11/10/2025: Huge disappointment. I ordered a scallop casserole with leeks: the leeks weren't cooked, nor were the potatoes (not listed on the menu). Furthermore, the dishes served looked nothing like the photos on TripAdvisor or Instagram. It's also a wine bar. From what I understand, there have been problems with the cook since a change of ownership. Avoid this place.

02/08/2026: OMG, on Sundays the person in blue is incredibly rude. I brought back two cold burgers, and he rolled his eyes. 🙄 "That's cold!" Well, yes, it's cold and inedible. Change jobs if you don't like customers.

12/07/2026: I am extremely disappointed with the drive-thru at the McDonald's in Kreuzwald. On just two visits, I encountered the same problem. The first time, I had to wait 25 minutes simply because the car next to me hadn't finished placing its order. Mine was already taken, but I was forced to wait without being able to move forward until the other vehicle had finished. Today, the same situation occurred again. This time, a car that arrived after mine was served before mine. So, I had to wait unnecessarily again, even though I was there before it. This system is completely incomprehensible and unacceptable for a drive-thru, whose very purpose is to streamline orders and respect the order of arrival. Staff training on queue and order management is absolutely essential to prevent this kind of situation from happening again. I also suggest you take a look at the McDonald's restaurants in the Farébersviller and Saint-Avold shopping centers. I go there regularly and I've never encountered this type of problem: the service is smooth, organized, and the order in which customers arrive is respected. It's truly regrettable to have such an experience twice in such a short period.

13/07/2026: We arrived at 9:30 pm on a Sunday and were told that it was no longer possible to eat in... never mind... but the state of cleanliness of the restaurant... a disaster!!! The space under the tables was full of food (thanks to the filthy customers), the bins were overflowing inside and out, the floor was sticky, and then the toilets... paper everywhere and the state of the toilet bowls (underneath them too)!!! I understand that the customers are rarely filthy, but the cleaning is clearly not done properly or often enough. We don't come often, but this definitely doesn't make us want to come back. It's going to hurt when the competition opens up....

12/07/2026: Very good, I recommend it. Even though we had an oversight, it was quickly rectified. I recommend it for families.

22/06/2026: Good location, good food, I tried their Lebanese platter and it was a pleasant surprise, great team, if you go don't hesitate to ask for the manager Adem, he took care of us and it was perfect.

09/06/2026: Frankly, I was very disappointed with the mojito I ordered. It was completely lacking in freshness and the flavor wasn't balanced at all. It seemed like it had been prepared quickly, without any particular care. For the price I paid, I expected something much better. It's a shame because a mojito is actually a fairly simple drink to make. Unfortunately, this one fell far short of my expectations. I don't think I'll order it again on my next visit, and I hope the quality of the drinks will improve in the future.

05/07/2026: A very poor welcome. The manager refused to serve us before closing time. It's a shame that such behavior damages the brand's image.

02/07/2026: Way too crowded! Never a seat! You see ads everywhere on TV, but when you arrive, there are no special offers. The teen menu is €8; you might as well get an adult menu for almost the same price, especially since there's nothing there for that price! Dirty tables, sloppy service. We had two trays with spilled Coke on them.

06/07/2026: This is the first time I've ever felt uncomfortable eating at McDonald's. The atmosphere is very neglected and dirty. Also, at the kiosk where you order food, they give you options for things that aren't actually available. At least the girl who served us was quite friendly.

31/05/2026: Service needs improvement. There were no napkins, the sundae was poorly served and the usual portion was missing, and the children's sundae was served in espresso cups. My daughter has never eaten such a small ice cream. When I asked for extra peanuts, they pointed out that they don't normally give them out... why don't they sell them then? You can tell McDonald's is trying to cut costs everywhere.

07/05/2026: A loyal customer for years. A very warm welcome 😊 The pizzas are delicious, the salads too (I've tried them all), and don't even get me started on the quiches, which I adore, and finally, their tiramisu—light and delicious. In short, we've moved to Osny, but we still come to La Provençale for our pizzas 👌 because, in terms of quality and price, I haven't found better. Well done to François and his daughter!

23/07/2026: I arrived in the late afternoon and received a warm welcome from Kevin, who was lovely and served me a delicious white mocha! ✨️ The café is very well located, just a stone's throw from the train station. There's plenty of seating inside as well as on the terrace, making it a great place to relax.

11/04/2026: The exterior isn't particularly inviting, but go in! The welcome is friendly, the dining room pleasant, and the food is really very good and inexpensive! The fish was cooked perfectly, and the chocolate terrine was light and flavorful.
