29/08/2025: We came for lunch with the family. We were seated and asked to be moved because there was a draft, which we noticed was bothersome. The lady who was looking after us looked everywhere to find us a table as if it were crowded, even though there were only two other customers in the entire restaurant. Once we were seated, the knives were disgusting because dirty isn't enough, and the glasses were covered in fingerprints. We asked for a carafe of water, and that was another look that spoke volumes. For our meal, we specifically asked for an Alsatian salad without Gruyere cheese; it was brought to us with Gruyere cheese (thawed). The other salads had such strong seasoning that every bite felt like we were eating spicy candy. For the price we paid, I find what we had on our plates shameful. Once we were served, the same woman sat down at a table to roll a cigarette. Everyone was free, but I didn't find it great. In short, a very bad experience, a place I would never recommend.

03/06/2026: We were greeted by Eva, who was incredibly kind. The welcome was excellent, and the service was quick. She is attentive to the customer and manages her position very well. I recommend this McDonald's.

23/05/2026: Zero logic. We parked to go in, only to be told it was closed and only the drive-thru was open. Fine, we headed to the drive-thru. They refused to take our order because we hadn't retrieved our car. We weren't going to retrieve our car for two small, airy sundaes 🤦🏾‍♂️ Result -> Burger King. Where we received excellent service

22/05/2026: An unfortunate experience. It wasn't even worth staying. Dirty glasses and a lack of willingness to explain the menu to a tourist.

09/05/2026: Very disappointed on the evening of May 9th! 5 stuffed vegetables with a little mixed green salad for €17.50!! The steak tartare was too spicy, which overpowered the meat! The fries were overcooked and very greasy!! €9.50 for a lollipop crepe is very expensive!!!! Very pricey for what it is!! The cook needs to improve!!

23/02/2026: Very good quality product but I'm disappointed, I've called several times and they never answer the phone. It says "open" online, but it's actually closed on Monday, great...

30/05/2026: Click and collect order: 0 sauce, 0 napkin, 0 ice cream scoop. Plus, I received my little sundae in a tiny, half-full coffee cup! I understand the concept of a "little sundae," but half the cup barely represents a spoonful, and I'm being generous. A speculoos doughnut was ordered, but we received a red berry doughnut!

28/05/2026: My friend and I got food poisoning after having lunch at this McDonald's.

16/05/2026: Unfortunately, I can't give zero stars. We were served a burger with a huge, black hair in it 🤢 and they didn't even apologize. There was no politeness or cleanliness whatsoever. I absolutely do not recommend this place; it's filthy and the staff is very unpleasant 👎👎

06/06/2026: It took over 15 minutes to be served by the unfriendly waitress, and the coffee was barely lukewarm. Experience on June 6, 2026; staff overwhelmed on Saturday, market day.

10/05/2026: We came last Sunday at 4 pm for a drink... The waitress was haughty and... completely absent! There was a fair that day, but only 5 tables were occupied. We waited 45 minutes without anyone coming to see us; the tables next to us were the same! The two neighboring tables got up and left without even ordering. My partner went to the bar and ended up serving, followed by the others who eventually did the same. The waitress made comments, rolling her eyes and sighing, and was unpleasant, criticizing the managers. The bar 300 meters away had a full terrace; we understood why. We won't be going back.

13/02/2026: I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The croque-monsieur was listed at €9.50 on the menu, but when the bill arrived, I was charged €22.50 without any explanation. I find this completely unacceptable and dishonest. Prices must be clear and respected; you can't display one price and then charge another when it comes time to pay. Furthermore, the croque-monsieur was absolutely nothing special. It was simply toasted bread with ham and cheese, with no particular flair or quality. Clearly not worth the price. I do not recommend this establishment.

11/05/2026: When you arrive late and can't be bothered to go to a restaurant. Not far from the TGV station, 9 minutes by car and plenty of parking spaces, there are also plenty of other restaurants.

30/04/2026: Large orders systematically incomplete (notices made on about ten orders over several months) it seems as if it's a directive from management to increase their margins!

15/03/2026: Two years ago, my partner already left a review about the fries. Today we saw that nothing has changed, so the reviews shouldn't be taken into account... Just like two years ago, we ordered the maxi best-of order hoping to get a large fry, but no, we had to settle for a medium fry at the price of a large.

24/02/2026: It's still a McDonald's. Explain to customers that the click and collect parking spaces are not for parking.

We often take the time to point out when something isn't right, but when things go well, it's also important to acknowledge it. 27/05/2026: The service was really not up to the price for an afternoon snack.

18/05/2026: Thinking I'd have a pleasant snack after visiting the Calder Museum, I almost left the restaurant-bar. My order was late, then the waiter brought my drink. I waited for the rest of my meal and saw three slices of mass-produced cake clumsily thrown onto a plate and served without any care. Considering the price, it's shameful.

28/04/2026: Quite slow. I ordered an iced coffee, it was terrible. You ask for a carafe of water, they bring you glasses of water as if you have to beg for it. Happy hour is one euro off.

05/04/2026: We couldn't even/didn't want to sit down. We stood there in the entrance waiting for one of the servers who walked by to finally look at us, only to then gesture and make it clear they were full. I've rarely been so completely ignored by servers.

23/04/2026: It's a shame to keep such a name with such an uninteresting beer menu.

23/03/2026: It used to be good, but that was then… The aperitif was served after the main courses! You have to ask for the bread and the carafe of water because they don't come automatically, even though they say they'll bring it to you… It's a shame.
