12/09/2024: I ordered a bento cake for a specific time and they made me wait 30 minutes with no explanation, all to tell me that there was a problem when they had just forgotten to do it. I add that it was already half broken.

12/09/2024: Very friendly staff, wide choice of homemade sweet and savory products. I tried a bento cake for a birthday. They are beautiful but I was quite disappointed because there was too much cream for my taste. Note that the service is top notch: I had a small problem with the cake but the staff was very attentive, understanding and quickly did what was necessary to remedy the situation. THANKS !

24/09/2024: My partner got takeaway, but her mistake was not to check. Indeed, you always have to check when you take away because there is always something missing, after 20 minutes of driving because you don't live nearby. 28/12/2023: Là faut apprendre à votre gars qui fait les sunday ce qu'est un sunday cara avec supplément cara car qu'on prenne un sunday normal à 3,45e ou avec supplément cara à 3,70 c'est exactement le même normalement ça se sent direct quant ya supplement cara dedans jcrois qu'il a pas compris le petit jeune ce qu'est supplement c'est EN PLUS DU CARAMEL DÉJÀ EXISTANT.. déja que les prix des produits deviennent exorbitant pour un FAST FOOD c'est quasiment 1euros le nugget quasiment 4euros un vulgaire crocmacdo jentend de plus en plus de gens qui disent "AU MACDO nous y vas plus c'est devenu trop cher", en tous cas moi je viendrais plus car jen ai marre de payer des suppléments qui ne sont pas mis bande d'escrocs...

09/08/2024: Restaurant dans l’hippodrome formule buffet à 35 euros qui n’a que le nom. Très peu d’entrées disponibles 2 plats) poulets, poisson) archi-cuits et pas bons, et pas de dessert car non renouvelé comme les entrées. Qualité très médiocre, à fuir!

10/07/2025: Very dirty restaurant, not a single clean table. I asked if I could have something to clean the table, and they gave me a pack of dry napkins. The portions are really tiny. The wait is quite long. In short, we won't be going back!

10/07/2025: 50-minute wait for a wrap, fries, and Coke. We had to ask three times before they realized the wrap had been forgotten. This is unacceptable.

20/08/2024: Waiting more than 30 minutes for a small order is unacceptable. The concept of fast food boils down to a minimum of speed. If you are in a hurry I really don't recommend this McDonald's, I don't even recommend it at all. Brief.

22/10/2024: Pour faire plaisir à mon épouse hospitalisée depuis des semaines et rêvait d'un menu bacon/potatoes (désolé je ne connais pas le nom) je me suis rendu dans ce McDo. Arrivée à la Candeloro car sol huilé ?? Commande à emporter, une personne devant nous, parfait ! J'ai pris pour ma part des MC fish et ma fille un vrap et un burger. Après un petit 20mn d'attente nous nous sommes rendu à l'hôpital. Mon épouse nous attendait avec impatience avec le plateau spécial WE des hôpitaux devant elle... On a déballé et SURPRISE !!! Tout était froid, le menu maxi bacon sans bacon, mais pire sans rien dedans à part un pauvre steak et un point de ketchup sous lui. 4 malheureuses potatoes froides. Quand à ma fille, son wrap était tout sec mais je pense de la semaine quand même et le burger comme celui de sa mère. Parts de frites faméliques et à moitié cuites en plus d'être froides. Moi j'ai eu de la chance j'ai eu un mc fish avec du poisson dedans. OUAIS !!! Mais que du poisson... Nouvelle recette peut être, ou nouvelle cuisine qui sait ? Bon, pas de raison d'avoir un régime de faveur, quelques frites pas cuites pour accompagner. Nous avons tenté de manger mais même mon épouse a préféré que je demande qu'on lui réchauffe son Knacki purée. Pendant que ma fille et moi même étions partis chercher de quoi calmer notre faim, le plateau a été débarrassé et les preuves du crime jetées à la poubelle. Dommage, je me serais fait un plaisir d'exprimer mon mécontentement. J'espère seulement que des rats ou des chats ne tomberont pas sur les restes (quoi que ...) J'ai aussi une part de responsabilité, si j'avais pris 3 happy meal on aurait au moins eu les cadeaux (des Puffs certainement...) Ha si, une chose de positif, la sauce des potatoes devait être bonne car non préparé sur place mais jetée avec le reste. Voilà, voilà, la prochaine fois que mes petits enfants me demanderont d'aller chez le clown, ce sera coup pelle et abandon sur une aire de covoiturage. Je me dois de les éduquer un minimum...

13/05/2025: RUN AWAY from the cafeteria, it doesn't even deserve a star!!! You'll find better elsewhere, the lemon tart with glucose syrup... a disgrace, go to a local craft workshop.

21/04/2025: The atmosphere is really very cold, which is a shame when you are in spa treatment you would like the opposite. The waiters are not jovial, they don't calculate you... come and talk to you to make comments in an unpleasant way... The first time I came, customers passed in front of me... and the second time there... what can I say more than that I no longer consume anything apart from coffee at their place, that's clear!!! Besides their snack to review... No comment. The same thing as in the TGV 😂 the positive, the setting remains pleasant.

28/08/2024: Delivery order received without fries. Assistance offered me a refund in the amount of €3.84. Which is equivalent to the price of a slice of fries. I find it deplorable to refund €3.84 on an order knowing that the fries are missing the entire order should be refunded. It seems to me that fries are essential in a McDonald’s order. 28/09/2024: We came to eat one afternoon in the evening my son and I were sick💩 I had asked to change a sandwich because we had the impression that we had bitten into it my fries were cold. very very disappointed (and not the worth noting, we are sorry to learn of the adventures that happened to you, you have nothing to do with customers because with all the comments that you can read you should think twice.)

15/12/2024: Staff completely lost. Order served in 3 installments. Coffees and sundaes never arrived following an apparently canceled order (the ice creams were slowly melting on the counter because the order had still been prepared). In short, I thank the Mc Do in St Jean de Maurienne

31/08/2024: I know it is not all that normal to have gone to Starbucks when in France. Obviously I went to a lot of local cafe's and enjoyed the local flavor and approach. But I also like the "what I am used to" feeling of a place I go daily when home.

24/08/2024: I asked for a pumpkin spice latte and was given a simple latte. Suffice it to say that there is no pumpkin spice latte instead of giving what the customer doesn't want and making them pay. Loud baristas. Not a smile. Go to another Starbucks 5 mins away in Opera. Inadmissible.
