09/04/2026: Nothing changes over time; there's always one or two items missing from the drive-thru order, one out of every five burgers is missing, and a sundae is missing despite a 20-minute wait. The result is an extra 10-minute wait. As a result, everything is cold. Don't bother replying that you're sorry my experience wasn't good. Just hire more staff!

10/07/2025: Restaurant always dirty. Overflowing trash can. Dirty restrooms, as well as the tables. Yet I always come during low-impact periods. This period, however, allows me to not wait too long for my order and, above all, to have it piping hot. It's as if you can't have everything.

09/07/2025: I'm currently waiting 40 minutes from the drive-thru entrance. Wednesday evening with my 5-year-old daughter who has to go to school the next day. I'm wasting my time, my health, and my money. I'm ordering McDonald's because of an organizational emergency. What's the point of McDonald's? Fast food? Or a waste of time. Perhaps we should consider removing the concrete blocks on the ground that prevent us from leaving the drive-thru line. Because once we're in the line, we're forced to queue up and order! There's no going back. We're just doomed to wait our turn!

25/02/2026: We were very disappointed with the pizzas, which we tried for the first time since the change of ownership. The dough was low quality, as were the toppings. We won't be going back.

05/02/2026: We had lunch here and didn't like it at all. It took 50 minutes to prepare a burger and a pizza. In the meantime we could here the staff arguing with each other. The pizza bottom was burned. The hamburger was very bland, no seasoning. I don't recommend eating here.

05/04/2026: What kind of McDonald's makes you wait over 20 minutes for apple pie, while people who arrived after you are served before you? I don't even understand how it can still be open with all the negative comments. McDonald's management needs to intervene because it's shameful.

27/02/2026: Went to the drive-thru this evening (February 27th) and the service was super pleasant. It seemed to be a manager wearing glasses, judging by her white shirt. She was kind, efficient, and smiling. The service was very quick with no long wait at the payment counter or for the drive-thru pass! Thank you so much, not disappointed at all!

27/02/2026: Another incomplete order. I called McDonald's and asked how to get a complete order at the Argentan McDonald's. The response was that I was arrogant, that they'd been swamped all evening, and that she was just taking it upon herself to answer my call. She had no solution to offer. Disappointing…

11/04/2026: Actually, I get it, I'm going to have to take you down. As a McDonald's employee, I can tell you it's a disgrace to offer a job like this. Honestly, this is the third time I've been to the drive-thru, and three times my order isn't what I originally asked for. It should be meat in my double cheeseburger with pickles, when I asked for no, and no bacon, when it was a double cheeseburger with bacon. The 10:1 ratio is overcooked; it's practically like shoe leather. Sorry, but at some point, the RGRV (Regional Food Safety and Quality Control) needs to do its job, and the managers and kitchen staff need to seriously rethink their approach. I'm being blunt. But this is ridiculous.

10/04/2026: Hello, I went to the McDonald's on the Rennes road today. My order was perfect, nothing to complain about. I was greeted by Maryline, a very pleasant hostess. Thank you, Maryline, for your smile and kindness! 😆

14/04/2026: This place deserves a hygiene inspection: disgusting toilets, dirty floor throughout the restaurant (glue, food scraps, and crumbs), dirty and stained tables. Greasy doors with fingerprints! 😰 It's 1 p.m. and there's no one in the restaurant… As for the food, the portions seem inadequate (salad with four lettuce leaves and soggy croutons…). And a smile from the young woman at the register would be appreciated!

13/04/2026: I am extremely disappointed with my experience at the McDonald's in Écully. My classmates and I came between noon and 2 p.m. to pick up our online click-and-collect orders, and the service at the restaurant was simply unacceptable, especially from a manager (bald, in street clothes) who spoke to us disrespectfully and arrogantly, without any valid reason. It's shocking to witness such a lack of professionalism, especially from someone who is supposed to represent the establishment. No listening, no respect for the customer, an inappropriate attitude from beginning to end. I absolutely do not recommend this restaurant. It is urgent that the staff's behavior, particularly that of management, be reviewed.

20/04/2026: Too long, way too long!!! And it's the same thing every time! You wait to order because the cashier has to take your payment! Then you wait to pay, and then it's a disaster waiting for your order! The result: almost 30 minutes for one meal! And don't bother apologizing about not having enough staff because it's the same every time! They're much more efficient in Halluin!

The hygiene is simply unacceptable: questionable cleanliness, no attention to detail in food preparation—one seriously wonders if they even know the health and safety regulations. The worst part is the owner: obnoxious, contemptuous, and aggressive, with absolutely no respect or professionalism. As a customer, you feel like you're bothering him. If you value your health and dignity, steer clear. This restaurant is a disgrace to the brand. There are far better options elsewhere.
