22/03/2026: We arrived yesterday at 9:45 PM...and there was trash on the floor at the entrance...disgusting tables...covered in food waste...so I approached a young waitress and walked around the restaurant to show her the filth, and she told me she'd had a lot of orders...Isn't hygiene essential in a restaurant? Isn't it possible to schedule table cleaning in your staff's schedule, for example, every half hour or hour? Even at the end of the day? What does your kitchen look like? At the end of our meal, the tables still hadn't been cleaned...only one waitress swept up the entrance floor where there was a lot of trash...[probably prompted by her colleague whom I approached to show her the state of the restaurant...]

16/03/2026: Even when I went to correct the incorrect orders, they gave me the wrong ones again. Absolutely terrible.

20/02/2026: The waitresses were very helpful and friendly, served by Gabriella. I have no regrets about eating here; I highly recommend this place.

19/02/2026: My god, what a disgusting place! The furniture is deplorable, worn, broken, etc. The toilets are filthy, the dishes are dirty, the staff is unfriendly, expensive, and not good at all.

26/03/2026: A good McDonald's, but with problems at the self-service kiosks. After spending 10 minutes trying to place my order because the machine was so slow, I got my receipt only to be told at the counter that the order hadn't gone through, forcing me to place it again...

25/03/2026: It's so rare that I felt it was important to mention: this McDonald's is fantastic! I should mention that I got it to go. The fries were perfectly crispy and just the right amount of salt. The sandwiches were well-made (nice and clean). The welcome and service were quick, friendly, and cheerful.

05/04/2026: The wait was far too long, only to end up with cold food that was barely served. The burger was burnt, the fries were reheated, and there was no flavor or salt. Disappointed.

05/04/2026: So... Terrible service, the organization needs a complete overhaul. We came to eat just nuggets and fries, and as a result, I waited 30 minutes to place my order because you have to order at the kiosk, but the only usable kiosk was actually out of order. So I went to the counter, and they told me to go to the kiosk. I went back, paid, and waited another 20 minutes (there were 8 people there) to get my order in two parts. I ordered a Coke at the same time and got an Oasis. The cashier was unpleasant and took forever at the register. There was no ink in the machine, so the receipt was unreadable. I do not recommend this McDonald's.

03/04/2026: On Saturday evening, I wanted to pay with my restaurant voucher card. My terminal displayed "payment accepted," but the employee told me theirs displayed "refused," meaning I wouldn't get my order unless I made another payment. He said I would be reimbursed if necessary. I made another payment, and to my surprise, the first payment was accepted. However, getting a refund is a whole other story: paperwork to send, a phone call to receive, and only if they agree will I be reimbursed. All this after having to fight on the phone because in person they told me, "No, we don't give refunds." So, a clear refusal from the employee to reimburse me.

01/04/2026: They could do better on price; it's still very expensive, comparable to a certain restaurant for just a few euros more.

12/04/2026: Hello, the prices on the pastries (the mini Easter puppet at €4.50) were a bit steep. We went in and out again to go to Regis Marcon 10 km away where, for 10 cents more, we found a very wide selection of pastries worthy of a Michelin-starred chef.

05/04/2026: If a bakery sells coffee, you can assume that everything is 50 percent more expensive than in other bakeries. There's no power outlet, but the service is friendly.

15/04/2026: Disgusted every time I go here, something's missing from my order. Yesterday, April 14th, around 8:05 PM, the four people in front of me were missing something from their orders, and to make matters worse, the cashier swapped my order with someone else's, picking it up from the other customer's car. We don't know what was touched in the meantime, but half the fries were missing, and most importantly, there was no Big Mac. I didn't have time to check; I was in a hurry. So, 15 euros wasted for just fries and a McFlurry. I'm never going back.

14/04/2026: I just ordered a large wrap... If I didn't want to work and had no respect for anyone, I would have done the same thing: thrown it in my pocket, ingredients on top, without sealing the wrapper, and of course, cold! But maybe I wouldn't have been as skilled as you to do the same with the fries. It's a total lack of respect for the customers, but also for your colleagues who are trying hard to do things properly. 30/03/2026: I stopped by this evening; I'm a regular and it's always nice to come here. The staff is incredibly friendly. What's more, tonight a customer made a huge fuss about his order, but the manager stayed calm. I even took the time to go and congratulate him after I ate!

19/04/2026: We found a piece of glass in one of our bags; my colleague almost broke his tooth! Avoid this!

03/04/2026: Appalling service, customer service leaves much to be desired, sighs when taking orders, constantly claiming to be understaffed, an hour and a half wait when there's no one there (they prefer to joke around in the kitchen), poorly made burgers, regardless of the staff, it's always deplorable. They'll either have to improve the quality of this McDonald's or consider closing it down because it's just too much.

31/03/2026: Order placed on Uber Eats. The courier cancels, the app says the delivery is unavailable even though everything was fine 10 minutes earlier. Losing 19 euros because of this is a disgrace.

01/11/2025: A glass of wine for €6, a tourist trap. On the other side, the same glass is half price. And on top of that, the service isn't very friendly. In short, they're taking advantage of having a spot in Toulouse's central market but completely undermining the market's spirit.

04/10/2025: Catastrophic. The waiter Olivier is rude, I've never been treated so badly in Toulouse. He heard the Spanish accent and made a face, refusing to serve us under the pretext that they were closing, even though he served other customers after us. The waitress was very nice, it's a shame she had to obey Olivier's orders. I'll never come back.

25/11/2025: This reeks of SCAM... last-minute cancellation of my Livebox reservation (with a dubious reason)... and they still cashed the "check" for the service! No response from them... They're no longer replying to our various requests... Registered letter returned... Strange! Contacted the local tourist office, but they were evasive...!!!??? Reported to Livebox. See other similar reviews on this site... AVOID AT ALL COSTS

05/10/2025: SCAM - Establishment that cancels the reservation at the last minute without justification, does not take the necessary steps to issue a refund and does not respond to calls or messages.

01/07/2025: It was 37 degrees that day, a real oven. Unfortunately, the room's air conditioning decided to go on vacation too: after four hours of blowing lukewarm air set to 15°C, nothing changed, except my ability to sweat like never before. Room service wasn't very attentive, and we felt like we were bothering and irritating the person by politely asking for help. Fortunately, we were able to change rooms after some insistence, but it almost gave the impression that the problem was ours. In short, a disappointing stay despite a room change. Better customer service and a little more attentiveness would have really made a difference.

24/06/2025: Positive: Hotel on the CDG airport, 10-15 minutes from Roissypôle. Take the city bus: ticket €2.50 (ideally have the exact change or you can get a virtual ticket on your phone by text message). Bus stops nearby. No need to take a taxi, unless you're in a hurry😅! Rooms with basic comfort but clean. Efficient showers. Very decent breakfast👍🏼! Cons: Poor soundproofing (noise from the hallway, slamming room doors, etc.). Take earplugs! Hotel only for emergencies.

19/12/2024: Currently eating, order 11:30 a.m. to 11:55 a.m. I ask where it is. Oh forget to do it. No apology from the manager, they give me my order cold! Everyone looks at you askance and looks at you insistently. It's not what it used to be! Apart from saying it's the temperatures there is a wait. No, my order was validated without being made... Forced to eat there, no more time to leave... You shouldn't come and complain if it closes one day... and to say that I worked there for 5 years, the managers as well as the directors were very respectful of the customer, well today it's over and for a while of time in fact, which is why I very rarely go back there. To please the children, that’s all! Customer service for today doesn't even deserve 1 star!

15/12/2024: Staff not very friendly, where I was sitting with my son I saw the girl eating pieces of meat that she was cooking. When I received our orders, everything was cold. The cheddar was still hard on the meat and in the fries, cold bacon and hard cheddar. I made a complaint and no one came back to us or after 30 minutes I put everything in in the trash and we went to eat elsewhere. and to close at the exit my son fell on a more than wet floor I went to tell the counter but nothing moved. a very friendly gentleman came to help me pick up my son and said to the waiter he deserves a little gift. but no nothing, not a little note for my son, nothing at all. and WC very very room. I don't thank Macdo Dieppe at the belvédère. not ready to go back. pay 30€ to throw everything away and found my son on the ground too much for me. a shame

27/01/2026: It's past 11:00 AM, and no one at the drive-thru kiosk is responding to us quickly. Plus, there's no call button... but you can scan. I WANT A CALL BUTTON. We push our way between two crates placed on the ground to further narrow the passage to the register... Seriously? The young woman doesn't make us feel comfortable and takes her time taking our order. We decide against it and choose to leave. Ahead, the line is blocked by a vehicle that's been waiting for its order for a while. We decide to reverse. The passage is so narrow that our wheels are scraping. Seriously awful. How to make life difficult for the customer, with all due respect.
