25/11/2025: This reeks of SCAM... last-minute cancellation of my Livebox reservation (with a dubious reason)... and they still cashed the "check" for the service! No response from them... They're no longer replying to our various requests... Registered letter returned... Strange! Contacted the local tourist office, but they were evasive...!!!??? Reported to Livebox. See other similar reviews on this site... AVOID AT ALL COSTS

05/10/2025: SCAM - Establishment that cancels the reservation at the last minute without justification, does not take the necessary steps to issue a refund and does not respond to calls or messages.

01/07/2025: It was 37 degrees that day, a real oven. Unfortunately, the room's air conditioning decided to go on vacation too: after four hours of blowing lukewarm air set to 15°C, nothing changed, except my ability to sweat like never before. Room service wasn't very attentive, and we felt like we were bothering and irritating the person by politely asking for help. Fortunately, we were able to change rooms after some insistence, but it almost gave the impression that the problem was ours. In short, a disappointing stay despite a room change. Better customer service and a little more attentiveness would have really made a difference.

24/06/2025: Positive: Hotel on the CDG airport, 10-15 minutes from Roissypôle. Take the city bus: ticket €2.50 (ideally have the exact change or you can get a virtual ticket on your phone by text message). Bus stops nearby. No need to take a taxi, unless you're in a hurry😅! Rooms with basic comfort but clean. Efficient showers. Very decent breakfast👍🏼! Cons: Poor soundproofing (noise from the hallway, slamming room doors, etc.). Take earplugs! Hotel only for emergencies.

19/12/2024: Currently eating, order 11:30 a.m. to 11:55 a.m. I ask where it is. Oh forget to do it. No apology from the manager, they give me my order cold! Everyone looks at you askance and looks at you insistently. It's not what it used to be! Apart from saying it's the temperatures there is a wait. No, my order was validated without being made... Forced to eat there, no more time to leave... You shouldn't come and complain if it closes one day... and to say that I worked there for 5 years, the managers as well as the directors were very respectful of the customer, well today it's over and for a while of time in fact, which is why I very rarely go back there. To please the children, that’s all! Customer service for today doesn't even deserve 1 star!

15/12/2024: Staff not very friendly, where I was sitting with my son I saw the girl eating pieces of meat that she was cooking. When I received our orders, everything was cold. The cheddar was still hard on the meat and in the fries, cold bacon and hard cheddar. I made a complaint and no one came back to us or after 30 minutes I put everything in in the trash and we went to eat elsewhere. and to close at the exit my son fell on a more than wet floor I went to tell the counter but nothing moved. a very friendly gentleman came to help me pick up my son and said to the waiter he deserves a little gift. but no nothing, not a little note for my son, nothing at all. and WC very very room. I don't thank Macdo Dieppe at the belvédère. not ready to go back. pay 30€ to throw everything away and found my son on the ground too much for me. a shame

27/01/2026: It's past 11:00 AM, and no one at the drive-thru kiosk is responding to us quickly. Plus, there's no call button... but you can scan. I WANT A CALL BUTTON. We push our way between two crates placed on the ground to further narrow the passage to the register... Seriously? The young woman doesn't make us feel comfortable and takes her time taking our order. We decide against it and choose to leave. Ahead, the line is blocked by a vehicle that's been waiting for its order for a while. We decide to reverse. The passage is so narrow that our wheels are scraping. Seriously awful. How to make life difficult for the customer, with all due respect.

15/04/2026: We were looking for a bakery near the market hall because there weren't any left connected to the market and it was very crowded. We stumbled upon this one and bought what was left: two baguettes. Well, how can I put it? The saleswoman was incredibly unpleasant—no smile, no thank you, no hello, and she only said goodbye after three of us had to say it. And the bread? It tasted moldy or like an uncleaned baking mat. It's truly shameful to sell bread like that in the city center. What surprises me is that, reading the reviews, it seems this has been going on for years and they haven't made any effort to improve. Luckily, there are tourists like us who fall for it and keep this bakery afloat. Otherwise, it would have closed down already. In any case, it will be the last time we set foot in there.

15/04/2026: My 10-year-old son went in alone to buy his snack. He burst into tears when he left because the saleswoman was so unpleasant to him! Congratulations: it takes real skill to manage to hurt a child who was just there to buy his snack!

21/03/2026: The staff were not friendly at all. Absolutely not! A disaster. They were unpleasant to people on the terrace. In short, don't go there.

18/03/2026: Small brasserie that could really use a facelift. The food is quite good for prices that are fairly typical for a brasserie. A wide selection of dishes. As for the wait, it will depend on whether you're a regular or not.

28/03/2026: I just walked past the restaurant that's closed for renovations 🚧 while in the Dauphiné region, they're closed for hygiene reasons by order of the prefecture LOL 😝 Gap is a small town, everyone knows that. Clean up 🧹

23/04/2026: Upon arrival, activities were offered for children, and nothing was missing from the tray; the service was very quick.

23/04/2026: I ordered a chocolate sundae to go (I knew I should have checked before leaving, but I figured they couldn't possibly make a mistake with ice cream... well, they did!!!!) €3.90 for a half-full cup is outrageous! Even when it's full, it's expensive, but this is ridiculous! I don't understand how they can make such a mistake. There's a real problem at this McDonald's because every time, it's the same thing: either something is missing, the service is incredibly slow, or it's cold. And the inside is so dirty, it's unbelievable.

02/04/2026: I went there on Sunday to try and find some boxes for moving, and the guy who helped me was so kind. He let me take all the boxes I wanted, the only thing was to leave them tidy. Because of his kindness, I decided to go and eat there. The service was pretty quick, the burger wasn't cold, and their fries are the best, in my opinion, of all the fast food places. Thanks again!

11/03/2026: I'm frankly shocked by my experience at this McDonald's. I went in to eat, ordered a full meal, and when I simply asked for two or three extra packets of ketchup, I was told it cost extra. We're talking about ketchup... the most basic sauce you find in fast food. This is the first time I've ever seen this at McDonald's. In most restaurants, they gladly give you a few extra packets with your fries, because it's simply common sense and basic customer service. Refusing to do so just gives the impression that they're trying to save a few cents at the expense of the customer experience. This kind of policy is frankly ridiculous and makes me absolutely not want to come back. A small gesture like giving away a few packets of ketchup costs next to nothing but can make all the difference in customer service and loyalty. It's a shame, because this kind of detail gives a very negative impression of the restaurant.

27/12/2025: It's cold in the restaurant. Even the food is cold, even though it's barely been served! 1 star because cold food is unacceptable!!!

12/03/2026: The worst kebab I've ever eaten. To tell you the truth, I didn't even finish the meat. I don't know how it's possible to make something so bad, and I'm a real glutton, but even then I knew better than to eat any more of that meat. The guy took my plate and told me, "First of all, I'm so annoyed, I shouldn't get kebabs in the evening because they're no good!" I have nothing against him personally; he was nice, but I think quite a few people have had stomach problems after going there. First of all, let's start by not turning the grill off and then turning it back on; that'll help a lot. Anyway. Avoid it.

21/04/2026: I am very disappointed with my experience at this bar. Upon arrival, we were seated at a dirty table. When we asked for it to be cleaned, the waiter seemed annoyed and used a cloth with a strong, unpleasant odor, which clearly raises questions about hygiene. Furthermore, we were not offered a menu. When we asked for one, the waiter responded rudely, quickly listing a few drinks. Given this reception and these conditions, we decided to cancel our order. When we went to report this, someone (probably the manager) became very aggressive and raised their voice, even though the order hadn't yet been placed. A very negative experience, both in terms of service and hygiene. I do not recommend it.

16/04/2026: Avoid at all costs! Unacceptable service. 30-minute wait, disastrous service. Refused to take my order and, to top it off, insulted. Unacceptable. Avoid at all costs.
