17/09/2026: It's actually a lovely spot. However, it's rather disappointing that tourists are shamelessly ripped off. My wife ordered a rosé wine. Without any further question, the most expensive one was served. They can do that, but it's damaging to business in the long run. Not recommended!!

19/07/2026: They can't even make two McFleury sandwiches properly. I waited 20 minutes between the kiosks and ordering, only to find out they can't even make two McFleury sandwiches correctly. It's really best to avoid them.

19/07/2026: A very bad experience at this McDonald's. The staff were rude and disrespectful from beginning to end. I felt like I was bothering them simply by placing my order. A minimum of courtesy towards customers should be the norm. The customer service is truly appalling. I will not return until the situation improves.

25/08/2026: The children's play area is in a deplorable state. The last major cleaning was on 19/08/2025. One wonders if the area is cleaned in the meantime. The children come out covered in grime; the floor is sticky and black. I think the manager of the McDonald's in Hain could pay more attention to cleanliness.

29/08/2026: AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Drive-thru order today, August 29, 2026 (order #259) - I ordered a 280 burger without onions, but it was marked "without tomatoes" on the receipt. I pointed this out at the counter before receiving my order, but I still received a 280 burger without tomatoes. I asked for it to be remade as requested at the kiosk. They gave me another one, which I didn't check since I had just reordered it directly... Once home, I realized it was STILL without tomatoes, meaning they had remade the exact same burger... - I ordered cucumbers in the Happy Meal, and when I went to pick up the order, they gave me fries because they were out of cucumbers (this wasn't mentioned when I ordered). - The Happy Meal with the nuggets didn't come with any sauce. - Missing fries in the Happy Meal with the cheeseburger - No toy included with the Happy Meal (also not mentioned when ordering) - Both portions of fries were soggy and barely cooked Result: €45.72 spent to not receive what was ordered, with a missing item and inedible fries. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS ESTABLISHMENT, WHICH I RECOMMEND YOU AVOID.

27/09/2026: So, I think this is the last time I order takeaway from there, every time I go, either something is missing from the order, or there is a preparation error, or it is switched with another customer's order... Tonight I ordered a big tasty 2 meat, obviously I only got 1 meat, knowing that the price is not the same.

27/09/2026: The amount of fries in the maxi best-of is getting worse and worse. Soon we'll only get two fries. It's practically a rip-off!

28/09/2026: I've been ordering from them or dining in for over a year now, and the service and atmosphere leave much to be desired. The wait for an order is very long, and when you ask what the problem is, you're practically given a dirty look. I've worked in the restaurant industry for over 24 years, in various roles, including as a manager. Frankly, you need to reorganize and hire competent and friendly staff. That's the bare minimum.

26/09/2026: I waited 29 minutes for my meal, even though the McDonald's was empty, but they prioritized Uber Eats orders. It's ridiculous. Luckily, my order arrived hot at my table.

21/08/2026: Really great! Drinks are reasonably priced and the bar has a fantastic atmosphere, the staff are super cool, thanks to Adam for the great vibes :))

16/09/2026: We arrived at 6:00 PM. The main courses (fish, burgers, etc.) couldn't be served. We left disappointed. What a shame.

12/09/2026: Beautiful view but a cold welcome. The outdoor sofas are very dirty. We only came for a drink initially, but the manager's attitude didn't encourage us to stay longer. What a shame.
