped right before your big event is what awaits you at this establishment.

17/04/2026: Nearly every room has sea view the rooms are expensive but it worth it.

04/04/2026: We're coming from a gymnastics competition, there are about twenty of us, each of us placing our own order, and yet they come up to us and tell us we have to reserve. I've never seen anything like it in my life.

04/04/2026: Remember to book in advance if you're arriving in a group of 20, as apparently that's a problem... We weren't aware that we needed to notify them before arriving, as the manager had to point it out to us!

04/04/2026: Fast food = 30-minute wait and incomplete order. Not recommended.

28/03/2026: It took 40 minutes to order, pay, and be served. Just to be clear, it was 11:30 am and there wasn't a single car in front of us. And to top it off, one sandwich was missing... the bag was crammed full instead of two. At €70 for an order in a single bag... it's a bit much, especially with the drinks squashed at the bottom! At that price, I'm not keen on everything spilling out if the bag rips. Thanks... you won't be seeing me again...

16/12/2025: If I could have, I would have given it zero stars! Disastrous! The waiter didn't even give me what I asked for, he called me "cousin" and spoke rudely to me! He told me I was difficult!
