21/07/2026: We decided to come and eat with children. We ordered six children's meals, but the non-carbonated drinks were unavailable. I asked the manager on duty to make an exception and provide fruit juice instead, but the answer was no! I had to buy extra drinks, which is unacceptable! When you have a problem, it's your responsibility to offer a gesture of goodwill, not for customers to pay more! Very disappointed.

05/06/2026: I had a very frustrating experience at McDonald's. I accidentally paid twice because the receipt didn't print. Despite my explanations, the manager refused to offer any solution. It's a shame, because the service wasn't up to par.

01/06/2026: Order of 01/06/2026, beef in chicken packaging, Sprite without ice, delivered from the fleet with 3 tons of ice, hired people who can read, maybe we'll get proper orders.

20/07/2026: A memorable experience today at the McDonald's in Vannes. I went through the drive-thru and used my points (125 points) to order a Maxi Best Of Premium meal and asked for a regular Coke. The employee who took my order informed me that this wasn't possible with loyalty points, which I already knew. Usually, the manager on duty replaces my Coke Zero with a regular one; perhaps to reward my loyalty or simply out of kindness? Today, that wasn't the case. When I received my order, I expressed my dissatisfaction without insults or threats (can the security cameras corroborate this?), finding it absurd not to have a choice of drink after spending €125 in their restaurant, due to an 18-cent surcharge for sugary drinks that I was prepared to pay. The "manager" told me that it wasn't his fault, which I understood, and gave me the drink I had originally ordered. I asked him if it was a regular Coke, and he said yes. I went to the parking lot to try the drink; he'd lied to me. I went into the restaurant to ask for a change, and the "manager" lost his temper, physically threatened me, and insulted me, putting on an unexpected show for the other customers! In short, what bothers me most isn't so much the drink itself, but rather the "manager's" attitude toward his customer—it's appalling. Maybe it just wasn't his day... McDonald's is the only fast-food chain I know of that overcharges its customers for drinks... I suggest the chain train its "managers," particularly on conflict management. I already know your "copy-pasted" response stating that this doesn't meet your establishment's standards. Best of luck!

19/07/2026: I recently went through the drive-thru and noticed a real problem with the plants and shrubs lining the lane. They encroach significantly on the lane, forcing drivers to squeeze their vehicles in and making it difficult to navigate, especially with a wider car. You're afraid of scratching your paintwork. It would be helpful if the vegetation were trimmed more regularly to facilitate passage and improve the overall customer experience at the drive-thru.

19/04/2026: I've been ordering from them for a few years now, and they're always top-notch. The food, the service, and the friendliness are all excellent. They do a difficult job and always with a smile. ☺️

09/06/2026: The setting is pleasant, but the staff are unpleasant and not at all friendly. Luckily, there are others around.

06/06/2026: I was served a Fra Puccino without ice, with bits of curdled milk and brown and black bits, and they forgot to order coffee. HOW CAN A STARBUCKS BE NOT GET ICE WHEN IT SERVES A LARGE QUANTITY OF ICED DRINKS?

15/07/2026: Dining at Buddha Beach was a true pleasure. A warm welcome from all the staff, excellent and generous cuisine, a most pleasant sea view, all run by a super friendly owner and a fantastic team, all smiling and with a great sense of humor. Not to mention the very reasonable prices.

12/07/2026: We nicely sit and waiting to order for drinks/coctails, the waitress come rushing and said no drinks service anymore (ı guess time of the day, by the way it was 13:00) while some other people having drinks. I can understand you can say no drink service starting 19:00 or something but it is bizarre at the middle of the day. Such a shame that it is a nice beach front but very bad, unprofessional business.

28/05/2026: Outrageous! We work in a truck that can't fit through the drive-thru because of the height restriction. A worker before us who had the same problem was able to pick up their order on foot, while we were refused.

25/05/2026: Shameful! I'm reporting this to the health authorities. Get out of here fast, go eat somewhere else. This McDonald's delivers burgers full of bacteria. Lack of hygiene, failure to respect the product's shelf life (it should be thrown away 7 minutes after preparation)...diarrhea and stomach aches all night for the whole family...paid 50 euros to catch salmonella or something else? No way...never again.

01/08/2026: I ordered a salmon poke bowl to go and was disappointed because the rice was bland with very little sauce, there was hardly any salmon, and a third of the avocado was black and inedible, but they left it in anyway. It was canned mango, which was very poor value for money. I didn't enjoy my meal, although the staff were pleasant.

14/07/2026: Terrible...deserves zero stars. The terrace was packed for the match at 8 pm...we waited 50 minutes for a drink, finally going to the bar, and when we ordered our food, after a one-hour wait...they offered us tapas because of a problem in the kitchen...it was match night...and only two servers...for a full terrace...shameful and disrespectful to the young servers.

22/10/2025: Opening hours are incorrect, today wednesday 20:00 it was closed.

17/05/2026: The tables are dirty. The restrooms: two-thirds were closed, the third was very dirty and had no toilet paper. I hope the kitchens are cleaner. The dishes are spotless and the service is friendly.

10/05/2026: Orders are OFTEN incomplete. One time it's the Happy Meal toy (nice for the kid), another time it's the sauces that were paid for, and now it's actually part of the meal! For example, I ordered a BBQ meal with BBQ fries (the famous ones that cost an extra €0.20!), they gave me a bag and the drink on the side (great for carrying the order... to go!), I get home, I open the bag and... Well, there's ONLY the sandwich! No fries, no BBQ powder! In short, from now on, even in a hurry, I'll check every single order since these mistakes keep happening! ...Or I'd go to the McDonald's in Versailles... Never had a problem at the ones on Place du Marché or Rive Gauche. Edit from May 10th: Today I bought a poster for 50 points... They forgot it, and since I was in a hurry with a tired child, I forgot to ask for it and threw away the receipt... Oh well, 50 points wasted. Can they even read an order receipt? :s

10/07/2026: Ordered at the drive-thru. After paying, there was a 30-minute wait. I asked for a different drink, but when I arrived, the drinks hadn't been replaced! Avoid this place; they're incompetent!!

09/07/2026: Entering the drive-thru lane: 10 minutes to hear "Good morning sir, 20-minute wait to serve you," order cancelled, and 25 minutes to exit the drive-thru lane. Unprecedented - unheard of - catastrophic customer experience.

02/08/2026: We had the pleasure of being served fries that tasted like Coke! Because they put a new guy in charge of the drive-thru who's struggling with the cups... At some point, you need to properly train your staff.

29/07/2026: Very bad experience. I ordered two McDonald's deals, each containing two stale hamburgers and two donuts. I received two milkshakes, one iced tea, and one Sprit. I also received one Fanta and one completely flat Coke. Furthermore, I ordered a Happy Meal with nuggets, potatoes, a crisp apple, and iced tea, but I only received the nuggets. I strongly advise against going there.

10/07/2026: A very bad experience. The staff were rude and not at all welcoming. The service was very slow and the food did not meet my expectations. I am very disappointed and I do not recommend this restaurant.

08/07/2026: A little disappointed today, as either their suppliers have changed or they're using lower quality ones (especially the sausages! They were nothing like the ones I used to order). But the owner is really very friendly and pleasant, the setting is lovely, and the fries are delicious 😛. Keep up the good work ☺️
