10/07/2026: I had a Tropezienne tart and it was the best I've ever eaten: light brioche and mousse-like cream, not too sweet. A real treat.

11/05/2026: A very pleasant surprise! The Paris-Brest is truly excellent: delicate praline, not too sweet, perfectly balanced texture—you can tell a real pastry chef's skill went into it. The entire display is clean, cohesive, and has a distinct identity. Simple but efficient service. A great find!

18/07/2026: The staff was unpleasant. We asked for a straw to help our two-year-old daughter drink her yogurt, and they told us it was easy enough to drink and that straws were only for milkshakes. The manager and/or team leader was awful! We had to leave in a huff to get a straw, which was then placed in an equally rude manner on the corner of the table. As for the sandwich, it looked like it was made with a catapult or with feet (let's hope they were clean!). Nothing stayed in place between the two slices of bread. The only positive point was that it wasn't crowded, so we didn't have to wait to eat. Given the atmosphere, we were glad we didn't have to wait 15 years...

23/07/2026: Honestly, paying €13.35 for an empty burger...what a disgrace!!! No sauces, no choice of drinks (no Diet Coke (or iced tea/fuze tea), knowing that regular Coke costs an extra €0.14, they should at least offer Diet Coke!!!). I don't think I can post photos unfortunately, but frankly, serving such an empty burger for that price is pathetic!

20/07/2026: The delivery was impeccable, however, the cheddar fries were a bit thin, with just a tiny bit of fries on the bottom. Considering the price, I would have liked more, and I would have preferred them to be hot, but that's to be expected. And paying €3.60 for a tiny thing in a small coffee cup on a Sunday is something that needs to be reconsidered.

29/06/2026: No complaints about the campsite, the pool is modern and in good condition, the home furnishings too, but the big negative point is that the activities and entertainment only start on July 5th, while the franchised residents start well before!

05/06/2026: Don't buy a bottle of Coke, it's more expensive than in a grocery store at the Eiffel Tower!!! €4.70 for a 1.25L bottle, that's luxury Coke!! And the kebab doesn't have enough meat, there are more raw vegetables!! Hygiene and food safety are nonexistent!! It deserves zero stars!!

03/06/2026: Too expensive for the price. I bought a two-meat taco for €15 and got a completely flat taco with 100g of meat and no cheese sauce. For that price, even McDonald's is better. I strongly advise against it.

15/07/2026: Passing through after a 3-hour drive, I was extremely disappointed with my experience. Here's what happened: I placed my order at 8:09 PM for two Best Of meals, one Maxi Best Of meal, and a Happy Meal. The first tray arrived at 8:30 PM with a flat Coke, two Oasis drinks, the nuggets from the Best Of meal, the burgers from the Maxi Best Of meal, and the apples and book from the Happy Meal. Ten minutes later, the second tray arrived with a salad (no cutlery), a burger from the Best Of meal, and the fries from the Happy Meal (which I hadn't ordered) that were cucumbers. At 9:09 PM, when I asked the manager for an explanation, he placed a new order for preparation. So, I would definitely avoid this place. I understand they were completely overwhelmed, but McDonald's operates on the principle of being able to provide the same level of service regardless of the number of customers.

29/06/2026: Hello everyone...a well-hidden McDonald's. The staff are cool, the service is good, responsive, and always smiling. The higher the prices go, the smaller the products get, along with the quality and quantity. Cool irony. Thanks.

30/07/2026: The food is no different from other McDonald's in France, but the restrooms are a different story 😱. I've never been so shocked by a restroom! The entrance is filled with a foul odor, and then inside the restroom, the walls are filthy, the floor is dirty with urine everywhere, and even traces of feces. I know it's the customers who make a mess, but still, the hand dryer is brown on the side. I highly doubt I should blame everything on the unclean customers. It's probably due to a lack of regular cleaning or cleaning that isn't thorough enough.

30/07/2026: The best McDonald's I know. The staff is very friendly, and the manager comes to say hello and check if everything is alright. I've never seen anything like it, and I happily go back with the kids quite regularly.

However, an analysis of the products reveals a blatant lack of local authenticity. Although the brand claims to be the "oldest chocolate shop in Orléans since 1760," it no longer makes its own products. The online catalog and the specialties offered in-store (notably the chocolate crottins and camemberts) are perfect clones, down to the last cent, of the product descriptions of Maison Mercier, based in the Cher region. The descriptions and prices are exactly the same. 😱 The chocolates are objectively of good quality, but if your goal is to consume or give authentic, handcrafted chocolate, made in the pure Orléans tradition and crafted locally, it is better to turn to the city's independent artisans. Update following the owner's official response: Rating maintained (2/5). So be it: this is not "subcontracting" in the strict sense, but rather integration by Maison Mercier, which crafts its products in its own workshops in Baugy, in the Cher department (18). In terms of customer experience and transparency, the fundamental problem remains unchanged. The major historical claim displayed in the window—"Oldest chocolate shop in Orléans since 1760"—serves as a marketing facade. The Orléans identity is disconnected from the reality of production: 100% of the catalog, price lists, and product descriptions are exact replicas of a brand from another department. Similar to the labeling irregularities observed in other local food sectors (such as honey), the deliberate maintenance of this geographical ambiguity in the shop—without explicit display of the origin at the time of purchase—biases consumer consent. The craftsmanship remains artisanal and of high quality, but the added value is no longer local to Orléans. For chocolate truly made on-site by independent local artisans, my initial advice remains the same.

15/03/2026: A very good experience. The dishes were excellent and the quality of the food was truly outstanding. A big thank you to the waitress and the owner for their warm welcome and professionalism. The only slight drawback was a bit of a wait for our reserved table, and the bartender wasn't very friendly, offering no compensation despite the delay. A shame, because the rest of the service was truly excellent.
