06/12/2025: I ordered a Golden 280 meal with ice cream on Uber Eats. Unfortunately, I never received the ice cream, the 280 didn't contain tomatoes or onions, and the ground beef tasted grilled and was indeed grilled, with no flavor whatsoever.

06/12/2025: I live in Vernon, and the longer I wait, the more the quality of the food deteriorates... Once I got home, I discovered the fries were undercooked, soggy, and cold, even though it was only a 4-minute drive away... I threw them in the trash; it was impossible to eat; they were raw. The wait was long, even though there weren't many people at the drive-thru... It's a shame.

31/03/2026: There was an error in the order, but the service is slow and since it's a train station, people don't have time to check their order before taking the train... Not to mention the portions of pottery which are significantly smaller compared to other McDonald's.

28/03/2026: So, a huge congratulations to the team this Saturday at lunchtime! Despite a crazy queue at the kiosks (down to Toomorrowland!!), they maintained a high level of service: fast, delicious and well-made sandwiches, clean dining area... Smiling, professional, that's what they were! See you next year!

03/04/2026: I was a little disappointed with my visit to this restaurant. The service was pleasant, however, our sandwich was lukewarm, almost cold (lunch around 2 pm, outside of peak hours). My main complaint concerns the cleanliness and overall appearance (many torn seats, dirty tables and floor).

27/03/2026: They close before the stated time so they can gorge themselves on unsold goods and turn customers away without even saying goodnight.

19/04/2026: A disastrous experience at this McDonald's. Over an hour's wait to be served. And as if that weren't enough, the staff is incredibly rude: no sense of customer service whatsoever, and even worse, they laugh in customers' faces when we dare to ask about our order. I understand it can be busy, but a little respect and organization would be appreciated. I absolutely do not recommend this establishment.

28/03/2026: Not very clean, a table with leftover papers and cups... Quite a long wait and the hamburger was rather lukewarm, the only positive point was the kindness of the person who brought us the tray!

04/04/2026: Last time, I waited 40 minutes in the dining area because one item was missing. But when you're waiting and you see the staff taking it easy, walking slowly with their arms hanging limply, you understand the delay! And today, a 10-minute wait is better! Well, not quite… 5 mistakes on 3 menus: drinks and burgers! And a toy when we wanted a book… Edit: Right now in the "restaurant," there's a line of customers waiting to pick up the missing items from their orders because the "manager," as closed-minded and awful as ever, is completely ignoring them!

02/04/2026: I think this is the worst McDonald's in the area; everything was unbelievably bad! Every time I went, there was something missing from my order, and even though it's not exactly gourmet food, this was disgusting! The nuggets were probably bought from the store next door; they had no taste and were swimming in oil, and the burger was completely dry. It's crazy how bad it could be... not to mention the staff's bad mood. Avoid at all costs!

03/03/2026: We had to argue for minutes to find out what the surprise was in the children's snack box, because the sales assistants didn't know. After we insisted we knew what it was, they finally went to get it and then asked again if we wanted it. Well, guess what? It's included in the price; it should be AUTOMATICALLY in the box.

16/04/2026: I ordered a freshly squeezed lemon juice and was served 5cl of juice, enough for one squeezed lemon, for €4.50 with ice cubes. I asked if this was normal, and the friendly waiter went back and forth twice, apologetically informing me that I wouldn't be getting anything more. So I finally exchanged it for a Coke and received a Pepsi without being warned beforehand. Prices are outrageously expensive. They didn't offer water for my dog. They don't accept credit cards. The outdoor furniture is very old.

15/04/2026: Tasteless cocktails with very little alcohol, a fruit juice that tasted sharp, and exorbitant prices for such poor quality... the overall rating for this establishment is hardly surprising. As regulars in this city, we're certain we won't be returning.

23/04/2026: Terrible service, 30 minutes to get a cold order, even though the restaurant wasn't full. And the sandwich was cold too. The sundae was a disgrace, €2.90 for a mini ice cream... what's with that? The size has been halved with their new packaging. They're spending much less on plastic packaging and yet the prices are going up. Is that normal? Your profit margin must have increased significantly... and hire some more staff if you're short-staffed.

22/04/2026: 50-minute wait for an order and lots of errors when I checked my order in person – in short, a complete zero.

26/03/2026: It's a shame we can't give zero stars. Fast food in name only… They really need to rethink their organization. Worst McDonald's ever, I think. 25-minute wait to order. 25 minutes to be served (and that was twice, since the drinks and ice cream arrived 10 minutes before the meals). 12:20 PM, the bins are literally overflowing, and the tables haven't been cleaned. NEVER AGAIN!

22/03/2026: The wait was far too long; McDonald's is supposed to close at 11pm, but they didn't want to serve their customers after 10:25pm. I strongly advise against going there.

03/03/2026: Recently changed ownership. The restaurant offers several Thai dishes and two traditional dishes. The buffet is simple and good. The Thai dish was very good (shrimp noodles). The desserts were simple but good: banana cake and lemon cake.

22/02/2026: I rediscovered this restaurant after the previous owner left. Five not-so-fresh starters and a completely tasteless Thai dish, utterly bland. Four sad-looking desserts… €20.50 including a Perrier. There were only two of us sharing the dining room. Where is the former owner? Not recommended.

29/12/2025: Permanently closed. Google Maps incorrectly lists this location as open. Don’t waste your time coming here.

13/12/2025: ❗️Respecting customers is a huge responsibility for a company like Starbucks. They are supposed to respect their customers. I walked 2 kilometers and found the store permanently closed.
