22/07/2026: Yesterday, July 21st, 2026. Absolutely avoid this place. The nuggets were far too greasy. The iced tea had tons of ice and no flavor other than a bitter, aspartame-sweet taste. A €7.50 rip-off. And to top it off, the restaurant was practically empty that day. Unfortunately, I can't submit my review without giving it stars, so it's considered zero stars. My child didn't finish the meal. I even told him to make it at home next time.

19/07/2026: A very bad experience at this McDonald's after a concert in Paris. I simply wanted to place a takeout order at the kiosk, but since I was with my husky for her evening walk, I went inside to ask if I could bring her in for a few minutes to place my order and leave quickly, precisely so as not to disturb anyone. Unfortunately, the reception was very unpleasant, without even a greeting, and with an attitude that I found particularly aggressive and inappropriate. We clearly felt like we were bothering them, as if the game being broadcast on television was more important than taking customers' orders. The most shocking thing is that I was alone, with my dog ​​and my little cousin, and I was left waiting outside around 1 a.m., in a neighborhood where I didn't feel particularly safe. Luckily it was that late, because I would have simply gone to another restaurant. I understand there are rules regarding dogs inside, but it's perfectly possible to explain them with a modicum of politeness and respect. A professional attitude and a simple "hello" would have made all the difference. A very disappointing experience, especially for a business of this size.

11/07/2026: At the drive-thru, there was one car in front of me. I arrived at the kiosk at 11:51 AM. My order was taken at 11:56 AM. At the register, I was turned away from scanning my card. I paid, and the car in front was served. I waited until 12:07 PM in front of the delivery window, only to be told, "You can move forward, we'll bring your order." At 12:10 PM, I was served. I left, and the line of cars stretched all the way outside the parking lot! When I said, "It's been 15 minutes!" they told me there were other cars waiting. The longer it went on, the slower the drive-thru became.

29/06/2026: This is the first time I've ever left such a negative review. The longest wait in France. I could have gone back to school to study gastronomy, opened my own restaurant, and made it all myself. Seriously.

28/06/2026: Absolutely perfect. The owner was amazingly kind and accommodating, the food was incredible, and the location is perfect. We came on one of the hottest weekends in France and were comfortable beyond words in crazy heat thanks to the location and the shading. Cannot recommend enough. Our favorite cafe in Paris.

When you pay almost €5 for an ice cream, you expect a larger tub to match the price, but the MacFleury was barely half the size. This isn't the first time this has happened, so I won't be back. Furthermore, when we went to pay, we asked if we could change the flavor, and the cashier told us it was too late and there was nothing they could do. In short, another disappointment. I'll go somewhere else from now on.

23/06/2025: I grabbed a croissant when I didn't need one so I could sit down for 30 minutes at a table to work while I had an appointment at another store. The waitress came to me as soon as I got my laptop out, to kick me out because I hadn't paid at the cash register "on the premises." I couldn't get a refund for the croissant, or ask to pay the difference between the cash register and the takeaway. So I left as if I'd been accused of being a thief. No humane gesture from the waitress, no "solution" from the salesperson. He hadn't told me there were two options; that's a mistake that happens, no problem. But on the other hand, when you work in a service industry and forget to serve people who are honest and willing to pay, that's a problem. 1/5, I will never go to any Paul's again in France or abroad. Too bad I travel a lot, so sandwiches at the station were fine.

14/06/2026: The bar charged us twice for drinks because my friend had already paid for them, and the cashier charged me the full amount even though part of it had already been paid for. We only realized this afterward. I've been trying to contact them, but it's impossible. So I ended up paying €45 instead of €25. Please contact me and refund the difference.

19/07/2026: A McDonald's that used to be good is now in complete decline. The burger was incomplete (remade upon request), but okay. The drink of the moment, Oasis with bubble tea, literally had six bubble teas in the bottom of the glass. The burgers and cheeseburgers were dry. Regarding the McFlurries, we saw a parade of customers demanding extra sauce, all of whom had already paid. The staff kept saying, "As you pay, you pay." So we didn't order any, because the portions were RIDICULOUS. In the end, we had to redo the entire order. Great, a €50 order... If you want to waste money at a McDonald's that will disappoint you for even wanting to go there, go for it.
