13/09/2026: It's a disgrace! I ordered click and collect, they took my money, I waited 20 minutes, no one was there. I went to the counter, and they told me they were looking for my order, which wasn't on the computer, and that they were checking. Finally, they couldn't find a manager. I asked for proof of payment. She went to get another woman who said they were out of salad, so the order was canceled. They didn't even tell me the money was taken (they told me it would take up to 7 days for a refund). I had to reorder, which meant taking more money out of my account. My second order arrived after far too long. As a result, I just spent 50 minutes waiting for a meal. We pay an arm and a leg for such appalling service! Not even a gesture of goodwill or an apology!

It's ideally located in the heart of a lively area of ​​the 15th arrondissement; since I enjoy exercising, I happily walk 30 minutes each way, accumulating an hour of cardio daily while getting my caffeine fix. If I'm not giving it 5 stars, it's not for the drinks, the food, or the location. It's due to two things: * The overworked staff: you can really tell they're exhausted. Honestly, Starbucks, you're making billions: hire a few more people so these poor baristas can catch their breath! They work tirelessly and do their best to keep smiling, but they look completely worn out. And finally, fix the air conditioning and ventilation problems; the working conditions are appalling. * Those who squat like it's a library: half the time, it feels less like a café and more like a university study hall. Young people in their twenties take over tables for four as if they were their private offices. If you dare ask one of these Gen Z students to share a table meant for four, they'll stare at you as if you've just landed from Mars. Come on, it's a café, not your living room, so a little courtesy, please! I love this Starbucks. It’s right in the middle of a lively pocket of the 15th arrondissement, and since I like getting my steps in, I gladly walk 30 minutes each way just to clock an hour of daily cardio for my caffeine fix. If you dare ask one of these Gen Z students to share a table meant for four, they glare at you like you just dropped in from Mars. Give me a break—it’s a café, not your living room, so show a little courtesy! 🤣🤣

08/08/2026: The staff were unpleasant, both in their appearance and tone, and rushed even though there was no queue. The bread was stale. Prices are still reasonable and there's a good selection.

23/04/2026: 2 years ago I collected everyones cups for return and thought i would return all of them myself but obviously you cant do that. They told me not to do it anymore but I was a stupid 18 year old so i thought i was in the right. I am sad that i never apologized for my behaviour.

02/04/2026: We go there regularly, summer and winter, and we're always warmly welcomed with a smile! There's a great menu to suit all tastes! I highly recommend it!!

31/08/2026: Absolutely unfriendly and insolent! I approached a young woman to politely ask why there weren't any easels at the self-service kiosks. The young lady with the blonde bun will easily recognize herself 😉. If I ask you a question, there's a reason, but I had to insist to get an answer, and there's no need to respond in such an unpleasant way. I understand that working in a fast food restaurant isn't easy, and that customers aren't always pleasant, but I'm not responsible for this bad behavior or your bad mood. In that case, change jobs and things will be much better 👍

10/09/2026: Arrived at 10:45 PM. We were allowed in, then the manager kicked us out without even saying good evening. No polite greeting whatsoever, except for, "At this hour, it's outside at the drive-thru; I've closed all the kiosks!" Convenient for the young women who were walking in front of us. Shameful for a chain of this reputation.

09/09/2026: The order was brought to our table, which is generally very convenient. It took a little while, though. The food itself was okay, but not really good, even by McDonald's standards. The restaurant is actually nicely decorated, but unfortunately, it was very dirty in many places. I don't think it's a good system that the employees always have to carry the trays through the anteroom to the restrooms. All in all, it's certainly worth a visit, but this McDonald's restaurant isn't exactly a highlight.

20/08/2026: If there's one café worth remembering for its typical and welcoming atmosphere, it's this one. In the morning, the space is shaded and overlooks the old Fine Arts building. The coffee is excellent, made by a true barista. Everyone knows each other, which is really pleasant :-)

17/09/2026: We were there during a quiet period and it was pleasant. The staff were smiling and the toilets were extremely clean!

16/09/2026: There were a few minor issues with the order, but the team is friendly!

23/07/2026: We were walking around the streets looking for a place to have a late night drink and ran across this place. The man in the bar (whom I guess is also the owner) welcomed us in such a friendly and pleasent way. We ended up sitting there for a few drinks. The atmosphere was fantastic, the music in the background was perfect and everyone was so nice and welcoming. Merci!

17/07/2026: Excellent food and service! Very good selection of French meat, cooked to perfection, I highly recommend it!!

20/09/2026: Why open McDonald's at 9 am if the only products offered are coffee and croissants/pain au chocolat? No savory items, not even desserts. If I wanted a bakery, I would have gone to a bakery. The gentleman there was lovely, but poor people, coming on a Sunday for so little, it's pathetic.

20/09/2026: The restaurant needs a serious overhaul of its cleanliness; it's filthy, both inside and out. There are broken toilets, taps, and soap dispensers, and urine and other "mysterious" substances everywhere (I won't elaborate). In short, if you're hungry, go to a decent restaurant—it's cheaper and better. 👍
