Yvan, for his part, is a delightful manager, and it's always a real pleasure to be greeted by him. He has a knack for putting people at ease and spreading his good cheer wherever he goes.

19/03/2026: We ordered the Royale Cheese burgers, but they weren't complete; they lacked toppings. When we pointed this out, they offered us others, which we accepted, but the meat wasn't cooked (it was still red). We were very disappointed and won't be going back anytime soon. (It's a shame I can't post photos to prove it.)

10/03/2026: In the few times I've been there, I've never had a problem with my order. The service is fast, to say the least, and orders are always fulfilled. That said, I have mixed feelings about the cleanliness of the place, and yet I'm only passing through each time. This isn't a good point compared to the emerging competition just a few steps away, which, by the way, is very meticulous.
06/03/2026: We've been waiting for 20 minutes. They brought us the ice cream first, but we still haven't received the hamburgers. The waitress, a tall, dark-haired woman, was unpleasant. She shouldn't be here.

15/04/2026: Just like before, nothing's changed. The service is catastrophic; they leave you waiting to get a children's ice cream, they practically annoy them. The fries were cold, we didn't even dare ask for hot ones. Plus, the Big Tasty was missing a piece from the bun. Honestly, never again. This McDonald's is a disgrace.

05/03/2026: No question if you drink inside or outside.. , screen panels advertise drinks they dont have due to supplies , forced drinking from papercups insteaded seated drinking from proper ceramic mugs, not for coffe lovers

05/04/2026: Today, I went to the drive-thru at 1:04 PM and was served at 1:20 PM. Unacceptable! I ordered two galettes, and there was no one else there. I was the only one at the drive-thru, and the restaurant was practically empty. The galette was barely anything compared to usual. Very disappointed, I won't be back for the time being. I hope you will address this with your very unwelcoming team.

22/03/2026: Having been a regular at this McDonald's for several years, I've noticed that lately it's been getting worse and worse: indigestion, every order is cold, ingredients are missing—when will we finally get hot food?
I went again on March 22nd, and in addition to not getting my small wrap, I didn't get my full change. The cashiers need to learn how to count if there's no written record.
14/03/2026: I got a Double Cheeseburger with no bacon and no pickles. The McDonald's sandwich was cold and hard, and there was barely enough of a small fry in my box of fries with melted cheddar (I'm still looking for the cheddar).
Very disappointed.

11/04/2026: Bought a batch of baguettes today, but when I got home they were absolutely inedible. Definitely not fresh or frozen. Seriously, they need to rethink their approach... Straight to the bin.
04/04/2026: We bought a raspberry lemon bunny cake, the saleswoman massacred it with her long nails, moreover the box containing the cake is so dirty that I cannot even present it.

07/04/2026: Network outage after network outage forced me to go back 20 minutes later. After 20 minutes had passed, we returned in vain and had to wait another 30 minutes. The service and welcome were quite pleasant.
06/04/2026: Once again, as always, I left with one less item. A 40-minute wait only to leave with an incomplete order and €5 lost! It's unbearable! To top it all off, the ice cream was melted… no surprise, given the wait time!
