14/04/2026: This McDonald's is awful! I picked up my order and half of it was missing. I went to the counter to tell them, and I was practically thrown out by a young woman who'd left her smile at home... She told me not to move, she'd check, with all the disdain in the world, never to come back and see me... Luckily, another very nice young man came over and told me they'd forgotten a box... Every time, something's missing, it's unbelievable! And I wasn't even there during the lunch rush, but wow, the incompetence of some of them!

05/04/2026: I ordered from McDonald's+, nothing to complain about, perfect order, fast delivery, and hot food.

15/03/2026: A huge thank you to the entire team for their warm welcome and professionalism. The staff are very friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. We felt truly welcome from the moment we arrived, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

08/03/2026: My company rented me a triple room through Booking.com for three weekend days. My first disappointment was the long wait for the concierge, who arrived only 15 minutes after I called and texted. Furthermore, the kitchen (on the ground floor) only has one microwave, and it's located behind the bar, in a very inconvenient location. When I needed to get an invoice from the concierge the next day, I had to wait another 20 minutes... My bottom line: if possible, find another place to stay.

03/04/2026: Avoid at all costs! Extremely dirty, overflowing bins in the dining area and restrooms. Litter on the floor. Dirty tables. Soiled mops lying around the restaurant. When you ask where to dispose of your trash, even though all the bins are overflowing, they tell you to put it on the counter. Unbelievable...

30/03/2026: This McDonald's is truly disastrous. Every time, something is missing from the drive-thru, and on top of that, McDonald's boasts about installing a system to prevent items from being left behind. I called to report the missing item, and when I got home, of course, they told me to come back and they'd give me what I needed. I went back, and not even a gesture of goodwill, nothing, not even an extra item. And with gas prices over €2.20 today, I advise you to stop going to the McDonald's in Ifs. It's a disaster. And to top it off, the manager is incredibly unprofessional, telling me that his machine for checking for missing items had broken down. That's completely false. Anyway... I just looked at other people's comments, and I'm not surprised. What I find most baffling for a chain like McDonald's is that there isn't even a single response from the manager to the reviews. It seems like in Ifs, they just see people as walking wallets and don't care. Well done, McDonald's really has something to worry about. The service has nothing to do with Burger King, which will become number 1 very soon.

03/04/2026: Honestly disappointed. I ordered a McChicken and got the wrong bun; it was completely flat, with hardly any sauce or salad. I'm so disappointed and won't be ordering it again. I really don't recommend it; the quality is terrible.

22/01/2026: The cashier was extremely rude and arrogant. I inquired about the availability of a particular wine, and she responded aggressively, calling me a "wine speculator." A traumatic experience.

16/11/2025: I passed through Beaune in August 2023. They had a great selection of wines at really good prices. Sure, Burgundy wines aren't exactly cheap, but they're hard to find online, and certainly not cheaper. The owner was a bit reserved, but very friendly nonetheless. She had a bit of a hard time with me, though, because I had, and still have, almost no idea about the countless wineries in Burgundy.

05/02/2026: I ordered a cordon bleu steak taco, and in the end… it was just a poorly executed kebab. The meat was tasteless, the cordon bleu was practically nonexistent, drowning in a questionable sauce. The bread was soggy, and the whole thing was sickening after three bites. Frankly disappointing: it had neither the essence of a taco nor that of a kebab. It needs a serious overhaul, because right now it's just disgusting.

16/04/2026: I've been here several times and the hamburgers are always cold. The server told me he could make them as many times as he wanted, they'd still be cold. There's no microwave to reheat them.

14/04/2026: McDonald's is picking children's pockets. The menus are no longer affordable for people with limited means. You might as well go to a restaurant and eat good food.

27/03/2026: The cleanliness of the restaurant needs improvement, especially in the kitchen; food was strewn all over the floor (frying oil, fries, a whole wrap on the floor (???)).

26/03/2026: Dirty... or rather, disgusting! The floor is littered with fries, and the tables, when washed, smell like a rag that's been soaking in stagnant water. The floor under the tables is nauseating. The service reinforced this feeling of inconsiderateness and disrespect. March 26, 2026 Drive-Thru... a burger overflowing with sauce... perfect for eating in your car! Same opinion as my previous review. Some things never change... Long live the chicken crust! 👏😁 A pigsty!

13/04/2026: Quite scandalous. It's advertised as being open until 1am, but already closed at 00:15... we made a big detour to come and eat, I should have read the previous reviews more carefully and trusted them.

12/04/2026: I arrived at the McDonald's drive-thru in Plaisir at 12:37 a.m., even though closing time is clearly indicated at 1:00 a.m. (app, website, and signage in-store). Despite this, they simply refused to serve me. But the most shocking thing was the staff's attitude: they accused me of having opened the drive-thru barrier myself. An absurd and completely inappropriate accusation. Refusing a customer before closing time is already problematic. Accusing this customer falsely is downright unacceptable. If you can't provide service until the advertised time, update your hours. And above all, train your staff in a minimum of professionalism and respect. Very bad experience.

10/02/2026: Honestly, it was the most disgusting burger I've ever eaten in my life. Why does a beef burger smell like fish?! Inedible. Seeing the other reviews, I realize I'm not the only one who had this problem. The owner's responses, who clearly has a slight problem with self-reflection, are just ludicrous, and I'm almost looking forward to being insulted myself in return.

20/04/2026: A Big Mac on a staircase, nowhere near as advertised on TV; you order a Coke plus tax and leave with an Oasis... no napkin. Okay, I didn't check my drive-thru order, but this is getting serious.

18/04/2026: We arrived as a group of 30. The team was very efficient. We were served quickly and all the food was piping hot. Professional service.

11/04/2026: Never set foot in this place again. It starts with disgusting tables and benches that the attendant cleans after I ask an employee who barely moves, like Dory had missed it. They bring me the menus to the table, no toys, and explain that they're out (I had bought one as an extra) without any prior warning. There are two left in the display case, I ask for them and demand a refund for the extra one! I feel like I'm talking to an alien with the so-called manager and his blank stare who seems completely clueless. The sauces were missing, my McDonald's Deluxe was cold (and I should mention that the restaurant wasn't even crowded). In short, how can it still be in business? So much for its brand image.

10/04/2026: It's a shame I can't give zero stars; there are rats, they're stingy with the fries, etc., they don't even give you water! Lots of problems with orders, etc.

18/04/2026: Honestly, let's talk about the McDonald's in Orchies in 2026. €20.90 for the Best Of meal… for a small fries, a Coke, and a burger. At that price, I was hoping for at least a guided tour of the kitchens or a foot massage while I waited 🤡 And the self-service kiosks… a real escape room: managing to order on the first try is already a victory. It works one time out of ten; the rest of the time you're negotiating with the machine like it's the final boss. As for the service… their recruitment process is a complete mystery. It seems like a social experiment to test human patience. Honestly, take a 15-minute detour on the A23; you'll save yourself some nerves (and maybe even some money) by going to the competition 🍔

14/04/2026: One Friday at lunchtime, a mother and her two children were out to McDonald's for a treat. One of the children put his feet on a bench (like most children do). The franchisee himself approached the child, yelling at him to move his feet (which is exactly what his mother was telling him). He yelled at him several times to move his feet. The child didn't quite understand, and a woman he didn't know explained that it was a restaurant with lots of children. The franchisee himself told her to mind her own business and was quite aggressive in his words. He kept coming back for more. Many people watched, all shocked by what happened. It's the first time this has ever happened to us, and given how he treats his employees, I'm not surprised. He's a nasty person who has no place around people. He should be banned. It's the first time I've ever encountered anything like this at McDonald's. I understand why there are far fewer people in this one. If you see this message coming down a floor, it's because... Only the walls belong to you, and given how you behave, soon there won't be anything left. For your information, the manager was there and didn't say a word.

25/02/2026: I don't know if she's a manager or someone else, but the little redhead with the bun speaks terribly to her colleagues, and then we're surprised when people burn out or refuse to work anymore. But from what I've seen with my own eyes among the staff, it's unacceptable; you can't speak to your colleagues like that.
