15/06/2026: The fries were cold, the hygiene was poor, there was no toilet paper, and no soap.

15/06/2026: A very disappointing experience on Thursday, June 4th, between 1 pm and 2 pm, and every other day in Vitry-le-François. The manager repeatedly made remarks to a colleague in front of everyone, which was particularly awkward to witness. The overall atmosphere was cold, the staff seemed unhappy, and the welcome was anything but warm. I didn't feel comfortable at all. A lot of work needs to be done, ESPECIALLY regarding respect for employees (they are human beings, not animals) and customer relations. It's a shame we can't give zero stars. 😡

03/03/2026: First time I came to this establishment with colleagues, and the last time I'll ever go... It's the first time I've ever seen such unfriendly restaurant staff! Not a hello, not a smile. Luckily, not all the shopkeepers in Roye are like that... As for the payment, we had no choice but to divide the total amount by the number of people in our party. Unfair, considering some people had ordered a cheaper menu than us... Anyway, I won't dwell any longer on this bad experience. Thankfully, the food was good! That's the only positive thing!

23/02/2026: There's certainly quantity, but what about the quality? The value for money isn't optimal, and I'm still waiting for a smile from the owner.

02/04/2026: The service tonight was appalling. Our order was taken at the drive-thru in a very unpleasant manner. This woman was more interested in kissing her colleagues than listening to us. Politeness and courtesy are, after all, basic principles in the restaurant industry. I believe she was a manager—what a fine example! It was 9:40 PM; if you happen to find her, please pass on the message.

08/11/2025: Review (November 8, 2025) We were passing through Luxembourg and stopped in France to eat at this establishment. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed. The staff completely lacked courtesy and humanity—especially one woman with a bob haircut who was very rude and unpleasant. The food was mediocre and not worth the price. We do not recommend this place, nor do we support it in any way.

04/10/2025: Impossible to get to Subway, most of the time it's already closed before 9pm, unacceptable for a Saturday night.

22/05/2026: Avoid McDonald's at all costs! It's a shame you can't leave negative reviews, otherwise I would have given it -1000000000 🌟. My order arrived two hours late, it was as cold as a freezer, the ice cream was water, the juice was tasteless, and the fries looked like they hadn't even been cooked in oil, they were so cold. I will never go back.

19/05/2026: Today, May 19th at 4 PM, I was the only customer served by a lovely crew member who provided helpful advice and assistance, guiding me through the maze of menus in an unusual atmosphere. The lunch rush was over, and there were only four of us in a calm and spotless restaurant—something I've never experienced at McDonald's before. Kudos to this server; I hope her manager is aware of and appreciates her qualities. 👍

27/04/2026: First of all it’s amazing , i see the first Starbucks without wc , that means they like you buy large coffee or anything but you have to get out from store for wc or toilet Second , if you want sit in they give you paper glass or take away pack! disaster

23/04/2026: I went to this café today and honestly, the whole experience was a mess. We ordered to stay in, a caramel macchiato and a matcha latte, and they still served everything in takeaway cups like we were being hurried out from the start. The staff were unbelievably inefficient. Then it got worse. The café is supposedly open until 8 pm, yet at 7:45 pm they told us to leave because they “needed to clean.” Since when is cleaning time included in customer hours? That’s not how it works. And they didn’t just politely inform us, they basically told us to move out, even though I was sitting inside with my baby. To top it all off, the drink I got wasn’t even a caramel macchiato, it was just plain milk coffee. I’ve been a Starbucks customer for years, I know exactly what a caramel macchiato tastes like, and this was not it. We left completely disappointed. I will never come back to this place and I would absolutely not recommend it to anyone.

17/05/2026: Shameful! On May 17, 2026, a friend of one of the waitresses went into the kitchen and served himself food from the trays. A critical lack of hygiene; avoid at all costs!

07/05/2026: Thursday, May 7th, 8:30 PM drive-thru pickup, the young woman taking the order was fantastic! 5 stars just for her!

03/06/2026: Amateurish service: the two employees were busy with the coffee machine, completely ignoring the other customers. Zero! Oh well, I'll go to Paul's.

26/05/2026: I came to Brioche Doré Part Dieu this morning just for a coffee. The brunette waitress with bangs was so kind and friendly that I couldn't resist the cookie she offered me. The cookie wasn't that great, but having such a pleasant and smiling woman there made all the difference. I'll definitely come back just to see her.

20/05/2026: I was waiting for my order, which took a very long time—30 minutes for four items. I decided to look in the kitchen and saw a higher-ranking employee, I suppose, start speaking rudely to a young man, saying, and I quote, "I'm going to slap that kid!" What the hell is going on? I hope that young man leaves that job as soon as possible!

20/04/2026: Excellent tacos, very good homemade fries, wide selection of dishes and ingredients. Very friendly service. I recommend it!
