07/05/2026: The worst McDonald's I've ever seen. A 20-minute wait to pick up a simple order. I asked for a toy from the kids' meal, and they gave me a book instead without even telling me. And the service was clearly lacking: unpleasant staff and no consideration for customers. A very bad experience; I won't be back.

07/05/2026: Too much late to prepare the food and staff doesn't maintaining hygenic. The burger section people doesn't wearing the glouse. Please look into this and take neccesary precautions to this things.

26/05/2026: Tell the sandwich maker today that he doesn't have to continue in that job; life is good, and attacking a double cheeseburger won't bring it back, all joking aside... a little respect for customers and food doesn't hurt, it's appreciated, and it's free ;)

07/04/2026: I was on vacation and bought a birthday cake and two loaves of bread to make sandwiches. The cake was amazing 🙌 and the bread... I don't know if it was the route we took or the bread itself, haha, but they turned out to be some of the best sandwiches I've ever had. Thanks!

25/03/2026: Visited on March 25, 2026, treated like dirt, all because I was on the phone. If you want to be disrespected, this is the best place in Luchon.

14/05/2026: The burgers are always cold, they're way past their expiration date. The fish is dry because they're left under the slicer for too long. No quality control whatsoever at this McDonald's. The worst McDonald's in all of Paris, despite its location. Absolutely avoid it!!!

17/01/2026: The welcome was cold and unpleasant; the bartender banged the drinks against the table as he brought them, without a word or a glance. We heard him yelling at the cook, "Get the hummus out, or we'll send you back to school!" We felt like we were bothering him, and he was very bitter.

29/04/2026: The café-bookshop concept is appealing, but unfortunately, the welcome was very poor: without a greeting or a smile, we were dismissed with a curt "the bookshop doesn't accept hikers!" Unbelievable for a town on the Camino de Santiago!

22/04/2026: Passing by Le Cochon Bleu yesterday—a place I'd spotted on previous visits to Lectoure—I was looking forward to spending some time there. However, as soon as I stepped inside, because there was no more room outside, I almost turned around and left when I saw a sign depicting a pilgrim looking like a beggar, and it said that pilgrims were only allowed on the terrace! I'm not a pilgrim, but that sign shocked me… Really needing a hot drink, we sat inside; I had a coffee and my husband a Viennese hot chocolate… The owner made fun of our choice because it was hot… but we were happy with it. We also ordered a lemon tart, which was never served. It was 5:25 PM and she informed us that she was closing at 6:00 PM… complaining of being alone and overwhelmed. A customer, trying to help, brought the dishes back to the counter and she was immediately attacked. In short, a very bad experience… avoid this place, pilgrim or otherwise; this person is not suited for customer service!

10/05/2026: Very tasty kebab, lots of variety but still traditional, only the fries were a bit bland.

30/04/2026: Fast food of fairly good quality and a reasonably priced range

31/05/2026: I've been eating there for years and everything was fine until now. But this was the worst kebab I've ever eaten. The meat was disgusting. I couldn't finish it.

25/05/2026: I came to order a three-meat taco (kebab cordon bleu tenders), but instead I received ground beef instead of cordon bleu. I found the taco a little dry, but otherwise the kebabs are very good.
